Hey everyone 🖐🏼 I’m starting to explore how to expand the use of Docebo Creator more broadly and I’d love to learn how others are approaching it. Specifically, I’m curious about four areas:1. Folder StructureHow are you organizing your central repository folders for Creator?Historically, we’ve used team-specific folders, but I’m considering a more global setup. One idea is to create a top-level folder called “Creator Courses,” then give individuals their own subfolder (using their full name) to manage their content. Teams already using Creator heavily can retain their team-based folders. My concern is scalability. This could grow into hundreds of subfolders since we have thousands of employees. Have you tried something like this? What structure has worked well for you, especially at scale? 2. Tracking Creator MetricsWhat metrics are you tracking to measure Creator usage and value?I haven’t seen a built-in

The chevron icons in our breadcrumb bar have become offset, but I’m unsure how this happened. I haven’t changed the CSS on it directly and can’t figure out if anything is overriding it.I have been trying to alter it all day with CSS, and I can get it back in place while using inspect on the page, but when I inject it into the CSS area nothing changes. I have tried so many different configurations to get this back where it should go I’m losing my marbles a little bit. ANY help is appreciated! 

Hi,  I’m importing data from old LMS app. I’ve to create Crouses and Questions. Most of Questions are HTML or TEST question. It’s ok for html one’s. the /leran/v1/lo/batch works. But it’s ko for test. I must set lo_filename but i have no filename for tests. I try nofile.txt nofile.json noimage.png noimage.jpg. Nothing works.  All that’s test files exist oin my S3.the api endpoint message is "message": "Type de fichier non valide".it’s in french en english is like “file type not valid”How can I import Questions test ?   

Hi everyone,I’m encountering an issue with the Observation Checklist when used as a training material within a course.Here’s how I’ve set it up: My course contains two training materials: one HTML training material and one Observation Checklist. The Observer assigned to the checklist is the Direct Manager, while the Approver is the HR Manager of the learner. The goal is for managers to be notified when they need to complete the checklist. According to the Docebo Knowledge Base, a notification should be triggered when the learner clicks on the checklist within the course. However, even when this step is completed, no email is sent, even though all notification settings appear to be properly configured.I also tested using the

Sure, it would still have changed over time and as we adopted Extended Enterprise portals, but starting with that structure in mind would have prevented a lot of cleanup we are now tackling 2 years in.And what’s yours?

Hi, Our team is creating training on processes in a system. We plan to build a click through practice activity in Storyline. We are brainstorming different ideas to measure success rather than just using quizzes. Does anyone here have experience with building practice “click-through” and getting data on the learner’s click accuracy? If yes, do you have tips on how to do this using storyline SCORM 1.2 or 2004 and the correct settings in Docebo to get the data? Thanks

I have a SCORM e-Learning with several chapters loaded as separate files in a course. The course is quite long and we don’t want users to skip around between chapters. Normally we have the Next and Previous button turned on so users don’t have to leave the screen to continue on. But with sequential ordering the Next button is essentially useless. The SCORM file is not marked completed until after the user exits the SCORM file. So if a user hits next they receive a pop up that says“Prerequisites Not MetTo unlock this lesson you must first complete the following:”It then lists the exact Chapter that they just finished. Has anyone found a way to trigger the end of a SCORM file without exiting out of the SCORM file? 

Does anyone have some insight on the .csv upload process to create new sessions/events for a VILT course? I have to be making it harder than it needs to be. I’ve downloaded the sample template, but even with that I have to upload several times to figure out the format it is looking for (upper case vs lower case, date formats etc). Even once I can get one in there I’m still missing a lot of info and have to spend time going back in and adding details.  We are a small team (2) who spend a lot of time creating new sessions so would love to make the entire process more efficient but at this point I spend more time just getting the file to load I can do it manually just as quickly. Hi, Update suggestion!With last week’s update on the new Notification process, we have experienced a few issues. Reminder for class email - Session starting: Trigger filters Only show Course or Learn plan.  We cannot view if the course is an e-learn or ILT. With hundreds of courses and sessions, it is critical we be able to identify the correct course by type. Reminder for ITL visibility  for only ILT Courses, not LP, not e-learn. 

Hello,Unsure if anyone has had this issue before - I’m creating a new menu/page for learners under a secondary domain.For some reason, it has a logo that I don’t seem to be able to update (when I look in the ‘configure look and feel’ branding bit, I can only see the current logo used on a different domain - although I suppose I am logged in as superadmin to that domain?)I’ve configured menus, pages and catalogues but haven’t found the option to update it in any of those. Thanks for all help :)

Hi community,Our company is currently setting up the basics in Docebo, and I’m working on creating group rules to assign specific courses to the right learners.For some beginner groups, we want to automatically assign users if they have not completed certain courses—so we can guide them to the right learning path.However, it looks like Docebo only allows group rules based on users who have enrolled, completed, or are in progress with a course. There doesn’t seem to be an option to target users who haven’t completed a course.Has anyone found a way to work around this? Or is there a way to do this with custom settings or CSS? I’d really appreciate any tips or suggestions!Thanks so much in advance!

Hi, I need some help with reporting on Team Members fields in the user profile. I’ve setup multiple managers that can be assigned to a user. How do I get a report with these new manager fields?  I’m using the Custom Report: New Report > UsersManager Assistant Manager Lead Safety ManagerThe Manager field displays on reports. The Assistant Manager, Lead, and Safety Manager fields do not display on reports. New Report > Users report field options shows the Manager and many of the fields from the Additional Fields tab, but none of the fields I need from the Team Members tab.Am I using the wrong report?   

Hi there, We group our courses into catalogs so that learners are able to enroll themselves into whatever training they prefer. Unfortunately, the status only shows as enrolled or subscribed so it’s difficult for learners to know which courses they have completed within the catalog. They only know if they are enrolled in the course. Does anyone know if there’s a way to change this to also show if they completed the course? Otherwise, they have to go into the course to see if they have completed it. I appreciate it! 

Hi all! I’m developing a new gamification strategy where we’d like our published leaderboard to reset each month to encourage users to come back and take more courses and also to give recognition to new users and even the playing field. Each month, the leaderboard will be reset and new course earners will rise to the top of the list. We’d also like to link to our all-time leaderboard and still have that available for users who still want to see all-time stats. Has anyone tried this? Any best practices to keep in mind? 

I’m attempting to clean up what I believe are some duplicate groups. Before doing so, I want to be sure that I’m not deleting any groups that are assigned to enrollment rules.Aside from clicking into each enrollment rule and recording which groups are assigned to it, is there a more efficient way to identify which groups are tied to enrollment rules?

Checking to see if I’m the only one seeing this in case it is connected to the way we create our surveys…I’m testing out the new Surveys - Individual Answers Report Type (which I’m very excited about, BTW), and the Questions are showing in HTML format (e.g., “<p>Please indicate your level of agreement with… </p>”).   Some of the User Answers are doing the same.  Is this by design? I’m sure I can do a search and replace to get rid of all the HTML tags, but that is not terribly efficient. I’m hoping this is a bug and will be fixed in the near future. Other than that - LOVE the report option!

Greetings!Has anyone figured out a way to build an ad-hoc “Trending in Your Network” channel/course catalog that shows the courses, learning plans that are most viewed? I assume this can be done by manually researching what are the most viewed courses, but it’s 2025 and I was hoping not having to do that.Thanks!~B

Does anyone face an issues with the Learning Plans tab not showing number of mandatory courses and percentage in progress in user personal summary page?Is there any known issue with this? Because before it would show you a number of mandatory courses and a percentage completed.  

When archiving or unenrolling an individual from a course what happens to that persons survey data?

I want to add a course to our New Hire learning plan.Users who joined the organization in July or after should be enrolled in this course. Users who joined before then should not be enrolled in the course.A branch/LP enrollment rule currently assigns this learning plan to our root branch + descendants.How would you do this? (Should I let the existing enrollment rule fire, then manually unenroll people who joined prior to July? Or is there a better way?)Thank you! 

HelloI have 4 courses which are an Observation Checklist only. A team (share one login and password to view LMS) are notified that a user has enrolled into the course and the assessment team will see the OC to complete as TO DO. The setting in the training material are set to YES for end object marker which marks the course completed when the assessment team complete and submit the OCThis process only triggers if a user who is enrolled actually physically opens the course. I have tried to enrol and mark as completed as a superadmin but this process bypasses the notification trigger.Apart from login as the user to activate the trigger is there a way anyone can think of activating this process without the user having to open the course? Thanks

Help!  Please bring back the old personal help desk chat!  I’ve been trying to get this new one to help us with our questions today and it just spins me in circles and I never get to talk to an agent.  Is anyone else having any luck?  Can you offer any tips to get this chatbot to actually answer your questions?  Thank you. PS: I’ve also noticed it gets in the way of functionality - there is often a text bubble in the bottom right corner that prevents me from clicking different buttons in that area. I cannot seem to delete it.  Quite frustrating! I cannot click next to create this report, nor can I remove the chat bubble.
