Does anyone else experience a scheduled custom report in New Reports, randomly not triggering? We have one that triggers at 4:40 am ET every day. I had a chat with support last week and they said it could be because the daily refresh was hung up. If it starts at midnight ET and is still hung up almost 5 hours later, that’s concerning. It’s happened 5 times over the past month and a half. I’ve put in a ticket, but I’m wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences. 

We have some amazing resources and conversation around the product here, but I’d really like to dig into the business challenges that everyone is seeing. I’d love your feedback below? Is it proving ROI? Lack of focus?Time constraints? Lack of funding? Others?

Is it possible to remove the time stamp on Notifications to show the date only?I don’t think this information is needed and it looks a little messy on Overdue Notifications that lists multiple Courses:

Anyone else having properly setup email notifications just sporadically not sending? They work 90% of the time, and not the other 10% - very unreliable

Hi Everyone, I’m creating this post to receive feedback or ideas on implementing our global learning programs, not related to Docebo.We’re offering some of the global learning programs (development programs) in our organization to specific criteria through the nomination process. We are now gathering all of the learners' information via an Excel file through HRBPs and screening each nomination to ensure that the learners match the standards of the targeted audiences (for example, Program A will only be eligible for leaders) before the deadline.Following validation, the finalized nominee list will be sent with HRBPs so that they can communicate with the candidates about their future programs and the basis for the nomination.We'd want to digitize this action, which was previously done offline. As a result, we conducted some study on MS forms (to collect nominee details) to see how it fit into our needs. However, the results did not reach our expectations, s
