Hi all.I’ve got a Power User that created a Certificate Template, but when she attempts to view it, it’s not accessible to her account. I can it on my Super Admin account, but somehow she cannot.If anyone has any idea how this is possible, or, better yet, how to fix it, I’d appreciate it.Thanks!Nate

I want to integrate with Docebo.Any users?

Whenever we have a new release of our products, we create a Product Release Bulletin in pdf. As we upgrade our customers, we provide this document so they can get an overview of what is included in the release.  Looking for a good way to include the document in that Catalog or on a page somewhere that they can easily download the .pdf without having to enroll in a course? We do not have any external page, such as google drive, onedrive, etc where we could store them.Just curious if anyone else has any ideas on this?? 

On our Home page I have the My Courses and Learning Plan widget set to sort on Code so that the Learning Plans always are listed first (I have a very specific numbering system for the Code to ensure this). But I can't find a way to set the My Courses and Learning Plan PAGE to do the same thing. Is there any way to automatically sort the PAGE?Our Learning Plans are sequential and learners get so confused seeing all of the locked courses.  We tell them they should always simply open and work through the Learning Plan.  So we want these always at the top of the list. 

How do you handle a situation where a learner is reporting their progress in a course hasn’t saved?

Hey folks, Does anyone know how to remove the: Browse [Company Name] Courses & Learning PlansOwn your future by learning new skills On the header for an extended enterprise domain? We’d love to not have that text visible. 

I’d like to empower my power users (ha!) and perhaps later even my end-users by educating them about the relationship between me and Docebo and how the Ideas portal works. Has anyone authored a course about this?

Hello all. When we create a survey, we can select a “Tracking Mode”, local tracking or shared tracking. But does not have this configuration when we create a Test.We need to create a Test, but the same test will be apply to many courses (more than 100), and we need a local tracking for each one.And does not have a option to “duplicate” a Test object.Have any of you been through a similar situation? how did you solve it?Thank you. 

Ugh - So for whatever reason - a learner contacts you to say that they finished a training material but it was never marked as complete and they want to know if you can help because they cannot progress until that item is complete.Hopefully this is useful for someone in this situation.Begin by navigating to the course in question and hitting the enrollment tab and do a search for the learner. At the end of the row for that learner are three dots that will only appear when you hover over them. Click on these three dots to reveal a little pop up menu. Select User Stats. Next, find the offending training material and click on the status icon for it.

A variation on my earlier beach-scene proof of concept. Includes a few accessibility tweaks for larger buttons and text in a few places. I tried to get pebbled black and pebbled white leather to work but it didn’t look good for me - the header bar is especially intransigent. I’m also not happy yet with my gold button images or my brushed silver button images. Using freepik premium as my image source fyi all. I’m aware this is a bit “dirty” in terms of text-color-overrides for accessibility, and that none of this reproduces in mobile apps. I am using 650/651px as my breakpoint for mobile phone portrait mode vs all other cases. Looking for any advice on any part of this!  /* fancy header bar*/header.doc-layout-header div.doc-la

Folks,Every day when I go into our instance of Docebo, I start off like (I am guessing just like 90% of you) most of my inquiries about users in the Users Interface. Getting details about users from the 30000 foot level (about how many are at an active status in a branch) down to the 100 foot level is doable, but at times? Feels less than elegant. I mean don’t get me wrong. I can get to it. But at least two things needs to improve.Help carry the voice of the customer to product folk with voting up these ideas that seem to not be gaining traction:Without a doubt? Good day Community,In doing some accessibility testing of a course, my team discovered that with a Test-type training material component, the results page isn’t being read properly with an NVDA screen reader. After submitting answers for a test, and being presented with the screen/pop-up that displays your status, score, and the "show results" and "retake the test" buttons, the screen reader is reading the content behind the pop-up (the search bar, the menu, and the course list), even though those items aren't visible on the screen when the test answers are submitted.The course page can be accessed with some tabbing, however, if a user is relying solely on the screen reader, they would not be able to access the options to review their test results.I’m curious if this is a known issue, or

Hi.  A little help please … I’ve uploaded a SCORM file as part of my training material.  I would like the material to be marked as complete as soon as someone opens/accesses this file.  I understand I need to make it known to the learner that they need to click on a “close/exit/submit” button.  Where is this button?  Thanks

Hello all. Looking to start a conversation with those of you integrating Docebo with Zendesk. We have done so at my org with some success but question the viability of it for our use case going forward. Would love to hear from others about what they are doing. So let me start by telling you a little about our setup and what we see as some issues for us.We use Zendesk for 2 purposes:We have a resource bank of hundreds of games and activities for teachers to use with kids along with loads of quick tip sheets and other “document-like” resources. These are housed in the Zendesk Guide (KB) functionality. We “integrate” this by adding a “Resource Center” link on the users' menus. We also have a widget on the user’s pages to take then to the Resource Center.  We use the little help widget so when the user logs in to our lms they get a little help button that they can click to a) search the resource center and b) ask for help (this creates a support case in Zende

Hi everyone! I work as an admin for my companies’ Docebo platform and had a question I wasn’t able to figure out in the help files. We currently use learning plans for a few of our compliance courses, and I’m trying to determine how we can have Docebo send a notification if one, or multiple, courses are overdue in the learning plan, rather than from each individual course, to prevent a user from getting say 3 or 4 emails of overdue lessons. 

I want to encourage people to change their profile imagesI was hoping to set a default image instead of the iMessage-style first and last initial. Something in unpleasant colors that says “change me” in large letters probably. I know that gamification of updating your profile image is coming in October hopefully! P.S. Morning CSS hackers….a question that I thought I would not have to tackle for a little but is being driven by more and more inquiries by our managers after some training on the My Team view….Folks are getting antsy about the Expired Date shown in the summary.For things that are not leveraging roaming certifications but a deadline was issued? It is gonna get people nuts...and I can see us answering it forever…...OR…..can the row Expired Date be hidden with CSS????? Have you tried tackling it? @gstager - that magic inspector of yours (just kidding)...has it looked at trying to refine that one?
