If you have configured Stripe Standard in conjunction with the Subscription app as the payment gateway for the automatic renewal of your subscriptions, please note that Docebo has scheduled the End of Life date for the Stripe Standard integration for November 30, 2022, in favor of the more secure Stripe Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) solution. Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is an European regulatory requirement which is being widely adopted to reduce fraud and make online and contactless offline payments more secure. It is with this focus of security and effectiveness in mind, that we are going to discontinue support on Stripe Standard and urge our customers to migrate to Stripe SCA. With regards to user experience, end users using certain cards (that require strong authentication) will have to re-enter their information in additional steps (re-executing the payment), which they should already be accustomed to doing as this is the standard authentication procedure every t

🎉 It’s an exciting day for Docebo! In December 2020, Docebo got listed on the NYC Nasdaq exchange but because of the pandemic, we weren’t able to celebrate and ring the bell. But the time finally came this morning as Docebo was proudly shown for all to see on the Nasdaq tower and marquee. While Docebo Inspire 2022 may have come and gone, the connections, inspiration, and lessons learned will live on! This year marked our 5th annual (and 2nd virtual) Docebo Inspire. Recently we’ve been receiving a lot of requests for localization of our video-based courses. We currently handle three languages, but the addition of more languages is beyond the scope of our small team. I was wondering how other admins/organizations have approached this challenge. Has anyone been able to find a contractor that can localize their courses speedily, accurately, and at a reasonable cost? Our courses are quite technical, so I’m wondering how accurate an outside contractor would be. Also, how have you handled the Docebo side of things? I know the user interface supports a wide range of languages, but how easy is it to maintain custom elements like menus and pages without a native speaker in-house?

I have a lot of programs to launch today and I’ve been waiting close to an hour for two simple .csv uploads to process (one of them contains only 1 test user). I emailed Docebo Chat and it’s been a ½ hour with no response. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Docebo Support will have modified hours of operations for the following upcoming public holidays: 🇮🇹🇫🇷 On Monday, November 1st, in observance of All Saints Day in Italy and France, Docebo Support Operations will be opening at 8:00 a.m. EST / 2:00 p.m. CEST and there will not be Italian language support for the day.🇺🇸 On Thursday, November 24th & Friday, November 25th, in observance of Thanksgiving in the USA, Docebo Support Operations will be available, however, will be operating with limited staff.
A few weeks ago, @Bfarkas overtook my position as a long standing holder of being in a second position behind @lrnlab. Third place has a different feel to it, I dont feel the pressure to keep up with @lrnlab or @Bfarkas.I look at the world differently. Lately I find myself repeating a question across all divisions in our company and it goes something like this: “I know we understand that, but does the reader/learner/customer? Or is that just an industry/division/specialist term?”We were filming the marketing team about an upcoming sale (we are a retail company) and they referred to MAP pricing, but didn't’ explain it. I cut the take and asked them if the frontline employee would have any clue what MAP pricing was and their response was basically “oh, I guess not. It’s Minimum Advertised Price.” My next question was ‘why should they care’ (I love asking “So what?” questions of my SMEs!) and the discussion that ensued completely changed that segment of the training for the better.Here’s my point: we do this a lot in Learning and Development. Getting caught up in our own terminology makes it harder for others to work with us. We preach teaching to the audience in front of you to others, but often fail to do it ourselves.Docebo staff, I’
I have 200 courses with subs in 8 languages and 0 work in the branded (or non-branded) mobile app. Support says it is supposed to be working. Can ANYONE confirm subs are working in the mobile app (NOT mobile browser) for them - or try uploading a subtitle and see if it works in their mobile app? Thanks friends!
