What is the thing you left most excited about to bring back to your company you picked up this week?

I thought I was losing my mind, but it has happened again.Anyone else not getting any confirmation email when registering for the Release Readiness webinars? This started for me a few months ago.

Hey Inspire attendees, we hope you had a great first day and start to day 2 at Inspire 2023!  I’ve already met so many of you and would love to meet more community members IRL. If you stop by the community booth (just outside the entrance to the community lounge) and get scanned, you’ll be entered to win a Docebo backpack AND you’ll receive a very cool Nashville-inspired badge. We keep getting Server Errors, our catalogs are empty, and the help desk icon is gone. We have been unable to reach anyone to assist. Anyone else having issues?

Hi all,On the Session List page for Inspire, I’ve Added what I want to attend. But there’s no Submit button or Next page. What did I “Add” this to exactly? I feel like there should be another page where I can see all the sessions I specifically added and then print my schedule out. Am I missing something? Here’s the bottom of my page.

I would like to start a best practices webinar. Very informal - just a monthly half hour Zoom where people can show off parts of their platform and discuss.  Who is interested for, say, November 15th 11am pacific 1pm central 2pm eastern US time? We can be more formal about it later. Hi all,I was wondering if anyone is using Power User Profiles as an alternative to the My Team function for managers. We’ve been using the My Team function, but our managers find it quite limiting for the following reasons:A lack of metrics on the My Team cards means they have to drill down individually into each card to get the information they need. This is not the best solution when they have hundreds of team members. Inability to change enrollment deadlines they set for team members. Inability to cancel enrollments they made by mistake.Our CSM has suggested setting up a Power User Profile to get around these limitations, so I’d love to hear your thoughts on how effective this can be.

When is the Planned Maintenance scheduled to take place on the platform? Docebo is planning maintenance to Docebo Learn Sandbox platforms starting on August 22, 2023, as part of the upgrade of our RDS MySQL database servers from MySQL 5.7 to 8.0. This upgrade is taking place in order to take advantage of the latest security, stability and performance improvements. During the below timeframes, this may result in up to 10 minutes of downtime for your Learn sandbox platform:US sandbox platforms: August 22nd 9:00 AM CEST - 13:00 CEST Ireland / Canada / Australia sandbox platforms: August 23rd 9:00 AM CEST - 13:00 CEST  Frankfurt / London sandbox platforms: August 24th 9:00 AM CEST - 13:00 CEST Will this affect any functionality of the platform?The maintenance window could affect any functionality of the sandbox platform. Hi peeps- I’m looking to purchase an authoring tool.  All the authoring tool posts I’ve found here are a year or more old, so I wanted to see if Articulate is still the general crowd-pleaser.  I do have Camtasia and I have used and loved Articulate in a previous role.  I’m a dept of one, so Rise could be a quick and dirty solution for me. I am mainly curious to see if anyone uses Lectora and prefers that over Articulate. thanks!
