A look back at the future of learning: Docebo Inspire 2023 recap

It might have taken four years to get together in person again, but it sure was worth the wait! This year’s event was a smashing success and even went to the dogs at times (in the BEST way possible)! For all of you who attended, you get it. And for those of you who couldn’t make it this year, read on and you will. Fiiiiiinally, this year’s conference was IN person, IN Nashville, and it was nothing short of INspiring. Over 3 days, we hosted 400+ attendees, heard from 70+ speakers, and held 48 sessions, including our second-ever Docebo University (which got an upgrade to a full-day event with 20 sessions). With so many speakers, sessions, and some of the industry’s brightest minds, there was plenty of opportunity to inspire the future of learning. DU @ InspireFor many of you, Inspire 2023 started with a bigger and better Docebo University. This year, DU @ Inspire got an upgrade to a full-day, hands-on, in-person event with 20 sessions. November 2023: Upcoming Holiday Support Hours

Docebo Support will have modified hours of operations for the following upcoming public holidays: On Wednesday, November 1st, in observance of All Saints' Day our Italian offices will be closed. Docebo Support operations and Phone support will remain available during US hours. On Tuesday, November 7th, in observance of the Melbourne Cup, Docebo Support operations and Phone support will remain available during US hours. On Friday, November 10th, in observance of Veteran's Day in the US and Remembrance Day in the UK, Docebo Support operations and Phone support will remain available all day. On Thursday, November 23 and Friday, November 24, in observance of Thanksgiving for our US offices, Docebo Support Operations will continue to operate with limited staff. Phone support will remain available all day.

What was your experience using Docebo's Page Design professional services?

We’ve been using Docebo for a few years and would like to do a major overhaul of the UX, look and feel for different audiences. I’m considering using Docebo’s page design professional services but I’m wondering if anyone has used them in the past and if they felt they got good results. I’m slightly worried that the underlying hardcoded widgets are what we really want to change and that we wouldn’t have that much impact in customizing a design that works for us. Thoughts? experiences?

Updated Support Ticket Areas

You may have gone to create a Support ticket recently and noticed something is different! On September 5th, 2023, we updated the Support request form Areas to reflect new, streamlined categories. Previously, there were over 100 categories and sub-categories that did not fully align with the structure of our products, This made tracking less accurate for us and ticket submission more tedious for our customers. It is our hope that the recent changes will help alleviate these issues. The updated Area categories are listed here on our Knowledge Base. Anyone else not receiving Community notification emails over the past week?

I have replied and subscribed to several posts and areas on Docebo Community, so I typically have at least one or two notifications from the Community each day. However, I noticed that I have not received any since 9/18. I thought maybe it was just slow last week with the Inspire conference, but I checked today on post where I know there was a new reply and I never got the notification for it.I am trying to determine if our email filters are blocking them - I don’t see them in my quarantined/spam folders. Curious if anyone else is noticing this as well?

Our instance of Docebo seems to be REALLY lagging at the moment. I don’t see anything on the Docebo system status page, curious if it’s an “us” problem or if other instances are experiencing issues.

Learning Plan Alignment

Just a friendly heads up, if you are actively using Learning Plans, I highly recommend sending support a message twice a week to run the “Learning Plan Alignment” API call as chat calls it.When you enroll users into Learning Plans whether manually or automatically, there are chances where they will show enrolled into the Learning Plan, but aren’t enrolled into any of the courses of the Learning Plan. When you do, ask for the Response Body so you can see which Learning Plans were affected, and how many users were affected.Support says its some deep rooted issue that can't be fixed soon so this is the only remedy. It’s totally sporadic and no way to detect which users would be affected by it. Hope this helps!
