Hey all! Wondering how you use learning plans and manage them when there’s updates (primarily new courses added).We have changes often, but when we create new courses in learning plans, our completion reporting drops -- and that even affects deactivated/terminated employees. We are in a company where we often have attorney general inquiries that queries all of our training and records, and when we have a terminated employee enrolled in a course AFTER their term date, that just looks bad. We also have people that don’t necessarily need to take new content from their onboarding programs (i.e., a couple years into employment) but if we add a new course, they are no longer complete. Do you create new learning plans on a certain cadence? Do you unenroll deactivated employees from the learning plans, but retain their course information? Help!!! 

Hi all, I found it is very difficult to view all quiz questions using Docebo. When I used question bank, it only showed me part of the questions and did not show me the answer unless I clicked edit button. Is there any way for me to view questions and answers easily? Or, if I exported our quiz questions to GIFT format, is there any way to import the GIFT format text file to excel? Thanks a lot. Regards, Will 

Something has been brought to my attention and I’m hoping I can get some help finding how to change it.  Recently we created a new group then applied it to a custom report.  Then we ran the report and nothing showed up.  When we reached out to get help about it we were told that the data only refreshed every 4 hours due to a setting in our platform. “As noted in the KB, Data Refreshes, Data displayed in the reports is not in real-time, but instead runs atmost 12 times per day, depending on the setting of the platform. For you, this is every 4 hours:  This means that, even if a report is manually extracted, it will still check if 4 hours since the last data r

Hi,  just after a bit of advice.  We are being asked by a specific department whether we can help role out the concept of ‘learning passports’.This will be a list of learning activities that are recommended for specific roles in that department e.g. Lecturer, technician etc.The people in this department already exist in the LMS and we can easily target them (by group or branch, however my question relates to how we provide the list of learning activities to those people.Learning plans seems the obvious thing, but the plan would need to be a mixture of activities that exist in the LMS, but other things (courses, seminars etc) that don’t exist in the LMS.So my question is - is there a way to make learning plans work for us and include items are external to the LMS, or is there some other element of the LMS that cold work instead e.g. checklists? 

Hi all, I would like to hear some feedback/call outs/ Pro’s and Con’s on the below please! When updating/versioning SCORMS, we were advised that the Best Practice was to hide and retire the existing SCORM, and then upload the new one.  This is how we have been doing this to date when needed.  Another method is to edit the SCORM in the repository and upload the new SCORM which then reflects a ‘V2’ in the file name.Does anything make one method better than the other?  Do we lose any data points using one ver the other?  Does it matter which way?  Any reporting impacts? Thanks in advance!

I’m working on establishing some use cases for My Teams to utilize for our organization however I seem to have run into a serious problem. Last week when I was establishing and setting up a test group to verify that managers can view down the my team chart to view and enroll team members under their direct reports. At that time, it worked and I was able to create up to 3 levels of view (ie Manager > assistant manager > lead supervisor) where the Manager was able to view all users under each manager under them and so on. Today, however, something broke and I am at my absolute wits end. No when I log in as Manager and go to My Team I can see my direct reports (aka the Assistant Manager) however I can no longer see any team members below who report to the assistant manager.When I log into Assistant Manager, though, and go to My Team, I can in fact see that there are members assigned.  Any advice? 

Hi EveryoneIs it possible to have the instructor’s slide deck in the training materials so that the instructor can access and present the slides without the attendees being able to access/view the slides for themselves?We tried hiding the slides but then couldn’t figure out if the instructor could access and present them.Many thanks

Does anyone know of a way that we can keep our notifications working, but disable them for one individual (e.g., high level executive) who does not want to receive notifications?Thanks!Jennifer

We are using a single evaluation material in an ILT class that has multiple sessions. Is there a way to see the evaluations by session? Currently when I try to run the report from Reports/Training material Statistics I get all of the results from all sessions in a single report. I feel like this is something I should be able to do and am somehow missing a box or a location to do it. 

Hello all, We have assignment notifications used for compliance courses as well as reminder notifications that go out based on time lapsed from enrollment date.  We have standardized on 30/60 day time frames. Occasionally we have a small group that needs a course assigned that is a general course that does not have days of validity set at the course level.  I know that when enrolling the group we can impose a deadline at that time for that group specifically, but how can I also have the reminders trigger without having them impact any user who self enrolls in the course down the road? How have you handled this in your org?

Hey everyone! New customer here, glad to be a part of the community!We need learners to be able to self-unenroll from courses/Learning Plans that they personally enrolled in - but prevent them from unenrolling in courses/LPs that were either assigned by their manager or by an admin. Is it possible to customize self-unenrollment to meet the need in the scenario above?(Or, is this how it already works and I am just unaware?) Thanks!Ryan 

For example, I work in the real estate industry so I don’t have users who are building and maintaining nuclear power plants or managing textile manufacturing or newspaper print shops. 

Recently, I noticed on one of my users Skills Dashboard, there are several AI suggested skills that are not relevant to his job at all. The skills suggested are things like Airport Security, Airport Maintenance. I have not been able to find where this information is pulling from in Docebo. I have only seen this with one user. Has anyone come across this issue?

As soon as you click Start Now in the new course player, a second Start Now window appears. Any ideas on bypassing that?  

Is there a way to auto assign power users resources based on branch? and a way to up date power user branches if they change branch location?

I’m trying to allow a power user to pull the survey data from a course, but I can’t find the appropriate setting. He has all permissions for reporting. Does anyone know which option I need to add?

We are building out all of our notifications from scratch and were hoping to find a list of notification short-code definitions so we don’t have to test each one to figure out what it does through trial and error. Hi Community,Hope everyone’s doing well! I wonder whether I was the only one to assume that with the new Archiving Enrollments feature it would be linked to Certifications & Re-training - meaning, that the process would be, linked between the two?Looks like this is something new that allows us to archive enrollment and re-enroll user to the same course or archive and unenroll - but manually. However we still have to track the certifications (1 year, 3 year etc.) ourselves.Soo, we are kind of still left with the Certifications/Retraining app then and being unable to renew them automatically (without completely erasing the enrollments). What are your thoughts on this feature and how do you plan to use it in sync with the Retra

Hello! Is there something available on the platform that will allow you to see every notification that a course is assigned to? I really like the learning plan tab feature on the course properties page, where you can see every learning plan that contains the course you are editing. Is there something similar to this view for seeing all the notifications that the course is associated with?  

Hi EveryoneOnce all users have been enrolled on a particular Learning Plan is it possible to pin that Learning Plan to the start of each user’s training record so that it always remains the first record (always visible when the user logs on) regardless of how many other courses/learning plans they are enrolled on later?

I’m not even sure if this is possible, but does anyone use a DAM and pull in the training materials into Docebo via an API? It’s something we’re exploring as an organization holistically, and I think they are curious if the Education can be connected to it.I think there’s a lot of discussion on the pros and cons, I’m just curious if this is technically even possible. Does anyone do this today?

I have 2 users in one branch. I put one of the  user in a group and assigned that user to a specific menu. Why cant they see a the different menus? Below is my menu screen.  The menu I am having trouble with the  Cathy Menu (2nd on the list). If I put the Cathy menu  above the Default page, everyone can see it, not just the one user in the group I gave visibility to even though I show visibility to 1 group, and 1 level. If I put it below the default menu, (regardless of what visibility I uuse) the user cannot see the Cathy menu.  I've spent hours moving Cathy above and below the default menu and no matter what I do,  I cannot get the one user in the group to see the Cathy Menu. Thoughts?
