The attributes can be helpful, many threads point out some shortcomings which are helpful.  I don’t see anything related to CSS formatting of the attributes on the content card.  Regardless of the attribute its just small grey font.  It doesn’t stick out.  It would be nice to color code/format the attributes so they stand out and don’t get overlooked.  Any CSS pro’s out there know if this is possible?

Hello, I’m a new LMS Admin/ID implementing Docebo. I’d like to have some active forums for members. It looks like forums in Docebo always live within a course widget, and are course-specific. Is it possible to have general forums outside of a class? I suppose I could create a few classes with next to no content and put them in a “Forums” folder with different topics, but this is pretty inelegant.  I’d also like to have forums linked to multiple classes. For example, all the sales classes could be linked to a “sales tips” forum. All the leadership classes could be linked to a “leadership discussion” forum. I’d like to do this inside Docebo.

Several issues with different degree of importance, but still interesting to find out how others have solved similar issues. The issues will be numbered to make responding to them easier. We use certifications to keep track of when/if courses need to be taken again. We also want to use Learning plans to enroll users into all mandatory courses. The problem is; if the user has an active certification that has been granted based on uploaded documentation through “External training”, this does not stop the user from being enrolled to a course with the same certification connected. Any way to make Certification status determine if a user is enrolled to a course in a learning plan? External training: When uploading external training documents, the users are forced to pick a Course name, but they are not forced to pick a Certification to be updated. HiI’m trying to create a notification for users to see which courses they have yet to complete. There are only five courses to complete. I would like it to have images of the courses and say either complete incomplete. I am currently trying to create a recipe in connect that will update existing profiles in Docebo if any personal information changes such as work site location, job title, or usernames. We have a report from our HRIS that has all of this information and steps 1-11 of the recipe pull in that information and stores the data in a variable list. For steps 12-15 I am trying to pull the userId from all of the existing Docebo profiles and an additional field that has our own internal employee number. I then want to store this information in a new variable list. However, I am running into two issues. The first issue is for step 13/14 I have a for each loop to pull the userId and additional field but when I run the code it is only pulling one person and putting it in the new list. I am confused as to why this is happening because step 12 correctly pulls all of the existing Docebo profiles. The second issue that I need help resolving is how to append the Docebo ID list to the HRIS data list w

Hi, I am currently working on designing the Landing Page for my company’s LMS. I have read through some Community Posts and Knowledge Base articles about best practices and what others are doing in their LMS. I’m a visual person and I would like to see what others’ Landing Pages look like to spark some ideas - something like a Pinterest board. (Obviously I am not planning to copy & paste anyone’s)Would anyone mind sharing what their LMS looks like and maybe a few sentences/bullet points explaining the thought process behind it? There are a few chats and ideas about making uploaded documents work differently, which I 100% agree should happen, but for those folks who have been able to have a seperate upload space and then use iframes to bring the document or link out to them, I wanted to writeup how I use PDF.JS to achieve this and not require programming knowledge.Why bother with this over a simple link or iframe direct the document?The main benefit is control. If you link out, this moves the user from where they were which can be confusing. If you just iframe the document in directly, it may work for you, but you are leaving the PDF display to the user’s browser and device. Hi Docebo Community, The team here at Southwestern Consulting would like to make some customizations to the My Profile widget, and I spent time searching the boards and did not see any answers or this question asked previously. Any pro tips are greatly appreciated from your friend in Nashville 😁 Use case:On the My Profile widget, we would like to show more than one line of text for some of the User Additional Fields that are displayed on the widget. For example, we have a field “My Coaching Goals” where a client’s various goals would be listed. this is a Text Area field (up to 65,000 characters) for example, my goals are listed in this field as : “Run a 26 mile marathon, grow my team, be a leader” BUT - on the widget currently, the widget displays just “Run a 26 mile maratho...” A few other fields we would like to display additional rows of text

Along with the new Honorlock integration, is there now a learner-friendly way to set the time allowed on a test to less than 24 hours? There is an option to set the time in increments of 1 hour at the test level, but for it to be enforced, you also have to check the option that locks the user out of the test forever if they accidentally close the tab. If you do not check this option, the user can pause the timer whenever they want by closing the test. The only way to get a timer that persists regardless of the test being open or closed is to set the duration at the course level, which has a minimum time of 1 day.Honorlock sounds like it might be useful, but I’m not sure how it would play with the gap in timing functionality.

Hello community!We are encountering an issue where we have scorm files showing up in different languages for users.For example, an english scorm file is showing up in korean when the learner opens it to play. I have provided screen recordings and HAR files to Docebo but they say they cannot replicate it and therefore it will be difficult for them to prove to their developers there is an issue here. But I have provided the evidence and have about 10-15 users reported encountering this issue.  We did try to delete and reupload the same scorm files and it does fix the issue eventually. So if the same scorm file being uploaded works… then the source is not the scorm? Has anyone else encountered this? Or any advice or ideas? Thanks in advance

Hi Brains Trust,I am seeking advice please!We have a vast majority of users who access GoLearn on their work phone.  Course completion, with certifications attached, do not accurately record a users course completion when accessed via the app, only through web based version.  Hence, we are now finding inaccurate records in reports.A work around is to remove certifications altogether and use course completions (tracked within the course report via archived enrollments) and re-enrol the learners after 11 months into the course.  (A Connect recipe would have to be written at a cost to our org for this function).  Relevant notifications would inform the user that a course is due to expiry and will sit under Not Started on the Task list on their homepage.My question please is:are there other orgs who face a similar issue and what is your workflow? what further implications could you see to remove certification and instead use archive/re en

Forgive me if this information is available elsewhere, but I couldn’t find anything.  How are these courses suggested? [See image].Is it Tags, like Catalogues, keywords, AI, or some combination of them?  

When we have assessments in FMU, is there a way to have real time feedback? Meaning, if a trainee selects an answer, can we go ahead and show the correct answer immediately? Or do they have to complete the entire test and then go back and see which ones are incorrect. Thank you!

Hi,It seems like the new hero banner that is at the top of the new course pages has darkening/shading on it that results in any image I upload being darker than it’s supposed to be. For example, I uploaded a light blue image, and after saving the page’s changes, I noticed that the image is actually rendering on the page as dark blue, like it has been shaded. I’ve tried this with various images, and each time, the image is much darker than it’s supposed to be like there’s a shading filter applied to the hero banner’s style. Is there a way to remove the shading/darkening so that the image looks like it does originally? I’ve looked all over in the branding section and don’t see a setting that can be changed.Thank you,Becky

Hello! 👋I’d love to crowdsource some best practices for using the waitlist with ILT sessions. This was not a feature in our former LMS, so we’re still getting used to it in Docebo. I’ve read the KB article, but I’m curious on any internal controls and processes you might use, such as:How do you manage learner expectations about seat capacity to begin with? At any point prior to a full session, do you send a note to waitlisted learners letting them know that the session has “checked in full” and to register for a future option? How are you moving folks off the waiting list after the session ends? Hello I am working on building my health and safety training platform from docebo. I have all our employees added as users, but they do not know they have been added. However, when I assign an employee an ILT it sends them a notification saying XYZ has been enrolled into a course. For the moment I only want to enroll the employees into the course but not send them notifications. Is this possible?

Hello! I am looking to create a page using the Channels widget to show ‘Custom Channels’. We are developing a dedicated space where employees can access instructional guides, and are using Channels in a round-about way to accomplish this. We want these separated from all of our other Channels, as we want these to be more a repository for those guides and our other Channels to be used for true social learning and sharing. We want to be able to use search functionality in this Custom Channels page, but the LMS does not provide the search and filter functionality for Custom Channels. Does anyone have a potential solution for this? I attempted creating a custom HTML search bar widget above it, but to no success. 

HelloWould anyone be happy to share some CSS that would remove the bottom section informing users to go to External Certificates?  All our courses are linked via Certifications and not external certificates and will like to eliminate this option.  Cheers :) 

We need to regularly review courses to ensure their content remains up-to-date and relevant for the target audience. It would be extremely beneficial to have a field linked to each course where we could set a review period. Once that time frame elapses, a notification would alert us that the course is due for review.How do others going about doing this in Docebo? We currently use an excel file to track and it’s tedious. 

How do I report on Learning Plan > Course > Training Material Progression in Insights while leveraging the Advanced Analytics package?   I'm familiar with the Users - Training Material” Report, however, I’m hoping to pull in training material completion/status into the Insights dashboards.  I’m also familiar with the Data Mart Enrollment and LP Enrollment tables, but I’m not seeing anything for training materials. Thanks for any tips!!

Basic Use Case: We have certification programs which end in a simulated, proctored exam. In brief, learners attend a VILT event, during which our facilitator unhides the test so the learners can take the exam, the learners take the exam, and we provide them results several days later. We tried administering the certification exam through Docebo but it is missing key functionality and doesn’t look very professional.
