Hi!As background, we have our LMS under one domain and are using the sub-domain feature to create different “platforms” with customized links for external organizations to use. They can use their platform however they like (for volunteer learning/staff learning/client learning etc). Their platforms are managed by a designated power user who is affiliated with their organization.  Right now we have gotten a few requests to use the platform for volunteer/staff engagement. So I was wondering if anyone would like to share few ideas as to how the LMS can be used to influence, retain, and increase volunteer/employee engagement (through discover coach,  & share, course modules, gamification or any other feature you are aware of) in relation to sub-domains.. I’ve been on the platform for ~3 months and so I’d be interested to know if anyone has used the platform in this way/ if you have tips & tricks regarding retention and engagement.  

If I’m understanding the update, it looks like the Average Time field is changing from hh:mm:ss to hh:mm. Does anyone know how the platform is going to edit the contents of that field once Average Time is changed to just hh:mm? Is it going to round up or down based on the “ss” that we have populated? Or just remove the “ss”?

I’m sure this is something simple I’m just missing, but how do others scroll side to side when looking at previews of reports? I’ve used the left and right arrow keys, but it’s not very accurate and delayed. Is there a scroll bar or button that I’m just totally missing?

We award many badges that are earned with the completion of a course. As a result, many participants have the same score, but appear at different ranks on the leaderboard. Therefore, I wonder what other values are crucial for the positioning on the leaderboard?

Hello Everyone, How can I implement any heatmap tool in the Docebo? For e.g Hotjar. Has anyone tried to implement google tag manager script in order to use a heatmap tool? Thank you.

I have been tasked with coming up with a consistent format for course codes. This post in Tips and Tricks has some great ideas! One I will definitely adopt is identifying retired courses. There is so much you can do here and my instinct is to start with “why”. Why have a course code? What are the use cases? I am looking to the community to help me out. What are you using course codes for? Reporting? Data-driven decisions? Content management? What business questions are you answering? What decisions are you driving? 

Had a chance to get a sneak peek with my CXM. She is cool.Here are some quick random thoughts on the User experience.4 reports – that not horrible. Most Managers will want to know what people are taking and courses and learning plans. So cool. Not alphalisted (good!) Would be nice to turn off a report or two (for example: we are not an ILT shop, so turning off Users Sessions helpsp). Note the Users – Courses report is an “all or nothing” (that custom aligns the hierarchy, suspiciously? You cannot select your users) Note you cannot also select your courses (opinion - cough that’s a big miss!) – so people with deep learning profiles/learning histories? They are going to have to go to excel and manipulate a lot. Conspicuously, no filtering options other than enrollment status (opinion - cough another miss).

We are seeing issues with our Rise 360 courses (published in xAPI) marking as complete for about 5% of our learners. The issue seems to be spread across a vast array of learners and courses - and our admins are unable to replicate it. But the tickets keep on rolling in :)  We have narrowed it down to learners who fail the skill check inside the Rise course on the first try, retake the skill check within the same Rise/Docebo session and pass. We notice that not all of the skill check answers are recorded in the xAPI data within Docebo. For instance, it will only record 3 of 6 questions. The course looks complete in Rise, but is not marked complete in Docebo. My theory is that question that were marked incorrect the first time are not recording the second time. Has anyone experienced this?

Is there a way for the the catalog name and description not appear on the Catalog widget when using the Display mode Stream?  It’s hidden for the card view but, the card view doesn’t work for us. Stream  Card 

I’d like for users to only be able to sort courses by Newest-Oldest, Oldest-Newest, Name A-Z, Name Z-A. Is that possible? That would mean removing or hiding the option to sort by Code A-Z and Code Z-A in the course catalog. 

I hope to achieve the following:Change the current behavior: A user self-registers and they get the “Request sent” screen. to this intended behavior: A user self-registers and once they send their information, they are immediately taken to the LMS and can start learning. Optional behavior: If a user doesn’t verify their email address within a certain limit, their account is suspended Or else: Set an automatic, short expiry date for the user. A facilitator verifies the user (this happens anyway) and removes their expiry date / completes an additional field / adds them to a group or similar to give them longer accessIs any or all of that possible?For context, we are creating a free learning program where every learner is contacted by a facilitator, so we can weed out anyone who’s not supposed to be there then. Alternatively, we’re considering turning our single learning plan into two so that the first one with 3 out of 12 modu

I am excited about the ability to great a group based on email domain “@company.com”. What has me concerned is there is a message that ALL conditions must be met in a group. My question: Can I create a group where multiple email domains are accepted? Use case:We have a program for Technology Partners. The partner company has to get approved to participate in the program. Once approved any employee from the company can take the restricted training. My plan is to create a group of approved email domains. Then give the group access to the restricted content. My plan is to update the group criteria each time a new partner is approved. 

Is there a way to set it so the course button in enrollment notification will open the course in the same window rather than a new internet tab every time?

We’ll be posting soon for a new LMS Analyst. It was challenging to find strong candidates when we first created this position. I’m hoping this group will have ideas on where to find great candidates--places to post, etc. Any suggestions are welcomed! We don’t have the job description yet but I can ost here when we do. I just want to get a jump on this.Thanks!

Hi folksHope everyone is well and keeping safe :)I have Power Users set up on our Docebo platform and one of the permission is to view certificates.  However, when a Power User logins in-to their team section and goes to download/view one of their teams certs it’s coming up blank for some reason.  Any ideas why this would be?  Maybe a browser issue? Although, have tried Chrome, Firefox & Edge and same issue with the blank screen.Many thanks

If you’ve administered the Docebo LMS for awhile, you’ve probably wanted to turn off the balloon help at some point.  Add this CSS to your site (under Branding and Look ---» Custom Styles) and it’s gone:/*Remove contextual help*/div.docebo-balloon, div.internal-header-suggestion-balloons {    display: none !important;} 

Was thinking about deeplinking into Docebo and a reasonable practice in the past was to link to a page with a catalog on it and avoiding links to courses.Any thoughts on that as a better practice?I know at times we will lose that discussion...but I am curious if others have felt some of the course gotchas as well (people coming back with errors when developing a link to a course).

Is there any way to have a link from a widget on a page that directs different groups of users to a different page?I know you can do this for the landing page but can it be done from another page?eg new manager compared to a manager who has been there a long time

We are actively seeking to replace our LMS Admin. I have not been able to find a site to find people who are certified(?) in Docebo to recruit. Any ideas where I should be recruiting?

Dear Community,Please could somebody explain to me what this setting in the Power User Profile settings does?  What I have managed to determine so far is that:it does not, in fact, do any pre-populating of fields it does not affect the visibility of fields for Power users (this is done with the Branch field visibility settings) NB - my goal is for a specific additional field to be visible to some PUs and not others. Many thanks!Alan

I am trying to create a POC for Docebo Flow, and I am running into some issues. I am following the tutorials and have done the following:Created the app launcher Injected the app launcher into a web page. I am seeing a javascript typeerror about the DFlow.Kernel not a function when I run my application. Am I supposed to put elements in my webpage to display the button? I’m not sure what I am missing

Does anyone have a decent way to deal with this remark on Power Users & resources?When assigning resources to a Power User, the assignment will be effective only after the Power User first logs in to the platform after the assignment is confirmed.We have an automation in place to add users to a power user, however the power user won’t receive any notifications on this user (e.g. enrollment in session/unenrollment etc.) unless he/she logs in first. We have a workaround on this with the impersonate feature, but this doesn’t seem like a solid solution.In addition, most of our power users are assigned all courses and learning plans in visible catalogs. Last week we created a new course and assigned it to a visible catalog, but the power users again did not receive any notifications on enrollments (even though the notification to the PU was configured), as they didn’t login before their assigned users decided to enroll in a session of the course. Hi all,Our company is looking to add a bulletin board-type widget to the homepage of our Docebo LMS. Somewhere we can make posts for announcements, updates, etc. for all employees to see.I know that specific widget doesn’t exist in Docebo (yet), but I’m wondering if there are any workarounds or third party solutions that anyone else has found that has worked for them.Our current solution is to have an account with Tribe.so and then iframe in our dashboard using the iframe widget. It works for what we want it to do, but it doesn’t look as clean as we would like it to since there are usually a few items that appear at the top before scrolling down to see the latest post that has been made.Here’s what the iframe looks like when not logged into Tribe (doesn’t allow replies):
