Is there any way to upload a list of people to receive a badge? We would like to award people that log in every week in a month a badge and points. Is there any way to do a CSV upload or API upload?Currently this is going to mean I’m going to have to do this manually which will take ages. 

Hey all,We need to update the enrollment status for a good portion of people assigned to an old compliance course in our platform. When we switched from an old platform to Docebo we brought over the titles & enrollments of previous courses for record-keeping purposes. However, the contractors who did this work for us neglected to update the enrollment status for some people in one of the courses (like thousands of people) so they’re showing “Not Started” when they should be “Complete.” It’s too many people to update manually. Is there a way to batch update the enrollment status for the people enrolled who completed the course (and preferably the completion date as well since it’s from a previous year)?I did see this article about using an API but I was hoping for a more simple solu

I’m not sure if I’m blind or crazy haha. I did the following when setting up a new landing page for users to ask the experts questions on a new app we have.DCS buttons shown on the top right of landing page channels with 2 assigned experts (including myself) notifications set up for questions that are added to channelsWhen I did a test question, the notification pops up, but when I click on it to answer, there is no “answer/reply” button. There are only 3 dots with the options to delete question or follow the question thread.  How do I enable experts to answer questions?   Update: I thought I somehow fixed my own problem but now I am unsure.I was messing around with my CSS code for the page after postign this question (used a css code through F

Hi there, I need to figure out how to best handle unlocking courses or auto-enrollments with a learning plan setup that looks like this:Learning Plans are based on topics (e.g. Communication Skills, Horseback Riding, Ballroom Dancing) and contain courses on the same subject but on different levels Every new employee starts at the Basic Level. During their probationary period, they need to complete all the “Basic Level” courses in different learning plans but should not have access to the higher level courses yet (which are in the same learning plans). During this time they are required to complete all of their “Basic Level” courses Once they pass their probationary period and have completed all of their basic level courses, they should get access to all intermediate level courses. Once they have completed all of their intermediate level courses, they should get access to the advanced level courses.My hope is that I can use g

I’ve been tasked with finding out if the Harmony AI search features would be beneficial to our organization. Is anyone actively using them? What’s the feedback and engagement been like? I’d love to know for either the Harmony Search, Harmony Copilot or both.

I have looked, but not seeing where this is discussed, I probably missed it.   While I am loving the ability to manage multiple languages in one course (we support 17), I am not seeing that this also provides the ability to handle course titles and descriptions across the languages.  Is this not the case?  If I have an English title and description, I don’t have the option to add alternative languages for these elements which seems a challenge for non english speakers to see and select courses.  Has anyone thought through or come up with a solution for titles and descriptions?

In integrating LinkedIn Learning with Docebo, how does a user access the LinkedIn learning courses? Would be great to hear how your experience was with the end user accessing the LinkedIn learning courses in docebo? Challenges you faced with SSO or during authentication. Thanks in advance! 

Docebo Community,Looking for any L&D group, tech, person that might have experience with cleaning up certificates in Docebo. What challenges you faced and any best practices.  Lone wolf on this project, (No IT support, only one on the team with the experience: 20+ in L&D, Tech and Biotech). Challenging part is incorporating the external accreditations, that is new for me.  But I do need to include all the watch outs, and I would appreciate any insights if you’re willing to share. Taking a shot in the dark with Domebo’s community tool.

Hello Community!  Is anyone aware if there is a way to configure an Observation Checklist, or other, that include two questions, one for a user to answer and a different question for an instructor to answer?  Use Case: 1st question to route to Instructor: “By answering “YES”, I certify that this operator has demonstrated the minimum competency to perform assigned tasks independently through review and mentorship of…..” 2nd question to route to User (Operator):  By answering “YES”, I understand I am authorized to perform tasks and acknowledge that I am capable of performing assigned tasks independently.”It doesn't appear that this is an option in the platform but I have learned more from this Community than in Knowledge Articles, so I wanted to throw this out there.Thank you!

Nice.If you dont want insights out there just yet….because you believe the folks at your organization will need a little more of a hand with a tool like it?Know that you can disable it under Advanced Settings > Teams and managers | My team dashboards. It was on by default for us.We turned this one off just for now…. 

I have a new user additional field that was just added to my platform, and I need to assign a value for that field to over 350 users.  I know that this can be done via CSV but can’t find any actual instructions about how to accomplish this.  The closest thing I can find is the “Importing and managing users via CSV files” knowledge base article, which says that the user additional field can be entered as a string:However, I have no idea what that means, and it’s not explained anywhere.  I have a CSV file with the username, first name, last name, and email of the users that need to be updated, but I don’t know how to add my dropdown user additional field to that file.  The user additional field is called “ASP Level” and has 3 dropdown elements: ASP 1, ASP 2, and ASP 3.  Can anyone help me with how to format the data so it uploads

Hi Docebo Community! We are new to Docebo and just went live today! We have built all of our assessments in Storyline and imported them as SCORM files into the course/learning plan. These assessments allow unlimited attempts. However, we track the impact of those by looking at the first attempt scores. We are struggling to find a way to view this data either in the product or in our Learn Data Snowflake experience. Has anyone successfully been able to view their learner’s multiple attempts on assessments that are uploaded as a SCORM file? 

Does anyone have any tips on bulk enrolling users into learning paths? Most of our users are enrolled into Learning Plans rather than individual courses. Occasionally, users will need to be enrolled into multiple Learning Paths. Are adding users to Groups the best way to handle this? Any feedback is appreciated!

I am creating a page that includes an image carousel of our team members. I have found that creating a video in Canva with the autoplay feature is how I have been able to get around using any code or Comslider. However, Docebo seems to be blocking the autoplay portion. Is there a way to allow the video to autoplay? If not, what are other people using for image carousel’s that isn’t Comslider?

Hi CSS Gurus!Would anyone by chance know if there’s a way to change the thumbs up icon in the Task List widget to an icon of our own choosing?I keep thinking that this has to be do-able via CSS similarly to how we added our logo to our sign-in page with a little ::before styling of the right item and display:none on an item that needed to go away. I’m just having the worst time identifying that icon image.  Any brainstorming or help is appreciated!This is the area I’m trying to target -  

We turned on peer notifications, and the notification appeared to work as it should, BUT it was received twice. I am wondering if this is because we were assigning two different peers to the one checklist or if it is because during testing, we rejected one of the users. The notifications did not come at the same time. Any insight to this would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve read through the community help articles on this topic, and need some guidance/suggestions on how to do the following. We have a selection of courses that are assigned to all new hires and due within 30 days of their start date. These courses are assigned via a learning plan currently.Annually, the same courses need to be assigned to all staff, however, anyone who started within 60 days of the launch/assignment don’t need to complete the courses again unless the content of the courses changes, and then they are required to complete the course. We were thinking about using learning plans to assign these courses as there are about 10 courses that each user needs to complete. The content for these courses is loaded into the central repository. For one of the e-learning courses, I uploaded an updated SCORM file in the central repository today as a major version and expected the training material to be reset for the users who previously completed it and f

Hi there! I am hoping to use the course completed webhook to track when users complete required training in an ILT course. While the webhook does have a date completed field, I am concerned this triggers when the instructor marks the student as complete in Docebo, not when the student actually completed the course. This is important as there is legal significance around when this training expires, so I want to retrieve the date of the final event in their assigned session to ensure an instructor inputting grades late does not cause us to record a later expiry date (It’s ok if the expiry date ends up being a couple days early. It is very bad if it ends up being late).The webhook gives me both the user_id and course_id which is great, however I am trying to find an API call that will allow me to find the sessions a learner is enrolled in.
