Solved

Hello everyone,May I know if there’s a way that we can identify which existing survey is share tracked?Thank you.

In the extended enterprise, we have created a subfolder domain (ourplatform.docebosaas.com/subfolder) for our domain (ourplatform.docebosaas.com) and assigned a branch to the subfolder domain. Then I set up a notification for that branch. But when the user in that branch receives the notification it shows the domain ourplatform.docebosaas.com instead of ourplatform.docebosaas.com/subfolder in the site/course URL . Has anyone encountered this problem or has any idea how to fix this?

I just want to see all courses by Title, without having to enroll someone in each course. Is there a way you’ve found to do this? Even API doesn’t spit out all results.

Hi Docebo,We get a lot of students stating they’re using Firefox when they’re actually using Safari. If a student continually lies about what browser they’re using its a real time suck getting to the truth of the matter via screenshots.I’m wondering if there is a way for docebo to determine what browser a student is using on the backend? If so I would like to suggest this feature be added to future releases. Thank you, Logan

Can I make the target of a notification both Users and Power Users?

Hi, I’m having trouble figuring out the docebo api. Is the only documentation at https://flashtalking.docebosaas.com/api-browse? How would I retrieve a course’s quiz learning object using the API?

Hi everyone. I have only been using Docebo for a few months now and we are trying to work around some nuances Docebo has such as making sure all our users are enabling cookies. Even with that we are having a hard time pinpointing why people are taking courses but then not showing complete. they will get to the end take a screenshot or picture and send it to us showing us its complete but then logging back into Docebo it still shows as in progress and usually only half way through the course. Any help or pointers on if our users are doing something wrong to cause this to happen?

We’ve recently turned off the “Display Category Tree” as it was showing Categories to Learners who shouldn’t see them (ie Customers were seeing our Sales Category)I’m creating pages now for Learners to navigate to our Categories. I’m able to find the Category ID with the Tree enabled: /learn/catalog/view/2?ctldoc-catalog-0=category_id-18I’d prefer to not have to toggle the Categories Tree on and off to get the Category ID. Is there a way to find the Category IDs via API?

We are about to launch a pilot of our Docebo system and one of things I will need to determine is which browser our users are connecting with. Is there a way to do this from within Docebo?

Hi everyone,Even in a blended learning world it is likely that some assessments are still paper-based and not transitioned to an online environment, or able to be migrated. I’m curious to know if anyone has a suggestion or solution to retaining copies of the paper-based assessments in Docebo Learn (to keep training records together for each learner), obviously scanned into an online format like a PDF for example?Do you use the LMS for storage, or use a different electronic document store? My gut feeling is to steer clear of the LMS as a document store (not designed for this really) and use something else and perhaps reference back to an record ID number in the LMS course records somehow?Training records retention requirements and specific Registered Training Organisation audit requirements here in Australia require certain things to be discoverable hence my questions.

Does anybody know how to change the illustrations that are featured throughout the platform?  For instance this one that shows up if a course widget is empty (e.g. if a learner has finished all their courses and is not currently enrolled in anything new).  It would be a nice design customization if we could make this image something from our corporate culture, instead of being a random image that doesn’t fit our design language.  I know how to change the accompanying text using the localization tool, but don’t know how to change the image itself.

Heywhen creating a learning plan is it possible to set some courses as optional and others as compulsoryThanksMatthew

Can we turn off the "Force users to change their password at their first login" option for a particular branch?

We are an extended enterprise customers and need help with this – We need some assistance with the new User Branch/Domain that we are creating in LMS. This new user branch will have self-registration and users will be created manually(Non-SSO). There are chances that many of our SSO enabled clients who already use another branch domain might go to this new branch domain through our community page. Is there a way that we can add a hyperlink on the new branch sign in page through which we can redirect the SSO clients to their original domain? We want to add that to the Sign in tab where it asks for user credentials.

Hi there, Can we keep the branding separate for the sub-branches? The users will not have access to more than one branch/sub-branch

Right now I go out to the Admin Menu > Users > Filter by - Level and Assigned PU Profile to get the power users I need and download the file. However, this does not give me the branches they have access to. So I then go to the Admin Menu > Power Users and search for each one to see what branches are assigned to them. Then I add this to the file I had downloaded. Is there an easier way to get this information as I did not see anything in Reports.

We are doing some research into authoring tools and I’m leaning toward Articulate 360. We’re also looking at UDUTU. Any other suggestions?Does anyone know what authoring tool was used for Docebo University? I really love the layout, flow, and user-friendliness of how it’s laid out.THANKS!

I know I can show up to 9 fields and reorder the fields in the course management function but are you able to resize the field itself.  I am currently wanting to see my complete course code but it is cutoff and I can not seem to resize the field.  While other other fields take up more area than needed.

Has anyone else run into issues when using Channels and the “New Invitations and Subscriptions” Widget? We recently ramped up our usage, only to quickly find out our notifications were not sending all the time and the new items were not consistently displaying in the “New Invitations and Subscriptions” widget as we wanted.  It has taken me weeks to figure out the issues, but I think I have finally wrapped my head around what is happening. There are two ways to invite/share an asset with someone, both have different results:This process ends with no notification sending but the employee being enrolled to view the asset.  Click the Gear Icon Channels Select a Channel, click Content, select an asset to assign or go right to Assets Tab, then select an asset to assign Click Shared with Share, add individual or group, click share Name will be added to the “Shared with” list, but no notification will send. The other way to share/invite. This process ends with the notification being sent, but

We would like to send a notification to remind new users to complete an onboarding course that they have been enrolled in, but have yet to complete. To create the group I was going to create an automatic group based on their enrollment status in the specific course, to meet ANY of the criteria for that specific course (so we can target the notification email):Enrollment Status - Not Started Enrollment Status - In progressThen, send a notification to this group (which should update automatically) 14 days after they are automatically enrolled in the course and again at 30 days after they are enrolled if it’s still not completed.**Enrollment rule already set up. Here’s the multi-part question:  Is there an easier way to do this than setting up two separate notifications? Can someone confirm that ‘Not Started’ will only apply to those users who have been enrolled in the course? ( I know this may sound dumb, but I don’t want this to go out to ALL users, only those who are enrolled in the co

Hello,I finally managed to work in flip cards successfully (yay!) but am struggling to get the text of the back of the card to be centered:  Would anyone might have any insight as to what I need to add to either the html or the css to achieve this? Here is my current code: HTML:<div class="flip-card"> <div class="flip-card-inner"> <div class="flip-card-front"> <img src="https://s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/docebo.traceinternational/_Site+Images/tasa+widget.jpg" alt="Avatar" style="width:443px;height:300px;" /></div> <div class="flip-card-back"> <div class="align-items-center"> <h1>I figured out flipcards!</h1> <p>Finally!</p> </div> </div> </div></div>CSS:.flip-card { background-color: transparent; width: 443px; height: 300px;}.flip-card-inner { position: relative; width: 100%; height: 100%; text-align: center; transition: transform 0.8s; transform-style: pr

I’ve received an inquiry from our human resources department about them potentially using our Docebo platform to deliver and administer their internal staff training. However, I’m not keen on adding all their content to our platform and giving them administration rights. In this case, is it possible to have two separate platforms? I believe Docebo supports multiple domains, but does anybody know if this feature is included as standard in the Enterprise plan?

With the new feature to be able to add the option of showing courses and learning plans that are not enrolled by the user, in a channel I am not able to view the Channel option in the Advanced Settings.  The response from the help desk is it must be CSS.   I am not all that familiar with CSS but wondered if someone could help me find the actual CSS code to try and get this to show for me to turn it on. I can see it in the sandbox and the settings for CSS are the same there as in the production but for some reason I am not see it in production.

Hello all,I’ve got a specific use-case I wonder if anyone has implemented before. We’re creating some internal compliance training and want to do it in the following way:First, everyone will take a quiz. If you pass, you’re done. If you fail, you have to review all the learning material, and then retake the test. Has anyone done this? Or have ideas as to how to do this? Thanks!

We have only recently started to use leaderboards in the Gamification module. For the privacy reasons, we had to enable anonymity, so names of users won’t get exposed to other users (we’re serving external users). That’s working great. However, now, even as a superadmin, I cannot see who is at the top of the leaderboard. We’d like to recognize our top users with some swag or other benefits, however, since our leaderboards are anonymized, we can’t really know who they are.I already added an enhancement request on the Ideas portal (LMS-I-5125), but I wonder if maybe someone has a working solution to this problem (other, than disabling anonymity for a minute, getting the list, and re-enabling it)? Thanks.
