Is anyone else unable to see trigger filters for migrated notifications? We have notifications specific to each course and am unable to even search for that course in the Trigger Filters - it will be excluded from the list of courses. This highly anticipated launch of the new notifications system has been extremely disappointing. 

Question:  Is there is a way for users to tap into uploaded resources without making it a course? The scenario/problem: We are trying to upload a lot of documents, add it to a specific space organized by folders, then have a search function for users to be able to find what they need and download/view the file. What we don’t want is to add the files to a course where learners have to enroll or “retake” the course every time they want to access the resources. Essentially, a repository of resources for users to have access to without making them enroll into a course to access the files.  What I have tried: I know I can make a course and add a file repository widget where all the files are searchable, can be in folders, and users have the ability to download/view. We want this but not as a course! The other downside of this way is each file has to be uploaded one by one -- I am trying to upload A LOT of file

Good morning Training Avengers! Someone asked me this morning and I wasn’t sure why this was the case - Continue Your Learning Activity is an automated Docebo widget for picking up where you left off. If someone is IN PROGRESS when we put it in maintenance mode (we do this for archiving), it still shows in this widget. Is the only solution to also archive enrollments? We don’t always do this for every single course, it’s time consuming when you  get more than 200 enrollments and have to do it via API. 

Does anyone know why the user management screen often changes the # of users it displays on one page? More then one person on my team have brought it up and I have seen it happen, but don’t know why it changes. From 15 to 18. It is odd and unpredictable.

Okay so I figured out at least one issue with the notifications. Not solved, mind you - I just realized what the issue is.I had a power user ask why they could not see one of the notifications they created. i logged in as that user & recorded all of the notifications they could see. Then I looked at the notifications from my own account & searched for the items that they should be able to see. After opening each one - both those the user could see & the ones they no longer could see - I determined that they no longer have visibility of the notifications that I &/or my fellow SuperAdmin had to alter. Which, given the amount of effort we had to put into deactivating those with inadequate filters, was a lot.Now that I have it figured out, I’ll submit a ticket, but i wanted to share this w/ everyone so they know what to look forward to.

I know this has been discussed in the past and I thought it was discussed as being in the pipeline. Is there a way to exclude users fitting certain parameters or even individual users from Groups? Ideally, this would be automated inclusions and exclusions, but am I imagining this? Or is it a reality?

The new course page layout shows the instructor's emails after someone has completed a course. Is there a way to hide the instructor's email from displaying on the course page? Maybe CSS can be applied? We use a shared inbox and do not want customers emailing the instructors.    

Hi Folks, Is there anyway to get an overview of Chanel Assets “ Playlists” I can see them in our list, but strange that they do not offer this as a filter type. I also see in custom reports there no report to pull out all playlists. Anyone figured this out? Thanks in advance 

I'm providing feedback about the AI presenter option in Creator. To improve this feature, it would be very helpful to add the following capabilities:Automatic subtitles - The ability to generate subtitles automatically for the AI presenter videos. Auto-advance between pages - An option that allows to move automatically from one page to the next when the video segment ends, without requiring manual clicks. Expanded language support - Currently, not all 36 available languages are supported for the AI presenter feature, which limits its usefulness for us in Israel.

Is there a way to run a report or create a custom report that would allow us to see past due compliance courses for individuals?The scenario in which we would need this is if an external auditor asked for a list of people who have not completed their compliance and the names of the past due courses for each person.  

Does anyone have experience integrating (either through API or Connect) Docebo with Eagle Point’s Pinnacle Series of software training content? https://eaglepoint.com/pinnacle-series/I’m curious about the best way to go about this and what our options are. They have a lot of technical skill videos that would be useful for our videos, but pointing learners to a second platform/LMS can be confusing, and I want to create a smooth user experience. 

Hi all.Has anyone been having issues trying to log in as power users? I’ve been trying to test something on our Sandbox environment but for most of the Power Users I select, I get 403s when I navigate pretty much anywhere. Sometimes I don’t even get the chance to navigate anywhere, I get the 403 as soon as I log in.I don’t seem to be having the issue on the Production environment but I don’t want to do a lot of testing there, I would far rather use the Sandbox; that’s actually why we have it.Any insight appreciated.

Good afternoon!Is there a way to track the failure of courses? If someone attends the course but doesn't pass, is there any way this can be tracked and reported on? We can evaluate them, but it doesn't seem to mark them as failed anywhere on their record.  Thank you!

We are mid-implementation and we are finding that our SCORM 1.2 courses developed in Captivate 2019 are not offering the user the option to Resume Where They Left Off.We have verified that the courses are published with bookmarking turned on. Has anyone had this issue?Is there some type of log so that we can see the bookmarking data being sent by the course to Docebo?Any help or Guidance would be appreciated.

Hi All, Our catalog widgets only display the first line of anything the description field set up in the catalog. To view the entire description, a learner needs to click on the title and then navigate to the full catalog page. Has anyone had any luck with CSS that will force more lines of the catalog description to display in the catalogs widget on a page? It currently cuts off at one line.   Thanks! Chris 

I scheduled a report to be sent to a distribution list (group) in Outlook with about 150 members. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be working. I’m wondering if it should be working and if it’s not (bug) or if it’s not possible. Does anyone have any suggestions for sharing reports with a large number of users?

We have what I think is a unique issue regarding Learning Plans and validity periods, and we’re stumped. We have a learning plan with 19 required courses. The 12th course is an ILT, courses 13-18 are SCORM files that contain quizzes, and course 19 is an assessment where they’re required to upload exercise materials. The issue is in using the validity dates as due dates. In our old system, courses 13-18 (SCORM quizzes) were released only once the ILT had been attended, and they had 2 weeks to complete them. Once they completed their quizzes, they had 30 days to complete their exercise. We’re struggling to replicate this in Docebo, because when a leaner is enrolled in the learning plan, they’re enrolled in all the courses at the same time. We’ve found that that’s “starting the clock” on all of our validity periods as soon as their enrolled, rather than when the prerequisite course in the Learning Plan is complete. Because of this, learners are getting alert

We have an ILT with multiple sessions per month, and a max capacity of 10. Because of that, we often have users join our waitlist. A few days before the ILT, we confirm the registration list. Once we confirm the registration, should we unenroll the waitlisted users who didn’t make the cut? Or do we just leave them?I’m curious to hear how others handle this issue. 

When a Superadmin/PowerUser/User is advised that their course/asset is outdated.  There is no way of clearing this other than updating the links etc. to clear the outdated status. This is frustrating when the asset is new and is not outdated. Could be user error marking it as outdated?More so for courses, where you can’t identify what part of the course they believe is outdated?Especially when the course is current, not outdated.  Is it one item in the course the user believes it out of date?  To remove this status you would need to refresh the links to all the training material?Is there  not a way that the owner can clear this without having to go through the whole course?I know that it is only the owner of the course/asset that sees it marked as outdated but they are still asking the question who, why and how do we clear it?  

Hi thereOur Docebo (LMS) accounts are uploaded via a bulk job everyday from our HR System (iTrent)Query we have - when someone is on long-term sick or on maternity leave, how can we track/note this on the person’s LMS account? We then need to ensure that notifications that are set-up to remind the staff of training are stopped. The same notification also goes to their Manager so this would also need stopped. Any advice/guidance anyone can share on this matter would be much appreciated as we are rather stuck at how to get past this issue.  Thank you in advance. Andrew :)

Many of the courses on my platform fall into multiple topics.  But I have relate each course to to only one.  Frustrating that won’t be found in all the related course topics unless the keywords line up.  Any ideas? 

Hi there,I’m looking for guidance on how to access user clickstream data within the Docebo.Specifically, I’d like to know: Whether Docebo captures detailed clickstream data (e.g. course/module visits, button clicks, timestamps). If so, where can this data be found or exported (e.g. via reports, API, audit report, or a backend log system)? Whether there is a standard report or custom report configuration that includes this level of granularity.

I’m creating ilt courses via the course api and a python script but I can’t figure out a way to add existing notifications to the newly created courses. The notification api’s documentation is pretty sparse and I’m wondering if the only way to do this is manually. Has anyone found a workaround?

So I have seen many mention that they could not duplicate ILT courses but could duplicate e-learning courses. And I have experienced the same thing. However, if you use the API Explorer you can actually duplicate any type of course...including ILT. It does not duplicate sessions or anything like that, but just the shell. So through the API we can duplicate any type of course and you can actually select if you want the training material duplicated as well. It is not the cleanest solution, but until Docebo let’s us do it through the UI it can save a lot of time.Keep it a secret though...if Docebo hears about it they may retire that API end point and screw us all ;)

New Notification process:  We had separate notifications for basic certifications, 3rd party and specialty certification notifications.  With the launch of the new menu, ALL expired certifications are getting the exact same email with different subject lines! We can no longer identify the renewal processes separately. What is the possibility phase 2 update would allow separating expiration notifications?? On a lighter note, we do like the ability to assign managers, PU, to the notification but still must create separate notifications vs one notice for both the manager and the user.
