What was your experience using Docebo's Page Design professional services?

We’ve been using Docebo for a few years and would like to do a major overhaul of the UX, look and feel for different audiences. I’m considering using Docebo’s page design professional services but I’m wondering if anyone has used them in the past and if they felt they got good results. I’m slightly worried that the underlying hardcoded widgets are what we really want to change and that we wouldn’t have that much impact in customizing a design that works for us. Thoughts? experiences?

Anyone else not receiving Community notification emails over the past week?

I have replied and subscribed to several posts and areas on Docebo Community, so I typically have at least one or two notifications from the Community each day.  However, I noticed that I have not received any since 9/18.  I thought maybe it was just slow last week with the Inspire conference, but I checked today on post where I know there was a new reply and I never got the notification for it.I am trying to determine if our email filters are blocking them - I don’t see them in my quarantined/spam folders.  Curious if anyone else is noticing this as well?

Is anyone's Docebo platform taking a REALLY long time to load at the moment?

Our instance of Docebo seems to be REALLY lagging at the moment. I don’t see anything on the Docebo system status page, curious if it’s an “us” problem or if other instances are experiencing issues.

Learning Plan Alignment

Just a friendly heads up, if you are actively using Learning Plans, I highly recommend sending support a message twice a week to run the “Learning Plan Alignment” API call as chat calls it.When you enroll users into Learning Plans whether manually or automatically, there are chances where they will show enrolled into the Learning Plan, but aren’t enrolled into any of the courses of the Learning Plan. When you do, ask for the Response Body so you can see which Learning Plans were affected, and how many users were affected.Support says its some deep rooted issue that can't be fixed soon so this is the only remedy. It’s totally sporadic and no way to detect which users would be affected by it. Hope this helps!
