Hi All,I’m facing a specific use case and would appreciate insights from the community.We manage numerous courses linked to multiple learning plans. Occasionally, these courses are revised, and certain users are required to retake them.The challenge is that we only want to archive and re-enroll selected users—not all users who were previously enrolled—since many are no longer required to complete the course.Currently, the only workaround we’ve identified is to archive and unenroll all users, then enroll only those who need to retake the course. This approach preserves historical records in the archive while allowing targeted re-enrollment.However, Docebo does not currently support archiving and unenrolling courses associated with learning plans. Unassigning the course from all learning plans, performing the archive and unenroll, and then reassigning the course to the learning plans would be extremely burdensome for the team.Is there

We’ve recently experienced the issue with our scheduled reports not running correctly whether it was for an end user, Power User, or Super Admin. However, today we are now unable to run any of our reports manually. The “Creating Background Job” popup displays but runs for an inordinately long amount of time. Eventually, an email is sent that indicates “we are not able to send you the link to the xxxx report”.Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

We created a new home page for our users….we did this by duplicating the home page of another subdivision of our company. the problem we are having is that now when we change the URL to our URL the page gets wonky (see pic below) does anyone know why this would happen?  

Hello! I am working on structuring Docebo for our restaurant company that has 2 hierarchies. We have an AM and GM, we want them to both be managers for their teams and we have them established as theMain Branch = AM area Subbranch = Store locations/GMs. We have an issue with our ADP report for the CVS upload, it does not have the GM/AM connection, only has info on if someone is or isn't a manager (yes/no). We want to figure out how to create that connection, for when a trainee is uploaded, they can be directly assigned to the GM and AM.I thought about using the Location code that is part of the Store subbranch and is a column in the ADP report. Because AM’s are Power users, so I thought assigning a resource such as its corresponding AM main branch and the GM/Store subbranches to the AM poweruser, would help create that manager connection. I believe I may be wrong, does any one have any ideas? ex.Parent Br

This morning we had a pop-up in our Docebo instance inviting us to preview Harmony Search.I’ve put in a ticket to find out if all SuperAdmins saw this pop-up, or any other users. We cannot turn on AI features without asking for a review from our IT Security team. Due to the distributed nature of our companies and our L&D teams, we have numerous SuperAdmins in our system across multiple extended enterprise portals. While I’m pretty confident that my team knows the rules (and I sent out a reminder to everyone this morning), a prompt like this one may cause someone to circumvent our process.I reached out to my SCM to ask: Can we ensure that advertisements like this will NOT be turned on for our Docebo instance in the future? Has anyone had a similar issue?

Are we still expecting a Sandbox update next week?  I haven’t seen a post about what to expect yet.  With so many changes to how, when, and where updates are communicated, I’m not sure if I’ve missed something.  But, I don't see anything in Product Updates, Release Roundups, or Live in Sandbox posts.  My notes say Sandbox update is due on Nov 10 to push the updates that are set to go to Production in January 2026.  

I need to interact with docebo lrs using Oauth2 token. I generate an access token using client_credentials grant type but when I use that to access LRS. It’s showing me 401 unauthorized access

We post a weekly leadership training for learners and we have a widget on their home page to highlight these.  We’d like to feature the newest one first.  The card view you can sort newest to oldest, but it takes up a huge amount of screen real estate.  The stream view is better but only sorts A-Z.  Has anyone edited, maybe through CSS, the default sort of the stream or found a way to limit the number of cards?

I am successfully connected to and pulling users from the GET /manage/v1/user endpoint, however, I want to make use of the optional "filters" input to limit the results to only Power Users or Super Admins. This means I have to filter on the "level" attribute of the user. Can anyone explain the syntax for this sort of filter? The API explorer gives the following description on the field: serialize object containing list of filters and their options. I have tried a few options, the only one I have gotten results for (no Internal Server Error), but still the filter does not seem to be applied is this:[{"level" : {"criteria" : "not_equal", "value" : "user" }}]I cannot get the syntax correct and keep getting Internal Server Errors otherwise. Any help or examples would be great!

My team is having an issue with uploading SCORM packages to the Central Repository. The files are well under the size limitation. They are getting stuck on this screen and it never finishes processing. Any suggestions?

There is a mandatory description field that is required to be populated for each course. However, this field is unable to be reported on.Is it possible to report on this field as we are using it to store some important course information.

I’m confused about the File Repository widget, under training materials on courses.  This article about the feature:https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020127779-Managing-the-File-repository-area-widgetexplicitly says the widget is not paginated:  But when I implement it on a course and add more than 3 files to the file repository, I see this: It is obviously paginated, and with only 3 files per page?  Is there a way I can get this to behave as advertised in the article abo

Hi everyone,We’re currently reviewing our course catalog and trying to identify older courses that might be ready to sunset and we’d like to get an idea of whether there’s still any learner activity in those older courses, and a picture of what the usage curve for courses looks like over time. I’m looking for advice or best practices on how to track and report on course activity or engagement over time in Docebo. Specifically: Is there a built-in report or dashboard that shows when a course was last accessed or last completed? Can I easily pull usage trends (e.g., number of enrollments or completions per month) to see if engagement is declining? Are there any custom reports or automation ideas you’ve used to help flag courses that may be inactive or obsolete? Any tips, report configurations, or examples of how you’ve handled course lifecycle management in Docebo would be greatly appreciated!

Does anyone know how long the certificate lasts when it’s managed by the platform as I'd like to be aware when it’s due to automatically renew.Thank you 

Howdy - our Docebo instance is using branches to separate our customers. I am not finding a way to add a course for visibility by a specific branch only. Saw a group filter option, but no branch assignment on the course creation page. Thanks! Jason

When choosing to display a catalog in calendar mode, is it possible to set the ‘Agenda’ view as the default? Are there any CSS solutions that could help achieve this?

My team and I are experiencing an issue with the newly updated UX pages in Docebo. As shown below, the icons that are supposed to appear within the square boxes are no longer visible. We’re seeing this issue on the newly updated user experience pages.On our calendar, the square boxes are visible, but the icons—such as the arrows and the “...” (more options) icon—are missing. We’re also seeing this issue on our course player page.The “More Information” button—which includes the unenrollment option—is not visible. Hello All,I am looking for practical cases of people who have experienced the creation of courses with xAPI content (TinCan) via URL.We connected the content of one of our vendors via an xAPI URL, our learners go through our docebo platform to access the platform of our vendors via a course that we have set up with TMs and each TM represents a module in the platform of the vendor (25 TM).The problem is that when the learner completes the course it is marked as completed in the platform of the vendors but not in our Docebo platform, it always appears in progress.The link to our vendor's platform is correctly iframed in the advanced settings.We have created an application in our docebo platform from which we have retrieved the client id and the client secret in the parameters of our vendor's platform.Here is how we set up each TM:
