Rise Courses | Overwrite of Training Material
Hi - I am wondering if anyone else has encountered the following:we did export to SCORM 2004 we uploaded a rise 360 course that we have been working on for months and it seems to be working….yay we uploaded a change to the rise course that I believe is not structural - just an attachment we chose to overwrite the training material even with test users - the newer training material with the newer attachments are not showing itself in my browsersIf you have encountered it or have any thoughts on what could be going on - I would appreciate any insight. I dont want to spend too much more time on this because it feels silly...but if you have any idea of what could be going on? It will help to talk me down from any concerns.
Email Notifications changing on their own
Hello,We are having a few issues with email notifications: Schedules are automatically changing to either 1 day or 1 week after the event; removing whatever was set previously When editing or creating a notification with a schedule, after sitting Save, the schedule changes to 7 days automatically, regardless of what we input as the correct number of days after the eventIt seems that this is mainly affecting emails that have schedules, like “Learner has yet to complete.” Anyone else facing these issues?
Can a course ever be set to never show that it's completed?
I have created a separate page for our facilitators that contain their teaching notes. It’s a catalog widget so that these courses (we call them modules) don’t clog up their homepage. Here’s my question: The first time a facilitator opens the course/module it pops right into the iFRAME content. However, from then on, every time they want to go back to this, they course/module completed message. Is there a way to turn this off? I want them to just hit the iFRAME Training Material every time without the extra mouse click.

Calling all UK based law firms...
We are looking at setting up a working group of law firms that have offices in the UK and that use Docebo. This working group would be a great way to share ideas, best practice and challenges that crop up in our industry. If the above applies to you and you’re interested in getting something off the ground, get in touch 😊
Need Clarification - Advanced Properties > Time Options VS Enrollment Deadline
Can someone please explain the difference between setting an enrollment deadline with a validity window vs. entering a Start and End date under Advanced Properties > Time Options?Ideally, I would like to assign users to an eLearning during a specific window for compliance purposes but also provide the option for them to access the course beyond the specified end date. I’ve noticed that if I enabled a validity window as part of setting up an enrollment deadline, my users get locked out of the course after the final day even if I have enabled the Soft Deadline option under Advanced Properties > Time Options.

Has anyone tried playing live trivia or Jackbox as a fun webinar?
Thanks! I’ve never done this in (or out of) a LMS. Seems straightforward to dual screen then share one screen on zoom. This would be a series with badges and leaderboards for attendance. Can I give a badge for each event attended in an ILT without having to modify the badges after initial setup (that is, just create more sessions and events)?

And just like that…it’s the end of July. We’re halfway through the summer 😎 and I’m honestly not sure how it happened. Is anybody using something other than Docebo for notifications?
HI,I just wondered if anybody is utilizing any other mail system for emails for users for Docebo? We had a promotion that is sending out thousands of emails via the newsletter but it seems to me that I should not have to lock up my LMS time waiting for the email to be sent to that many users. ( you cant leave the screen until the emails have been sent and 1 email was 5k users and took over 45 minutes to send) It would also be nice to have a record of the emails that were sent out so we know that all these emails we are sending have actually been sent. If anybody has any other options you are using besides what is available in Docebo, I would be interested in what you are using.

New to the Community!
Hi everyone, I’m Suzi and I am a Product Knowledge Manager for Phenom, Inc. in Philadelphia. We just launched with Docebo in May and have seen the value immediately. The next phase of our journey, and my primary focus is to now build a brand new community platform around our new LMS. If anyone has any thoughtful experience, insights, tips or “don’t do what I dids”, please feel free to reach out! I have a ton of questions.
What's your name? Nicole What's your job title and industry? LMS Manager in the communications industry How long have you used Docebo? Jan 2022 Where are you located? Ottawa, ON In your opinion, what is the most underrated Docebo feature? Reusing the same module for multiple Learning Plans and also how quickly I can build an LP by doing so. If you could have any one superpower, what would it be? The ability to find anything; all mysteries solved. (optional) What’s an interesting yet little-known fact about yourself? I am a traditionally published YA author.
Can I put a “close course” button on an HTML page?
I am making a simple reusable “course complete” page. If I do this as HTML, can I have a course complete button? (In case users can’t find the close button)I tested this as a simple rise SCORM but it’s pretty slow to get into. Also if possible I would love to insert the user’s first and last names and the course title and course code.

Need help with CSV Enrollment template file
Can someone please share the required date format for the CSV enrollment field? The documentation in Docebo University suggests that the template contains the required format, but I keep getting “Please enter a valid date format string for: active_until” errors. I also noticed that when I upload my template, the process does not see or recognize my course courses. It doesn’t appear as one of the options to move over to the right. Is there a minimum character requirement for course codes?
Webex, Teams or Zoom
We have been researching setting up vILT for client and employee courses and am wondering if anyone has any information they can give on which integration (Teams/Webex/Zoom) has been working the best for them.We don’t want to do anything too complicated and we want our experience to be as simple as possible for both our users and our administrators. I’ve been reading everyone’s comments here in the community and I feel like I am more confused now.Any tips before I get started? Thanks in advance for any input you can give this newbie!
