I want to be able to configure and change the appearance of Channels with CSS. Since it is not a page, what do I need to do? Is there an article I can read?

We need to schedule a report to push it to our SFTP location for our internal function to build automate process. The issue is with the field "Country" containing commas, which causes data splits and adds extra columns in the report when validated. (Ex: Column “C” values updated in D, and D values updated in E, due to data splits).We used Docebo “Country” drop-down field as a user additional field.I tried with semicolon, comma, and colon values but it doesn’t help. What’s the best practices to deal with separator?     

Hello!I’m looking for some outside opinions on the best way to manage reports for multiple customers. Currently, when we add new customers to Docebo for product training, we create the users, then create a new customer group, then assign the users to the group, then enroll the group into an onboarding learning plan. The primary reason for creating groups for each customer is to give our account managers, who are configured as power users, the ability to create course reports for each customer by filtering via group in the reports area.I question the scalability of this approach as we continue to add new customers, which means we are constantly adding new groups, maintaining existing groups, and constantly updating power user resources. Much of the work is done manually and is cumbersome. Any creative thoughts on how to approach this?

Hi everyone,This is our first full year in Docebo, and my team’s first time going through a Learning Plan reset. I have a plan and have been testing it in Sandbox, but I’m worried I’m overlooking something and will find out what it is the painful way. For those of you who have lived through this process, can you review my proposed plan and poke holes in it? Overview:We have several divisions in our company, and each has multiple Learning Plans for their different service lines. In total, I’d say we have at least 100 Learning Plans (including new hire learning plans and annual), and each one has very complicated enrollment groups/rules that I don’t want to have to tinker with. Some of our courses are on multiple learning plans with equivalences, so I’m also concerned about making sure I’m doing those steps in the best order so that the enrollment status is correct.Our Subject Matter experts are mostly keeping their plans the same, but we a

Hello Docebo Community! We recently implemented Docebo Learn LMS and as part of the implementation process, course shells for previous learning sessions and e-learning modules were created and the course completion data was migrated over for our users. We want to hide these course shells from showing up in the search on the platform, as there is no training/learning content associated with them, as it was for historical/archival purposes only. How can we do this? Thanks!! 

Hi there,We use course codes extensively within our platform, and we are experiencing an issue in which some of our power users are creating courses and not including course codes. We cannot find any way in Docebo to natively require course code like we can with additional fields. How can we accomplish requiring this field? We are considering setting up some sort of notification through Connect, either to us or to the power user. Are there any smoother ways we could accomplish having course code as a requirement? Thanks! 

When I try to get the notifications log via /notifications/v1/notifications_log, I recieve the following error message:{  "name": "Bad Request",  "message": [    "Notifications log functionality is not enabled or misconfigured."  ],  "code": 1001,  "status": 400}How can I set up this functionality?

I’ve been searching in the community and looking for best practices for managing ILT course material. I couldn’t find answers to my question and wondering how others handle the training material for their ILT courses – looking for best practices.We have courses set up that have multiple sessions. Example, we have one course with many sessions offered throughout the year. Learners can enroll in the session that works for their schedule. We have material that we only want available to learners after they complete the course and do not want enrolled learners (for upcoming sessions) to be able to see the material.Is there a way to control the training material based on the learner’s status changing from enrolled to completed? Is there a way to control the training material by session? If I use the Publish setting in the Training Material from 5/22/25 to 5/23/25 wouldn’t enrolled learners for a session on 5/29/25 have access before their session starts

Is there a way to set up a notification to ensure that learners only get a single notification for a learning plan instead of each of the 15 courses in the learning plan? 

We are planning to move from Classic Docebo to Eloomi. I would like to know if anyone here has already made this change.I have a few questions: How did the move from Docebo to Eloomi go for you? How much time did the move take? Did you have to set up many things again, or was it simple? Did you have any big problems or surprises during the move? What things got better right away after you started using Eloomi? Did you receive enough help from Docebo during the move? How was your experience with their support team? Hi there! I am trying to put together a Docebo webhook that has multiple possible event types for the payload in Connect. My initial goal was to create a lookup table of all the possible events and payload samples, then search by event type. Once the event type is found, use the Parse JSON option in Connect to parse the payload sample, and execute logic relating to that type of event. I want this recipe to be easy to edit and easy to read, so I was hoping I could use the lookup table to more easily parse the JSON from the payload. However, I can’t get the data pills to ingest correctly for the document input for the Parse JSON function in Connect, so the payload data pills aren’t accessible right now. My other thought was to put all possible payload values in the webhook schema, but then you can’t differentiate which belong to which event type without external documentation, and this feels messy. I would love some advice on thi

We have different courses in different regions, all administered by local Power Users who have restricted permissions for their regions only. This should prevent them from being overloaded with courses they do not need to administer and also to avoid mistakes.The problem is, customers sometimes change their region or are trained in another country. The regional Power Users cannot see this in the user Personal Summary. Is there a way to make the full personal summary visible to all Power Users without having to assign them administrative rights for all courses?

Hello,Who is using the task list widget? The screenshot below shows my view. The two certifications it shows as ‘to renew’ are not even close to renewal (one is ten months away and the other is 6 months away). Is there a way to define when the little red number will appear relative to an expiration date?

I’m struggling with the possibility to track SOME of the tests in my courses in order to evaluate the learners with KPIs. A little bit of context: all my courses are structured in this way: pre course assessment (1 shot- 15 question): if you score <12 you pass and complete the course, if you score >12 you fail and continue the course. each chapter has a test (knowledge check of 5 question: pass it with 100% correct answer, unlimited attempts) Final test. 10 question - unlimited attempts you pass it with a < 8 score.So: what I would LOVE to reach is to understand how the learner pass the inizial / final test and with how many attempts. no counting of the “knowledge check tests)LEARNER 1 - TOOK THE COURSE A - pre assessment score 13 --- completed! Hi, I need to update my database via API. The problem I've encountered is that during this process, I update and create users.For new users, I need to provide the password, but not for existing users.The database has over 190,000 active users, and checking whether they already exist on the platform is not a solution. The vast majority do not have registered email addresses, so password recovery is also not a solution.Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any ideas?

I’ve set up several sessions for users to enroll using direct links. Some users are getting calendar confirmation emails and others are not. Is there a setting I’m missing to make sure users receive a confirmation email with an Outlook Calendar attachment to add to their calendar?

Hello! Is there a way to hide the “asset uploaded by” field within channels, using CSS? If so, can it apply globally, and/or to just to specific domains within Extended Enterprise? The rationale is that we use channels for content presentation and functionality, but the uploaders are not considered to be experts/contacts for the content.Example: I’d like to hide the names of all uploaders from all assets, such as this one:

Hi - Is anyone else experiencing this?We use 1 service email account for our Outlook Connect Integration.We paired that MS Teams account in Docebo VILT Microsoft Teams to automate the meeting link process.The generated meeting invites (Outlook and MS Teams) are missing Meeting Options. Having the options would allow us to assign instructors and others as co-organizers so they can start and manage the meetings on their own. As it is now, we have to start EVERY meeting for them.The alternative to bypass thisWe have to manually create all invites and paste the meeting link URLs using the custom tool this creates 2 identical invites on our calendar for every meeting it turns an automated process into a manual one Even if we use the instructors created meeting links instead, it creates 2 invites for them and it’s confusing to maintain and change manage with a large instructor schedule.

We are beginning to transition our current member resource website that currently houses hundreds of resources such as pdfs, checklists, videos, etc. into Docebo. I am concerned about the lack of native trackability for the supervisors using the platform. From my understanding (and please correct me if I am wrong) they cannot run a report under the “My Team” portion of the platform that would include seeing what informal assets someone on their team may have viewed.  Long story short, I am trying to pro/con out if the social aspect of the informal assets through DCS outweighs the pro/cons of housing everything in courses for the trackability.  Any insight would be appreciated! 

We have discovered multiple instances of duplicated ACTIVE enrolments in the same course showing up on reports.The reports are filtered on ACTIVE enrolments only so these are NOT archived enrolments.The course enrolment status for the duplicated Active enrolments is also blank for one instance which is also strange.Obviously when I search for the user that is duplicated in the report directly on the course they are only coming up once as it is not possible to have 2 active enrolments for the same person. I’ve entered a support request but curious if anyone else has encountered this. It’s definitely a new one for me.
