Has anyone released the new course player to all of your users?

We are currently testing the new course player functionality in our sandbox, but we want to get ready to release to everyone.If you have released it to all of your users, I’m curious to know:How it was received by your users?  Any questions or issues that are coming up from your users?  Did you do any communication to your users about the new course player? Or did you just turn it on?Excited to hear from others about this!

System outage?

Is anyone else having trouble logging in at the moment? It was working until maybe half an hour ago (9:45am CST). The icon in the bookmark ribbon has also changed from our company’s logo to the Docebo logo.

Hello Docebo Community!!!

Hello all...brand new to the world of Docebo.  Excited to learn about about it...here’s the 411 on me! What's your name? - Colin Deans What's your job title and industry? - Manager: Learning & Development for Nuclear Waste Management Organization (NWMO) How long have you used Docebo? - This is day 1 (eeek) Where are you located? - Toronto, On.  Canada In your opinion, what is the most underrated Docebo feature? - Completely unsure! If you could have any one superpower, what would it be? - You know as a professed comic book geek (BTW all in on Marvel...not a fan of DC...I mean how many times do we need to reboot Batman??!?!), this is a difficult question to nail down.  They all have their pros and cons.  Love the superspeed stuff, so I guess it would be the ability to run fast and endlessly without tiring. Can anyone with subtitles confirm it is working in the mobile app (not mobile browser)?

I have 200 courses with subs in 8 languages and 0 work in the branded (or non-branded) mobile app. Support says it is supposed to be working. Can ANYONE confirm subs are working in the mobile app (NOT mobile browser) for them - or try uploading a subtitle and see if it works in their mobile app? Thanks friends!

What was your experience using Docebo's Page Design professional services?

We’ve been using Docebo for a few years and would like to do a major overhaul of the UX, look and feel for different audiences. I’m considering using Docebo’s page design professional services but I’m wondering if anyone has used them in the past and if they felt they got good results. I’m slightly worried that the underlying hardcoded widgets are what we really want to change and that we wouldn’t have that much impact in customizing a design that works for us. Thoughts? experiences?

Anyone else not receiving Community notification emails over the past week?

I have replied and subscribed to several posts and areas on Docebo Community, so I typically have at least one or two notifications from the Community each day.  However, I noticed that I have not received any since 9/18.  I thought maybe it was just slow last week with the Inspire conference, but I checked today on post where I know there was a new reply and I never got the notification for it.I am trying to determine if our email filters are blocking them - I don’t see them in my quarantined/spam folders.  Curious if anyone else is noticing this as well?

Is anyone's Docebo platform taking a REALLY long time to load at the moment?

Our instance of Docebo seems to be REALLY lagging at the moment. I don’t see anything on the Docebo system status page, curious if it’s an “us” problem or if other instances are experiencing issues.
