How can you get current data in a report?  I want it to represent now, not 5 am.

Thank you! I have increased the size of the text box to be longer, as seen, and I want to hide the ellipses (...’s) - but can’t find them!

Is there a good way to enable power-users to bulk enroll their users in a course they don't own?The users have access as learners to a course that I own that power users do not own.I can do this myself or have the power-users send me a csv to run, but I would love to enable them directly. For example: I own the course Sales 101. Judy at Long and Foster wants to enroll her new agents in Sales 101. Judy does not own Sales 101, and cannot, since she has course edit permissions to create her own courses. She also wants to enroll those users in Sales 102-110 and Service 101-108. I could make her a learning plan for this specific instance, but if I have a variety of users trying to do a variety of enrollments, we have an issue. I could make two profiles per power-user, one for course creation and one for reporting and enrolling, but we use SSO so this would be not just messy but messier. I’m aware there’s a long-standing idea to fix this issue of power users needing to create and edit SOME c

Hi all,I was hoping someone could help me out here. As shown below, I’ve created an ILT course but it’s not showing up as completed even though all the training materials are complete and progress is at 100%. The completion rules setting is set to “At least one completed session” and the session completion setting is set to “Training Material Based”. Am I missing something?Progress at 100% but not completed

I need a way to identify users that are not assigned a branch, so I can review one of their specific additional fields and create the necessary branch. I have not yet found a way to do this - can anyone point me to a place to start?

Hello,I've created several learning plans and already enrolled users in the plans. Now I want to notify them that they've been enrolled in these plans, but I can't. The only schedule available is at the time of the event, not later. Does anyone have a solution? If I create the notification and the user is subscribed to 3 plans, will he receive 3 emails? Is there any way he can only get one?Thank you.

I’m trying to figure out how to audit our course catalog. Based on our dashboard report for courses, there are many courses with zero enrollments. I’d like to pull a report that shows any courses with zero enrollments that have been in our catalog for quite some time. I tried pulling custom reports and more general ones to filter in Excel for ‘0 enrollments’, but they don’t show up.  Any thoughts?

Hi,I am wondering if you can hide the personal performance evaluation from the learners course player page. We are looking for a way to add notes about leaners that are not visible to learners themselves. Other suggestions are welcome oh how we may accomplish this. Thanks in advance!

Has anyone found an API for listing NEW reports? There is one for “old reports” /report/v1/report but I need to get the same for New reports, It would also be very useful to know when a report was last “run” so I can keep the list of reports current rather than have reports that were created years ago and never run cluttering up the system

HiWe are new to Docebo and wondering if there is a way to see who has look at a link that has been added to a channel as an asset? We can see the number of views but not a breakdown of who viewed.ThanksAnne

Hello!I am working on designing our second domain’s homepage and I am unable to get the background color changed from the default to black. When I preview the page I built in the Desktop Preview, it shows as the entire background is black (which is what I want) but when I activate the page, it remains the default off white color.I have double checked that I changed the color settings to black in Configure Branding & Look for this domain, I cannot seem to figure this out. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. This is what I want: This is what I end up with:

Hello and happy new year! In order to let power users create courses AND run reports on my courses without being able to edit them, I have to use my-teams based reporting now for my power-users (unless someone has a workaround) I would like to add https://in.leadingre.com/manage/my-team/reports to the admin gear menu, since my users keep looing for this “admin task” under the admin gear. Almost all users who have managees will be power users of some kind. Can anyone help? Probably @bfarkas

Notifications are sent based on group assignment; however, even after selecting “remove deactivated users from group”, expired employees continue to appear within my groups. Do they still receive notifications or does the expiration override this?

For those using the Wire Transfer feature in e-commerce, quick question for you all regarding notifications.I would like to have a notification sent out to Managers when an internal employee signs up for a paid ILT course under the wire transfer option.  Since the notification for “New Wire Transfer Transaction” cannot be sent to the Manager, I was hoping to use the “Users waiting to be enrolled into course” option, but I can’t seem to get it to trigger it to go out when a wire transfer option is used.  Has anyone else had success with this? @lrnlab, I know you are leveraging this feature, do you have any waitlist notifications set up to go out for your organization?

New to Docebo and looking for examples or best practices to replicate a course offering we had in our previous LMS. We call it study hall- It is a drop in vILT session that happens twice a month. The sessions spend 30 min on a focused topic and then transition into a roundtable discussion for learners to collaborate and share. It has been very successful as a microlearning and engagement tool. I need to recreate it in Docebo and am very open in terms of format ( class, channel, whatever) as long as we can meet the following criteria:Learners can see a full event schedule and register for as many of the microlearnings as they want. After the session, a recording is available for attendees and learners who did not attend.   Attending a live session provides the learner a CE credit, watching the recording does not. Visibility to register for the webinars or watch archived recordings is limited to a specific Docebo group.Has anyone done something like this? The only thought I have had is t

In Docebo under “My Team” there is an option to assign content to team members. However, when I search for LinkedIn courses to assign, the courses do not show up. If I search for them in my account they will show up but not when I try to assign to other people on my team. Is there a restriction with the LinkedIn courses? Or is there a workaround for this?

 I tried the following which did not work. div.course-edit_main #legacy-wrapper-iframe body > div.container {    margin-left: 50px;    margin-right: 50px;}  It is in an iframe, but the following edits, also in the same iframe, worked fine as you can see:#player-uploader-wrapper > div:nth-child(8) > div.controls {    height: 100px!important;}#mceu_22, #mceu_22-body {    height: 98px!important;}#mceu_33, #mceu_33 #file-description_ifr {    height: 33px !important;}.docebo-progress {    transform: scaleY(4.0);}

We ran into an issue regarding soft validity periods and notifications. We were trying to send ourselves as super admins and power users, an email notification when a soft validity date / end period was approaching for a learning plan, but found that the email notification that was sent was also sent to our users (external customers) who were enrolled in the course as the soft validity date was approaching. Is there any way to prevent the validity date emails from being sent to users and only send to power users and / or super admins?  We would like to use the soft validity period as a trigger to notify our content team that we should review content after a year of active use for updates and changes without preventing users from accessing content while it is under review.

Good Morning Docebo Community,I apologize for what is likely a basic question, but I’m coming up short on an answer.  I see there is a link in the Learning Plan settings to have the said learning plan visible in a catalog.  With that said, how do you assign the catalog that you want the Learning Plan to be visible in?Thank you,Ryan Berardi

We are in the process of setting up Docebo for the first time and have 11 courses and a total of about 40 lessons. Our learners will access this content in two waysDirectly in Docebo (i.e. they will log into Docebo and see the list of courses that are available) From our software platform (i.e. in our platform they will see links that will take them to additional information; clicking on that link will take them to the content in Docebo)We know that we can link to a course but would like to know if there is a way to link directly to a specific lesson. Thanks,Jeff

Hi,We are using Docebo for customer training. We sell a software product. The training materials we have developed are hosted in our Docebo LMS.We have two primary ways in which users access the content in our Docebo LMSThe user logs into Docebo The user clicks on a link in our software product that takes them to a lesson in DoceboIs there a way we can generate a report that shows us which users have used #1 vs #2 (and how often)?

I have a course that I would like to hide training materials because the material is older. I want to keep the training intact and not disrupt the learning records or really add another course and force the folks that are working with it to need to remember to report on two courses.Cool...I read up on how to work with hidden training materials and I get this….Hidden MaterialIn the Hidden section, you can flag the option to hide the training material from learners enrolled in the course. This may be necessary if the training material is no longer relevant to your training needs. Perhaps your company has modified its training plan, or you've uploaded new content. In these scenarios, deleting the material from your platform means you will delete all of the tracking data, thus changing the data and status of completion for some users. It may be useful to simply hide the material from learners instead.Additionally, please note that hidden training material will not be counted towards course

We release the same training every year ( but differnet Training Material) I’m wondering what I should do with the active users who didn’t complete last year’s training.  It’s no longer required. I don’t want to mark them complete or unenroll, but i do want them to show up as not having done that course for reporting purposes.  How do you handle repeat trainings with new content, New course each year?

Hi all,  Is anyone else facing issues today 12/21/2022 regarding learning plans not loading. Seems like a latency issue. Reached out to support but they haven’t got back to us yet.  Anyone else also facing the same issue of learning plans not loading?

Hi - I am just testing badges. We have the app activated, when I create a badge and select ‘create and edit’ I get an ‘internal server error’ message. Can anyone help please? :)
