Hi, Community!Looking for some ideas/advice on learner dashboard configuration. We’re looking to revamp our learner dashboard to make it easier for our learners to navigate. I realize that we all have different priorities and needs when it comes to the learner dashboard, but hoping to gather some new ideas from this post that could potentially be translated for our use case. Things we’re looking to improve upon: Ability to easily distinguish between required learnings (aka compliance courses with due dates) vs. optional learnings that are automatically assigned  Also how to distinguish between courses assigned via enrollment rules or assigned by a manager vs. self-enrolled courses (is this possible?) Ability to easily navigate to the course catalogs page where learners can self enroll into other desired courses A less “busy” dashboard than we currently have  Minimize the need for scrolling/the number of clicks for lear

Hello Community!I’m coming across an issue with sharing badges to LinkedIn through Docebo. We currently have a badge that fits the 600x600px size requirement, but we’re seeing that people who share through the gamification tab are sharing posts that don’t show the entire badge.Not sure if anyone has a solution, since it doesn’t appear we can change the size of the post. Any suggestions are very much welcomed! 

I can’t seem to find this specific issue when searching the community, but we have had 3 unique users from 2 unique networks have errors accessing content with the site stating: hlsjs-lite Network error. Has anyone encountered this error before? I originally assumed it was something on the user network end, but since we’re seeing it more commonly I am thinking it may be something else.  It’s happening with some content, but not all. The one below is an mp4 video.  

Hi I’ve been adding some text to one of our ‘Course additional fields’. For some reason it won’t save my text over 34 word/276 characters. I can’t find anywhere on the knowledge base that says there is a character restriction and until the latest update I’ve been able to save much longer text to the additional field. Has anyone else tried this? Is it just me having this problem? Have I accidentally found a bug again or is this in the design on purpose for some reason?

Hi all,We have been looking for a solution to what may be a niche problem. Currently, our branches are structured by Customer. We also have an Additional Field for each user, detailing what their “Functional Area” is - ie Finance, Production, Operations, etc.Our courses fall into two categories - general software and products available to everybody, and specific software and products available to only certain customers. Also, although we enroll them in courses upon creating their user, we really want them to explore and find courses that are meaningful to them.Additionally, not all of these courses are appropriate for each “Functional Area”. For example, we would not expect a Finance user to go through a course detailing how to use the software to analyze an asset.What we were hoping to do is create a limited number of catalogs (in this instance 2 - Software and Products). Then, the courses that would be visible to the customer would depend on the user’s

Hello, folks,Does anyone have any systems through groups, notifications, or another feature to track truant users over time? We have a lower-than-average attendance rate for our ILT sessions and we’d like to start tracking folks who do not attend three sessions or more. Maybe even tracking folks who don’t attend two session back to back.Any suggestions or starting points?

Good afternoon everyone,Does anyone have a template email they provide to their customers or users that describes pros and cons or even better trouble shooting tips for using docebo in various web browsers. I have a link to a KBA that provides information related to “System Requirements”. However, what I am really interested in something that helps users when they experiencing issues using browsers other than the recommended system, Chrome. FYI - I posted this to a few groups, but since I haven’t heard back from anyone yet, I thought I would expand my search.  Thanks, Seth 

Has anybody experienced duplicate notifications firing out?  We are testing at the moment at the certificate expiring message has sent out twice per user.

We’re working on a project where it’s a high priority that barriers to access are as low as possible which is why we’ve opted for free self-registration where users are forwarded to the LMS and can start learning right after registration without any confirmation.Intended behavior: When a user self-registers, a notification is sent to a facilitator@… email addressContext:As part of the program, a facilitator reaches out to new users. There are multiple facilitators that share a facilitator@… email address for all communication with learners. The idea is that each facilitator gets a folder in that shared email address. Once they reach out to the user, they move the notification email to their own folder I created a power user account and profile for that email address just for that purpose, I only need a notification that triggers when a user self-registers (without confirmation)

Ciao, I'm Marco, Business Product Owner here at Docebo and I wanted to share a useful tip within Discover, Coach & Share.If you have a channel that you want to make “optional” for your learners, and you want your users to be able to select to join or not Create a “YES / NO” user additional field e.g. "Join Channel ABC" , and make the additional field visible to users Create a group with automated rule, create a rule that includes all the people that selected “YES”. e.g. "Channel ABC Viewers" with automated rule, based on the auto rule "users has additional field "join Channel ABC" = Yes Set the channel visibility on the previously created group e.g. the channel "ABC" visible to users within group "Channel ABC Viewers". User can edit the additional fields in my profile to select if he wants to join or not the channel You can repeat for multiple channelsHope

My Activities Maybe some of you have notice this change, but this section in the My Activities is now called Training Journeys instead of Learning Plans. We find this very confusing and are not sure why Docebo has changed this. Anybody any thoughts about this???

This may be a 101 question, but I cant believe I am getting stuck on this.I have an SME asking for a report scoped to the learning objects in the learning plan.Is there a way to report on just the courses in a learning plan? The courses do live outside of the learning plan as well as inside of it. Said learning plan is not in catalogs and is only used for mapped learning, but the courses do live in catalogs. 

What are your solutions to quickly accessing a report in Docebo?I am aware of the option to schedule reports to be emailed to users.A customer has contacted us requesting a process that requires less clicks to generated important/most often utilized reports. Our system is iframed so there are clicks/steps on top of the steps just inside of Docebo. Do you have any other suggestions outside of scheduling the report for the user? I would love to be able to quick link reports or have quick link type options on the customers home page. I am newer to the system and would love and ideas/suggestions!  Thank you,Courtney

We seem to be experiencing inconsistencies with the 'invite to watch' functionality from channel assets, interested to know if anyone else is experiencing this?I would expect the notifications to be sent at the time of event however, sometimes it’s taking longer than an hour to hit peoples inbox. With this in mind, I am currently having to invite my manager to watch all content that I send to the customer because I don’t know when they’ll actually receive it. I’m wondering if the events falls into a queue of jobs that run sequentially? Maybe certain times of day tend to be busier than others?  The invite to watch notification is something that we are keen to use heavily for proactive engagement as well as training support. For example, if a customer emails in with a question and we have an asset that walks through it, great invite them to watch. However, right now we see some come through immediately and others taking almost an hour. Hi all, Curious to hear how you encourage content owners to keep content fresh in your platform.  In our organization, we have about a dozen or so Power Users that own content creation and maintenance for their respective departments. As you can imagine, what ends up happening is that everyone is focused on launching new content, and maintaining existing content for accuracy, relevancy, etc. goes on the back burner. How do you encourage your content owners to prioritize this? This quarter I’m going to host a content review working session and motivating attendees with pizza and a gift card raffle. I’m hoping that the bribe helps  Bonus question - Do you use the Audit trail to keep track of the last updates to a course? I was thinking of pulling a report like this before our working session and the

It was confirmed that if I direct enroll a condition based group to a LearningPlan, that as group members were added they would receive the learning plan assignment.  I checked today, and the group increased by 12, but those 12 are not showing in the Learning Plan.  Was I misinformed?  

Is there any way we can remove the training materials tab? Thank you.

Hi fellow admins,We’re trying to decide what terms to use when describing ILT and VILT courses to our learners. At the moment, we don’t use any particular terminology for ILT courses as these are currently handled outside our platform. However, we’ve been using terms such as “Web training” and “Live training” to describe our VILT courses. We’d like to standardize these terms both internally and externally to avoid confusion and are wondering what terms other admins use. Please could you let me know whether you use the terms ILT and VILT, and if not, what terms you use instead?Thanks,Daniel

Imagine your team has a multi-course sequenced learning plan, what are some of the non-traditional automation options to engage end users into positive experiences and poked along learning plan completion?  One idea is group membership upon completion of a specific milestone checkpoint course in the learning plan, sending notification upon group membership giving kudos (of some fashion) and maybe even hot link to next activity in learning plan.  Other learning plan centric positive story board experiencing to share?  Don’t be shy.  The platform does have badges configured and open to alternative rewards.

Once you have a report setup like you want it with fields and organization, is there a way to clone or copy that report so you can change the filters to keep the basic design but run it for a different group/branch?  I’ve spent a lot of time getting a report to look like I want it to and now I need to duplicate it for different segments of our user population but can’t see how to do that without creating new reports from scratch. 

Hi there, Has any company gone through the process of integrating 250 Trainers’ Zoom accounts with Docebo? We have followed the steps with Zoom to integrate just one account and it was timely and we needed to grant the user developer rights within Zoom, and require each trainer to be present for us to integrate them. Need to integrate as it is easy one click to add zoom links to ILTs. Does anyone have a solution apart from using custom URL in the ILT set ups for us to integrate so many accounts with the least amount of administration friction? Open to thoughts. Thanks in advance for any experiences shared. 

Wanted to see if anyone has been able to set up a retraining or recertification to another course.   In our organization we a formalized certification but after a period of time students have to be recertified.   This recert course is shorter and covers the highlights and changes from their original certification.  Looking to see if anyone has done this.
