Page-editing by power users via API - has anyone written this?

We are going to build a simple page editor for power users. Each branch will get a few pre-made pages. When they log in to our external site, they will log in with Auth0/Okta, which will tell our site what branch they belong to. They will get served a selection page where they can pick one of their 2-3 pre-made branch pages and submit a body HTML edit via API despite being a power-user (the API obviously is a super-admin). This would initially be just for the branch homepage. They won’t be able to create new pages, just submit html for the existing pages. No composer or previews, just submitting body HTML. We use the mobile app therefore iframes are not an option here for homepage replacement. The editor page for power-users can be iframed in. Has anyone done this? I would love recommendations including contractors. Would also buy code. DM me!

Stripe Standard End of Life - November 30, 2022

If you have configured Stripe Standard in conjunction with the Subscription app as the payment gateway for the automatic renewal of your subscriptions, please note that Docebo has scheduled the End of Life date for the Stripe Standard integration for November 30, 2022, in favor of the more secure  Stripe Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) solution.  Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is an European regulatory requirement which is being widely adopted to reduce fraud and make online and contactless offline payments more secure. It is with this focus of security and effectiveness in mind, that we are going to discontinue support on Stripe Standard and urge our customers to migrate to Stripe SCA. With regards to user experience, end users using certain cards (that require strong authentication) will have to re-enter their information in additional steps (re-executing the payment), which they should already be accustomed to doing as this is the standard authentication procedure every t

Reporting Unavailable Since Nov 11 2022

Is anyone else experiencing issues with custom reporting? Our scheduled reports’ background jobs keep showing “aborted” and cannot run new custom reports.

Background Jobs Failing

We are seeing all background jobs failing for last 24 hours - copying sessions, enrolling groups, importing users, etc. So far the only thing that is not failing is scheduled reports.

Docebo Officially Rings the Bell 🔔

 🎉 It’s an exciting day for Docebo!  In December 2020, Docebo got listed on the NYC Nasdaq exchange but because of the pandemic, we weren’t able to celebrate and ring the bell. But the time finally came this morning as Docebo was proudly shown for all to see on the Nasdaq tower and marquee.   Here’s a link to the video where you can watch us ring the bell (and fist pump in excitement!). The people of Docebo represent the essence of our six core values that are reflected in everything we do: Innovation, Curiosity, Accountability, Impact, Simplicity, and Togetherness. A look back at Inspire 2022

While Docebo Inspire 2022 may have come and gone, the connections, inspiration, and lessons learned will live on!  This year marked our 5th annual (and 2nd virtual) Docebo Inspire. Now, I may be biased, but I think this was our best one yet—and not just because we debuted Docebo U @ Inspire! (Although, that might have something to do with it.) How do you handle localization?

Recently we’ve been receiving a lot of requests for localization of our video-based courses. We currently handle three languages, but the addition of more languages is beyond the scope of our small team. I was wondering how other admins/organizations have approached this challenge. Has anyone been able to find a contractor that can localize their courses speedily, accurately, and at a reasonable cost? Our courses are quite technical, so I’m wondering how accurate an outside contractor would be. Also, how have you handled the Docebo side of things? I know the user interface supports a wide range of languages, but how easy is it to maintain custom elements like menus and pages without a native speaker in-house?

Problems with uploading users this morning? Or is it just me?

I have a lot of programs to launch today and I’ve been waiting close to an hour for two simple .csv uploads to process (one of them contains only 1 test user). I emailed Docebo Chat and it’s been a ½ hour with no response. Is anyone else experiencing this?

What third place feels like on the leaderboards

A few weeks ago, @Bfarkas overtook my position as a long standing holder of being in a second position behind @lrnlab. Third place has a different feel to it, I dont feel the pressure to keep up with @lrnlab or @Bfarkas.I look at the world differently. I am slowing down to smell the fresh air.Appreciating the questions that are coming to me in Private Messages.Dont get me wrong I am not settling. I just I feel like I made my stride nice and early...and I dont have much more to prove…..other than….@Bfarkas? Getting out of our own heads

Lately I find myself repeating a question across all divisions in our company and it goes something like this: “I know we understand that, but does the reader/learner/customer? Or is that just an industry/division/specialist term?”We were filming the marketing team about an upcoming sale (we are a retail company) and they referred to MAP pricing, but didn't’ explain it. I cut the take and asked them if the frontline employee would have any clue what MAP pricing was and their response was basically “oh, I guess not. It’s Minimum Advertised Price.” My next question was ‘why should they care’ (I love asking “So what?” questions of my SMEs!) and the discussion that ensued completely changed that segment of the training for the better.Here’s my point: we do this a lot in Learning and Development. Getting caught up in our own terminology makes it harder for others to work with us. We preach teaching to the audience in front of you to others, but often fail to do it ourselves.Docebo staff, I’

[UPDATED] Docebo Learn LMS Release Schedule 2022

July 2022 UPDATE: Starting September 2022, all Docebo Product Updates (Mid-Month Maintenance Releases, Sandbox Updates and Monthly Product Updates) will move from Wednesdays to Mondays. Starting March 2022, the Docebo Learn platform will move from a weekly maintenance release schedule to a twice monthly maintenance release.  This shift comes as a result of feedback from customers wanting  greater stability of the LMS during and after maintenance releases, along with the desire for more detailed resources from Docebo Help, Docebo University and Docebo Community for maintenance releases. By reducing the amount of times we release new or updated code in your LMS, we’re decreasing the risk of any release-related issues that may occur in your platform either during or shortly after a release. This also allows our quality assurance team the ability to perform more thorough testing for any identified bugs  that are being fixed by our Product Team. We know this change may stir up some question
