Dragon accessibility speech software

Has anyone tried using the speech recognition program Dragon on Docebo? The user is trying to view the platform and typically Dragon would read out the text but the screen is appearing blank. Any troubleshooting advice out there is appreciated!

Where to edit this page?

Is there any way to always default to the course overview page and hide the course player page?    This is the page we’d like to return to after viewing course material. This is the page we get after exiting course material.. where to edit?

Turning on and off notification pop-ups for new functionality

When My Skills was added to the user profiles it created two notification pop-ups. One on the landing page (“MySkills added to your profile”), and one when you navigate to MySkills (“Fresh Content for You”).Those are useful for introducing the new functionality or for infrequent users, but can be annoying for more frequent users.Any advice on how to turn those pop-ups on or off? Either to allow users to choose pop-ups (or not), or as admins, to control how long or how many times it pops up.

Does anyone know how course ratings are calculated?

We have just turned on the course rating (the 1-5 star rating per course) but it is not clear from the knowledgebase how this is calculated. I am assuming it’s an average of all ratings, rounded to a whole number?t appears there’s a idea suggestion to give admins more data on how many ratings have contributed to the overall rating seen, so that means there is no way to have this information in reports?

Zoho REST API Connection to Docebo

Hi,I would like to know if anyone has used Zoho to make an API call to Docebo? Zoho is capable of calling a REST API. The issue is formatting the request properly using Zoho’s Deluge scripting language. One time scheduled reports

Hi all! So I’ve been looking about before asking, as I don’t want to re-post. I was wondering if there was any way to schedule a one time emailed report that does *not* re-occur? I’m currently writing up a powershell script to be put in task manager for this, but some of our power users would need this functionality as well. Any knowledge or recommendations would be great! We’ve just ran into instances where it’s been forgotten to turn off the re occurring portion and the reports go out unintentionally.

Badges - mass upload of users

Is there any way to upload a list of people to receive a badge? We would like to award people that log in every week in a month a badge and points. Is there any way to do a CSV upload or API upload?Currently this is going to mean I’m going to have to do this manually which will take ages.

Need clarification for custom power user profile permissions

When setting up a new power user profile, I want the PU to only be able to enroll in courses (eLearning and ILT) and Learning Plans. I can easily select a custom Enroll Users permission for the area of ILT Sessions but don’t have that option for the areas of Courses and Learning Plans. Any ideas?

Consolidating Badges

Is it possible to create a collection of badges that get consolidated into a single badge when a user earns every badge within the collection?For example we would offer five badges that each signify a core competency tied to individual courses and learners would earn them one at a time as they completed the first four. But when they finished the fifth they would have their first four badges removed and replaced with a different badge that signified that they’d completed the larger program that represented all five. This single badge would essentially consolidate the five that they’ve earned and recognize that they’d completed a larger program.

Learning plan 100% complete with expired course

Hi An example, we have a learning plan with 5 courses, all 5 courses complete so learning plan showing as 100%, thats good. However 1 course then expires so I would expect the learning plan to the drop back down to 80%. We were reporting on learning plans to know how compliant are employees are. Is this working as expected, is this a bug and does anyone know a way around it? Thanks

Apostrophe in user email address

we have a corporate client user who has an apostrophe in her email address. i tried to input that into the email field but the system wouldn’t save it. Is there a workaround for this, I don’t think she can change her corporate email, so I feel like we’re stuck. She is a big influencer and we need to make this work. they have SSO as well, so we can’t use a personal email address.

Group to Course Enrollment - are enrollment rules required?

If I created an automatic Group “2022 Hires”, then, access a course and enroll that group, will users that are added into the group later be enrolled in the course, or do I also need to create an enrollment rule?

Details of Course Equivalency for Recorded ILT Posted as eLearning

Note that I have read the knowledge base article Configuring Course Equivalencies but am finding the phrasing of the article confusing. I have an ILT Session that has been completed. No more sessions of this course are expected. I have a recording of this session that I would like to offer on a continuing basis as an eLearning course. Watching the recorded video is equivalent to having attended the ILT session. I have created the eLearning course, uploaded the recorded video to it, and assigned bi-directional equivalency with the ILT session. The ILT session is already over, so there are those who have self-enrolled, attended the ILT, and completed it.If those who have completed the ILT see the recording in the catalog (as eLearning) and launch it, will it launch for them as completed, because of the equivalency I’ve set, or will it not indicate for them as completed because they had already completed the ILT session when I created the equivalent eLearning video recording? Since Docebo has an LRS, what do you think about having the LRS as Docebo’s Single Source of Truth? Most LRS statements are analyzed and potentially find patterns. How long does it take to receive E-Signature verification emails?

Is there any expected time frame to receive these emails? We are testing it because we’d like to use it for things such as work from home agreements but so far haven’t received the email. It’s been a couple of hours. Also, we use SSO, I’ve seen talk of using it instead, can anyone advise how to set that up?

Having the 'About this course' tab appear by default

Question most likely for Docebians…If I have an ILT with no sessions planned I would like the ‘About this course’ tab to appear instead of the default ‘Sessions’ tab that just says there are none.Is there a way in CSS that we can amend this to show it by default?

CSS for completed courses

I am not seeing this specific thing posted anywhere so I do apologize if it is - But is there a way to apply CSS to sort ‘completed’ from ‘in progress’ and ‘not started?’ Looking specifically for the “My Courses and Learning Plans” page so that it shows up in the three groupings instead of just showing the courses all together.

xAPI setAgentProfile - cannot overwrite

I am trying to use the AgentProfile feature. I am using TinCanJS (https://github.com/RusticiSoftware/TinCanJS) I am trying to store some settings on the agent profile, doing something like: t.setAgentProfile("key21","value",{callback:showAgentProfile})I can call setAgentProfile with a key, and the first time it works, but when trying to change the value, I get a 409, with error message of: “Resource already existing. Use the 'If-Match' header”. The xAPI spec specifies a lastSHA1 parameter, but adding either ‘*’ or the etag value obtained from getAgentProfile does not work.I can see a PUT request is generated (to a URL like https://myserver/lrs-api/agents/profile?profileId=blah&agent=blah... ) , and the if-match header is being sent, but the lrs still returns an error.I have figured out a workaround (delete the profile first, and then set it), but it could produce errors, hoping somebody has encountered this problem before?

 For all descriptions--besides text, am I able to add multimedia such as a video?For learning plans, can the courses have a drop down with more information as opposed to all visible straight away? For learning plans, is it possible for links to open in a new tab instead of in the same window?

CSS to keep font format when text is linked in HTML?

So I was pointed to the super awesome post where we can use CSS to have specific fonts.  I was able to apply the CSS to an HTML widget and it worked fabulously! Here is the post: But when I linked the text, the font style totally changed!  See example:Top is unlinked text, and the bottom is the linked text.  I want the linked text to have at least the same font family as the top text.Is there CSS formatting that I can use to keep the format even if it is linked?

New Reports: Users - Training Material - limit it to a timeframe

Goal: See user’s training material activity over a defined time period. Right now, I’m using the report type “Users - Training Material” and have turned it into a “recent activity” type report.  I’m using nearly all the Training Material columns:  For sorting, I have it sorted by “Attempt Date” , Z->A. This shows me the most recent activity touched first.What I want to filter out is anything in the “Attempt Date” column over 2 weeks.I have a feeling the answer is going to be “Export it and then filter it yourself” but I mean honestly, should I have to? Unless there is another report somewhere that can give me this information and I’m overlooking it. Thoughts?

Hello, We are evaluating top LMS to replace our LMS and application systems, and I wanted to check if Docebo can support the following processes:Our users must submit an online application form for each course they are interested in taking after registering for an account and creating a profile. Admins evaluate these applications before selecting candidates from the list of applicants to invite to attend a course. Does Docebo support this functionality? Each applicant has to support their application by providing a signed sponsor form from their supervisors. Does Docebo support uploading signed documents or linkage to other applications through which we can get approval? Some courses are hidden from the catalog and only available through a unique URL. Does Docebo support this capability?I would be grateful if an admin could answer my question or point me to documentation.Thank you,Ajmal
