I have a learner that has completed all but one piece of a course (which contains a few scorm files). She has completed all items in the syllabus, but one is not registering completion. She has tried clicking all the buttons (as have I logged inas her) and I see the conpletion screen (says Congratulations and has the Complete and close button which has always worked in the past, both in this system and our previous one. My question is, how will the course be affected if I manually mark completion? Is there anything else I or she can try? I want it to be complete accurately, but I don’t mind manually updating it. My concern is how the completion looks in the system and on her syllabus.Feel free to tell me I am overthinking this lol just want good records!

We are running into issues with duplicate accounts popping up in our Docebo, due to name changes and account modifications. I’m fairly new here, still. It seems like the solution we’re going with is to merge accounts and then deactivate the old one, leaving the new one active. But we are siloed and have Super Admins in other places. Is there a way for me to find records of merged accounts. I tried using the audit trail and am able to search things like modifications. But the resulting file is gigantic. Is there another way? 

Hello all! I am trying to upload via CSV some Sessions, however, whenever I upload I get a red “Discontinued” in the “Status” box? I did some User CSV uploads this morning and that worked fine? 

We are using Channels to provide targeted instruction to groups of users. The content in each channel is curated to that specific set of users, with specific job roles and access.  Currently, when a learner is viewing an asset in their assigned channel, there is a “Recommended Next” panel displayed.  And it is showing/recommending assets that are NOT IN THE ASSIGNED CHANNEL. How can I disable this?  I cannot have leaners accessing information that does not apply to them.  For instance, User Guides and tutorials for our Power Users on the platform.  They have different Power User profiles.  I don’t want my Schedulers to be recommended to view the Course Development assets.  It is confusing to the users.  Is there a way to either (1) hide this Recommended Next thing or (2) lock assets to channels so that if you’re not assigned to the channel, the asset isn’t visible in the Recommended panel?Thanks! 

We use an additional user field that captures whether a user "manages others" using a Y/N dropdown. This field is updated nightly via SFTP reporting.We’re looking for a way to identify users whose status changed from 'No' to 'Yes'—specifically, users who did not manage others yesterday but do today.Is there a recommended method or built-in functionality to help us track this kind of change between nightly updates?Fingers crossed - Thank you in advance! 

We are just setting up our plat form and have linked stripe for our e-commerce.  The platform only allows you to put in a VAT inclusive price.  Does anyone know how to make the email confirmation into a VAT invoice?  I cant see anywhere to do this in Docebo so am assuming it would be in stripe, but I just cant see it.

Connect Calendar invites are working for ‘normal’ ILTs.There are no errors showing in the Connect portalWe have created some Learning Plans and enrolled users onto the Plans. And have set up notifications to inform them of such - Users go into the courses within the plans to pick the session they want to attend - all good so far, but then the Calendar invite does not send? Is it because it is part of a Learning Plan?Or because of the notification? Can anyone help me understand what I need to do to fix?

I want to switch these two items. Does anyone know if that is possible?

My Power User permissions work fine, but each night the profiles are detached from the UsersThe title and structure and permissions remain, but I have to reassign to users each morning. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,We’ve been experiencing an issue and we’d like to know if this is happening to anyone else. We have a ticket in, but no resolution yet.We have noticed that around May 15th our new users that come in via SSO from Okta, are getting added to the platform, except they are not being added to any of their automatic groups. There are two major issues we have identified here.If a user is not added to the appropriate automatic group(s), any enrollment rules that should happen when a new user is added to the automatic group is not firing. We can manually add the users, but that defeats the purpose of having the automatic group and it also takes up a lot of our teams resources.  If we have scheduled reports based off of automatic group(s) instead of branches, then the reports do not have the expected data. We have nearly 30k users in our platform and if we can’t get automatic groups to work correctly, we will have to spend all our

I am having an issue where one Power Users (P1) is unable to impersonate another power user (P2). Power user 1 has been assigned all users (this includes P2) and has been given the permission to “Impersonate the assigned users.” Anything I’m missing?

We have a power user profile that we use to purchase courses on behalf of other users when they are using a PO. (Long story short, we use a coupon to enroll them).This power user profile has been assigned a branch and all descendants of this branch as a resource because, we want all of the users in this branch (regardless of when the profile was added, and who created it) to be visible to the power when purchasing a course for a user. Well we ran into an issue where the power user could not purchase a course for any users who were recently created in that branch (they got an error message saying the user didn’t exist). I thought a Branch was a dynamic resource, so if it was assigned to a power user, they would be able to see all profiles that are added to that branch.  Am I incorrect in this thought process? Or has there been a change to how the Branch resource works?

Hello everyone,We used subscriptions within Docebo where we assign licenses to groups of users and they get access to a number of catalogs.  I am trying to pull a report of a group of users to show their progress to stakeholders - but in the report I can only see those users who have enrolled into a course.  I want to see users who have a status of “Subscribed”. Is this possible? Am I overlooking something?Thanks in advance! 

Hi All.For  auditing purposes,  I need to include the course description and the learner's signature on the course completion certificate. I noticed that DOCEBO has an interface with Docusign.( https://tray.ai/connectors/docusign-docebo-integrations)Have any of you implemented this integration?Is it possible to insert the Learner signature in the course completion certificate? As for the course description, the ideal would be for the certificate to be printed on both sides. On the front, the certificate itself, and on the back, the course description. We haven't found a solution.Any tips? Regards,

Dear community, Does anyone know the “Docebo Content Classic” (or Marketplace) content library (see screenshot attached) and has or is working with it? If yes, how do you or your learners like the search - or rather filtering - functions and/or the structure, where the content can be found? We are using and publishing content in 3 languages (GER, FRA, ITA) and whenever I filter for only German content in their library, the search result show me first countless English contents before any German content.  Our learners have “completion of 30hrs e-learning content, p.a.” as annual objective and they are told, to find content themselfes, according to their personal objectives. Good afternoon everyone.   I wanted to make everyone aware of a big big bug in the system.   We found from a customer that is a power user that also is an instructor on an eCourse or ILT/Webinar that they can added, delete, modify any training material to and in the course.   Thus someone who should not have any rights to build out a course now has the power to change the course or virtually remove all of the training material in the course.  As a note, this “Feature” ie BUG is not documented anywhere.  We need to raise this up to Docebo management as this is a major violation of  permissions.  We need to have people reach out to support to help drive a fix on this as this is a dangerous situation and needs to be fixed immediately. Please reach out to me if you have any questions Eric VanAuken

Hi all, Following on from a related Open Badges thread, I’m very interested in other user’s experience trying to integrate Docebo with the Credly, so course and/or learning plan completions can trigger the issuing of a digital badge on the Credly platform. About 12 months ago, I was told that Docebo wasn’t going to create an integration path with Credly, so I have manually issuing Credly badges when I get notifications that a course or learning plan has been completed. I have created a new page in which I want to include the HTML/WYSIWYG widget.It’s going to be a simple list of headings, text, and links which I spent some time formatting so that the font, size, padding etc looked right. While I was between ‘Composer’ and ‘Desktop Preview’ it all looked how I expected it as I made the amends.However, when I clicked ‘Save changes’ on the page level it had changed the HTML itself which ruined all the formatting that I had written.Granted my HTML knowledge is fairly basic, but is that supposed to happen? It is incredibly frustrating that it breaks when you save it.

New and in build phase. How do you upload a link from YouTube to the central repository each time I try it says URL incorrect - and it is correct - what am I doing wrong ? 

Good afternoon, hoping someone out there might be able to help! We run bi-weekly corporate inductions with 6 different groups with different maximum enrolments. We have put the induction as Session, and then scheduled the different groups timetables as Events. As the groups all have a different capacity for numbers all the events also need to reflect this, is there a way to have different maximum enrolments for each Event?  Thank you!
