Solved

We are in the process of creating learning plans and want learners to have to complete courses in a sequential order.   How do I Iock a course until the learner has completed the preceding course?  Can we assign a timeline to each course (eLearning and ILT) in which the learner has to complete it?  (.e. first week, within 30 days, 90 days, etc.) Any help is appreciated.   Cheers!

Can anyone define the pros and cons of using Learning Plans versus courses with blended content? I will be creating ILT courses and eLearning courses, combining the two different learning methods. I understand this can be accomplished both through a Course and a Learning Plan. I wanted to see if anyone on here had any insight into the negatives and benefits of using one over the other. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Is there a way to archive enrolments within a learning plan in the same way you can a course? It would be great to be able to remove leavers/in active users from these as the archive enrolment in the course does not work if they were enrolled via a learning plan. It would also be great to be able to filter/ archive etc on the certifications screen.  ThanksLucy

I am excited to explore the updated tool to create smart questionnaires. The “Enabling Evaluations for a Course” help page suggests that I to go to the gear icon and then look for  learning impact/learning evaluation in the Apps & Features area on the admin page. I can’t find it anywhere. What have I missed?

Is there a way to generate a link, either manually or via a button, to a course that isn’t an enrollment link? It just takes you to the course overview?

Hi all! I was wondering if there was any type of resource on the overview of the My Teams tab and how to use it? (I don’t want anything about how to set it up) Just an overview of what it does

Hello! I’m looking for CSS support in eliminating the details from the course cards in the catalog and learning plan. For example, I’d like to remove the footer, type description, and language. I’ve checked fark.tools and there is nothing included regarding these items. I’ve also found a thread elsewhere where someone mentions doing this but the code provided does not work when I adjust it to apply to all pages and all course widgets./* Hides 'new' status on course tiles */.ui-badge-status-wrapper{   display: none!important;}/* Hides enrollment status */ #doc-widget-156 .item-status-box{    display: none!important;}/* Hides Course type */ #doc-widget-156 .type-box{    display: none!important;}/* Hides language */ #doc-widget-156 .course-type{    display: none!important;}/* Hides tile footers */ #doc-widget-168 .ui-card-catalog-content .ui-card .ui-card-footer{   display: none!important;}

Hi all - I’m cautiously optimistic that I’m overlooking something here, and hoping someone can help. We’ve got a course that contains a SCORM file, and in the SCORM file, the learner answers a few questions using pre-defined options. I’ve noticed that I can see these responses at the user level in the “Reports” tab of the course, in Course Management. See the GIF below for an illustration…  My question: Is it possible to extract and export this data at the course level? For instance, I want to see how all 1,659 users who completed the course answered that question, without clicking into each user individually.Crossing my fingers...🤞🏻

We would like to update the “Whoops” text when there is no longer training assigned to a learner. However, when I go to the Localization tool to change the language, I see 3 options: Flow, Mobile, and Standard.  I’m assuming I know what Mobile and Standard are, but what is Flow? What will be impacted when I change that language? Thank you!

If a learner purchases and enrolls in an ILT session and then needs to switch to a different session, on the eCommerce report in Docebo will it show as only one record of payment?

Did some searching and the questions/replies are 2+ years old.Is it possible to save a view in User Management? Every time I log in I have to change the columns that I need to view. Also to have the Branch option so I don’t have to go to each each user to “edit” to see their Branch.

Hello,After reading through the documentation I am still having an issue getting the correct branch code and name path setup in my import. My branch structure is simple:/Main Branch/Branch 1/Branch 1aI want to bring users into Branch 1 and then create new branches under Branch 1./Main Branch/Branch 1/Branch 1a /Main Branch/Branch 1/Branch 1b (newly created branch)/Main Branch/Branch 1/Branch 1c (newly created branch)I have confirmed the Branch Code for Main Branch = 0 and Branch 1 = 1My request looks like this, where Branch 1b does not exist yet...          Branch code path: “0/1/”,          Branch name path: “Main Branch/Branch 1/Branch 1b”        }      ],      Options: {        Change user password: false,        Ignore password change for existing users: true,        Power user option: “no_association”,        Send notification email: false,        Branch option: “existing”,        Destination branch: 1,        Update user info: true,        Force create branches: true      }I can’t

I’m sure one of you clever css gurus has figured this out already. Help please.I want to change the inactive user icon to be something more obvious, like a big red cross, or maybe a skull and crossbones, but I can’t get any further than something to do with the span.status-stateWe’re experiencing ongoing issues where our staff are not realising that the little grey dot means inactive. And now today I learned that one of our support staff has his display set to dark mode, which makes the status icon display a grey tick, so he thought the customer was active. Not ideal

Sandbox Release - August 2025.Hello, we are expecting a Sandbox update next week, and I haven’t seen any information about what is expected to load.  Will we be getting the usual Product Update notification?  Thanks!

Hi thereDoes anyone have any guidance or suggestions in regards to changing the layout and/or colour of the Renewable Certification bar that appears at the top of each module of an E-Learning course? (As shown in the image below) We provide guidance to staff that they must click this when renewing training but increasing we are noticing that they aren’t which causes considering admin time as we have to go back and update certifications and completion dates manually etc.Thank you in advance.

I need to provide reports to users that do not have Docebo accounts. Do they have to have an account to view the reports?

Hi All, does anyone know if there is or will there be any reporting surrounding the use of Harmony? Thanks!

Curious if anyone has any tips and tricks for managing Power Users’ access to groups?Unlike courses and learning plans, you can cannot assign a Power User to all current and future groups. You can assign them all groups that exist at a specific point in time, but they will not be automatically added to any groups created in the future. A superadmin will need to manually assign them the newly-created groups as a resource. We are pretty dynamic in how we use groups. We’re often creating new ones. To that end, it’s not uncommon for someone to say “I can’’t see this group,” which prompts me to assign the resource. How are you managing this? Do you add resources as folks raise issues? Are you periodically updating resources proactively?

Is there any way to make Group naming conventions “invisible” on the Users Profile?

Hi thereWe have a custom report running which up-to this week has worked great.  However, for some reason it’s no longer showing the completion date even though its selected to pull through (As shown below).  I’ve deleted the old report and created a new one but the date still isn’t pulling through.  Does anyone have any ideas on why this is and how to fix it?   Thank you in advance.

Can anyone help me add another language besides English? I was on a chat with the Help Desk for 40+ minutes and they could not figure it out. We have 4 extended enterprises and for the US region, I was asked to add Spanish but I can’t figure out how nor can the Help Desk. The Spanish, Portuguese (BR), and French (CA) languages are actived in the Localization tool but I can’t add them. Any and all help appreciated!

Does anyone have some insight on the .csv upload process to create new sessions/events for a VILT course? I have to be making it harder than it needs to be. I’ve downloaded the sample template, but even with that I have to upload several times to figure out the format it is looking for (upper case vs lower case, date formats etc). Even once I can get one in there I’m still missing a lot of info and have to spend time going back in and adding details.  We are a small team (2) who spend a lot of time creating new sessions so would love to make the entire process more efficient but at this point I spend more time just getting the file to load I can do it manually just as quickly. Thanks for any help you can provide!!!

Hi community,Our company is currently setting up the basics in Docebo, and I’m working on creating group rules to assign specific courses to the right learners. For some beginner groups, we want to automatically assign users if they have not completed certain courses—so we can guide them to the right learning path. However, it looks like Docebo only allows group rules based on users who have enrolled, completed, or are in progress with a course. There doesn’t seem to be an option to target users who haven’t completed a course.Has anyone found a way to work around this? Or is there a way to do this with custom settings or CSS? I’d really appreciate any tips or suggestions! Thanks so much in advance!

I’m attempting to clean up what I believe are some duplicate groups. Before doing so, I want to be sure that I’m not deleting any groups that are assigned to enrollment rules.Aside from clicking into each enrollment rule and recording which groups are assigned to it, is there a more efficient way to identify which groups are tied to enrollment rules?

Checking to see if I’m the only one seeing this in case it is connected to the way we create our surveys…I’m testing out the new Surveys - Individual Answers Report Type (which I’m very excited about, BTW), and the Questions are showing in HTML format (e.g., “<p>Please indicate your level of agreement with… </p>”).   Some of the User Answers are doing the same.  Is this by design? I’m sure I can do a search and replace to get rid of all the HTML tags, but that is not terribly efficient. I’m hoping this is a bug and will be fixed in the near future. Other than that - LOVE the report option!
