Does anyone know how a manager views and fills out an Observation Checklist? I have created the OC, assigned the manager, and created the notification. The notification goes through and the manager receives email/bell notification, but cannot get to the checklist to actually fill it out. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you!

Good morning! We are three weeks from our soft launch and while our team is still learning about all of the features, I thought I would reach out to this group for a question I can’t find an answer to elsewhere. What is your favorite report for finding your most active learners, or do you use gamification? The Branches report (when switched to user view) show the individual courses users have taken. The Users report - shows the users/data/ The Courses report - seems to show only the courses. How can I pull a report that shows me a roll up per user of the courses they’ve taken (by branch)? Bonus question: Do you have a favorite custom report you’ve built?  

Hello,I was under the impression that if you enroll a user into a learning plan they will automatically be enrolled into all the courses in the learning plan. I did enroll a user into a learning plan and user is not showing up when i go to course enrollments. Any idea why this is?Thank you.

We are Extended Enterprise and are going live in October. We currently have a launch team that will be working on the communication plan and assets for both our customers and internal stakeholders outside of our department. Does anyone have a communication plan, assets, or ideas from what you did/wish you would have done when transitioning from another LMS to Docebo’s platform? If this is your first LMS, I’ll take those suggestions too!

What notification should I use for a power user of an area to be notified if a user completes a course? I don’t see a digest available for this and am not sure if Learner Completed a Course is appropriate.

In our ILTs, we have learners (we call them “participants”). We also have discussion leaders, group facilitators, faculty assistants, invited presenters, and faculty. We need to know who is what. Has anyone found a way to denote what kind of learner a person is so that it shows up quickly and easily? None of these designations need enhanced access to the platform - staff does all of the work behind the scenes. I should add that this type of status is course-specific, not user-specific. One user could be a learner in one ILT, a group facilitator in another, and faculty in a third.

Hey all - We’ve run into a few issues over the last couple of days  - does anyone have work arounds for the following:Surveys: don’t allow you to input answers for use - is anyone using these with success? Observation Checklist: Don’t have values tied to answers to be able to score Cannot see all answers in reporting Can not permission to groups to be observers Quizzes: Can only hold most recent score - does not hold all attempts - essentially only reporting one score per user Does not report how students answer each question to see if there is a trend in a bad question Any help or solutions are appreciated!

Our company hires weekly, as a result each week we get the latest and greatest spreadsheet with all of the newest employees to upload into Docebo. As we add more users to Docebo and into Groups (Ops, HR, IT, General Population, etc.), is there any automation or dynamic way that the users are next enrolled in the Courses that their groups are assigned to?  Or do we have to manually add all the new users to each group every week.What has worked for you?  Thanks

Is it possible to swap out the main Icons for such things like the hamburger menu or the filter button to a custom icon?  If w/ CSS can someone provide me a sample of the code it would require?    

I was under the impression that we could create custom Dashboards.  Is this possible?  I am not finding a dashboard engine anywhere.  I saw something about creating a custom page and using widgets, but the widgets don’t have the information I would want in a dashboard.  How have you all created Dashboards for HR Directors, L&D Directors and Professionals?  I would want to combine statistics on usage, completion data on high visibility initiatives, onboarding of new EE’s.  Is this possible within the platform?

Long story short, we offer scholarships for our ILTs. In Docebo, that will look like a coupon code that someone needs to have in-hand before they reach the payment gateway.I am open to any and all ideas for how a person may apply for and receive a scholarship/coupon code before they hit the payment gateway in the course registration process. We’re considering a “test” within an e-learning course, or perhaps a prerequisite… Thank you for your ideas and experiences.

Current state I have been building out widget pages to create a type of navigation experience into our catalogs. During my testing, I am noticing every page link is opening a new window/tab in my browser.Is there a way to tell Docebo? Listen this is a widget page - no reason to open a new window?Is there a way to properly format a url to have that happen? 

First time asking a question, here goes. Has anyone had an issue with the channel widget overlapping on widgets above?I have the top row of widgets as 1/3 - 2/3 and I have the profile widget on the 1/3 and custom contend widget in the 2/3 both are set at 215 height.I have then inserted a full width channel widget with three channels. My issue is the title and controls of the channel widget is over the top of the widgets above. Anyone else experience this issue and if so any solutions?

Hi DC!I want to be able to use a video that is uploaded in Docebo in a course being build in Rise. Is there a way to find/get the embed code from Docebo? Is there a direct link? Can this be done?

Hi Community friends! If you have a hot second, please check out idea LMS-I-3755 and upvote in the ideas portal. Our learners are really struggling with finding + prioritizing their required vs. optional learning. The idea only has a small handful of votes, but it’s a good one. 

Can we up bulk upload videos to the CLOR, or anywhere else in Docebo?

What happens to the videos uploaded in Rise when the SCORM package is uploaded to Docebo? Do we get the the same streaming experience as if we were to upload directly to Docebo?I am asking this question because I want to author in Rise and I want to access the streaming server (without having to purchase another package). In Rise, we can use the URL, embed code, or upload videos to Rise. Since Docebo hides the URL and does not provide an embed code, my other option (as far as I know--which is not far at all) is to upload the videos to Rise. I do not want upload the videos to YouTube, or Vimeo. I want the benefits of the HSL streaming server tied into Docebo. Am I asking for an accurate solution, or is there a better way to execute?

This may not be an actual Docebo question, maybe it is a new feature request, but here goes.Our home page is broken into 3 columns.  The first we use for widgets that announce new courses, tips/tricks, links to articles, etc.  The second is My Courses & Learning Plans (sorted to ensure Learning Plans are listed at the top in a specific order using codes); and the third is their available catalogs (which spotlight courses based on branches).The question/request I have deals with the widgets in the first column.  A widget that recommends a new course is easy, I can link to the course registration.Is there a way to link directly to a resource in the Central Repository such as a job aid (file), video or HTML page?I know how to create Deep Links for launching a resource in Go.Learn.  That is GREAT if they are in Go.Learn.  But how can I do this for in the web based platform?BTW, here is the article

How is the minimum enrollment field used in VILTs.  Does an email get sent out to the instructors\users? Does it cancel the class?

How can we have a group of Superadmins assign and complete observation checklists? 

Good day - I have some power users who want some visibility into course completions.  The courses live within two course catalogs, and are the only courses within said catalogs.  Unfortunately, functionality isn’t the same when assigning a catalog to users as it is when assigning learning plans.  When you assign a learning plan, the user receives access to all courses within that learning plan.  When you assign a catalog, this is not the case.The only way I can see to accomplish this is to go through and manually assign the courses (there are 20 of them) to each of the power users.  This quickly becomes a burden when you have dozens of power users you need to do this for.  And unmanageable when you have hundreds.I cannot assign them based on the automatic assignment if visible, because these users don’t need completion data for the dozens of other courses they have access to and it will make the data irrelevant without having to export and scrub every tim

I need help or suggestions on a problem we are encountering:Here is a little background - All of our courses (both e-learning and VILT) require payment.  We do allow our clients to purchase subscription licenses so that users can enroll into e-learning courses for free.  But all of our VILT courses require payment no matter what.  Also, each of our client groups have a power user that has certain permissions to help manage their own users. We normally allow our power users to enroll their users who have subscription licenses into e-learning courses, which is fine, since they have purchased the course through the subscription.  Since the ILTs require payment, only end users should be able to enroll into them after they complete the purchase process. We want power users to still be able to see the courses, so that they can pull reports on those courses if they need to.Today we noticed that one of our power users was able to enroll people into an ILT course that requires

Hello! I was wondering if anyone has ever used CSS to modify the view of the in-line slides within a course. Ideally, I’d like to remove the back/forth navigation at the bottom of the slides and instead have it on the right and left side of the slide. (I’ll attach a picture for reference). I’m not entirely sure if this type of training material is customizable or if it’s a fixed/set feature from Docebo. Thanks in advance!
