Solved

Hello! We recently enabled Power Users to enroll others in one of the Profiles. The permissions we’ve given are Create and View. However, I’m seeing that when attempting to enroll people, those people actually go into “Enrollment to Confirm” instead of “Enrolled”...No max quota on course I see that there is the “Allow automatic enrollment from the waiting list when learners unenroll”, but we don’t want there to be an exchange of one person leaves another person enters, we just want everyone to be able to enter I see a Power User permission “Can activate enrollments”, but we don't want an extra step to activate enrollments, we just want them to be activated immediately. Is that what this does?Thank you for any help in advance!

Hello! Does anyone know if it is possible to automatically assign all users from a group to follow a channel?

Hello! I’m trying to see if there is a way to remove the time from the due date in automatic notifications. We use soft deadlines as they need to be able to access the training post launch, but want to show something is past due, and we use days of validity do any new team members are able to take the course and have the same time (i.e. 30 days) to complete the training. When using automatic notifications with the “expire_at” shortcode, it puts in the time of enrollment. The user has until the end of the day to complete the training, not that time, i.e. 9:00am. Any insights on how to remove or avoid this?

I’m trying to assign a resource (branch) to a support team member. When I assign it, the Descendants box is checked, but after I assign it, it’s marked as “No” in the table. I don’t see a way to enable branch descendants.

In Central Repository, some of our power users are confused as to why retired courses still show active even though in the Course Management part they are retired and marked as such plus move to under maintenance.  Anyone else run into the same issue??

Has anyone come across Swagger or OpenAPI docs for Docebo? Hoping for something to import into Postman.

Hi there, Hoping someone can help. I have created an FAQ Page using the accordion method detailed in this amazing post The Search for a better Accordion. What I would now like to do on a separate Support Page is create a separate accordion effect that incorporates multiple accordions within a larger accordion (a parent accordion with multiple children accordion), if that makes sense.I've used the Docebo add-in in ChatGPT but it's not generated the results I’m looking for.Below is what I have copied over form the FAQ Page I created, but I now want to make the "Local Support - Malaysia, Below are the list of SMEs..." part of the box a parent accordion so that the list of blue boxes expands out when the user clicks on the parent. That way my page won't be covered in loads of blue boxes and the users can click on the country and department they need the contacts of.Can anyone help, hopefully this makes sense!Thank you,Kal

We created an e-learning course which has had 2500 completions.  We have now made the decision for it to be renewed every 3 years.  I have created a refresher certification,  and tried to bulk upload a CSV of completions. It works, except it hasn't calculated the renew/expiry date (even though that detail was in the CSV i uploaded).  Any ideas why it has work.  I now have 2500 certifications but without a renewal date.

Hello, has anyone come across an API call that is able to return hashtag data for learning assets?

We would like to stop issuing certificates for a course. However, we want to keep the course available for learners, and we need the record of certificates for audit. Any input on how i would achieve this? All i’ve read indicates that anything I do would remove the record from a user’s account.

I have been building a lot of ILT courses in our platform lately and my colleagues running the sessions are wanting to know the difference and I feel like I am giving very vague answers. So I was wondering if somebody had a good answer to this. Both Subscribed and In Progress show for difference users that area all enrolled in both the course and the session I built.

Is it possible in a certificate to add the estimated average time from the course details? I see the short code for the actual time it took for completion, but we need average estimated time instead.

Is there a way to add a Superadmin to a power user profile? What I’m trying to accomplish is having notifications sent to one specific Superadmin only. But that’s not a choice. What is a choice, is a specific Power User or Instructor.

Is it possible to hide or customize the message at the end of a test that says “You have passed/failed the test”? I don’t want learners to know their results straight away.In the below image, the “You have failed the test” text is generated by Docebo.“Thank you for taking this test” has been configured by me in the Test feedback options.I have left all score display options unticked. Is there a workaround to prevent the you have failed the test message from being shown?

Hello, this feels like a really silly question! We use pages to collate together content for our catalogues on our user menu.I recently wanted to change one of these pages, so I have amended the name of the page/the catalogue name. However, I cannot work out for the life of me where the URL of the page is coming from - it’s still saying the old name of the catalogue not the updated one.I have loooked through the help guides on pages but I still can’t work out how to amend the URL/generate a new URL.Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello,I'm facing a challenge with our exam process. We have developed an exam using Rise 360 and integrated it into a single course shell titled 'Exam' within our LMS. The problem arises when students fail the exam; their status remains 'in progress' in the reports. We want to ensure that upon completion of the exam, regardless of the outcome, students are marked as having completed it. I'm uncertain whether this setting needs to be adjusted on Rise 360 or the LMS.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have a client who would like to build out a learning plan where they will give the user courses to complete, but then they would like to tell the user to choose any 2 of a possible 10 elearning courses to complete. Upon completing those 2, they would then progress to the next learning plan.I know we can do this with ILTs where you can say you need to complete a set number of sessions or events. What’s the best way to achieve this with elearning (where no ILTs are required)My current thought process is to add in an assignment telling the users to choose and complete 2 courses from a set catalogue of 10 courses, then reporting back on the assignment they are done for this to be manually marked as completed (or sent back if they have not been completed). This is obviously a manual workaround and not really a solution. I thought about equivalences however we do not want to mark courses as complete that they have not done as they may be used later.Does anyone have any thoughts, ideas, sugg

Hello, We are downloading all the training materials that are in the central repository using APIs, but we are not able to export the Slide files. The link is generated, but does not bring the content. We had no problems with videos or scorms, only with the slides.Any tips? Regards,

Hi everyone! I got a SCORM file from a vendor (NINJIO) and the video content is only about 6 minutes or less with a single knowledge check question at the end. However the file is 1.1GB! I have no idea why it is so big, but I can’t upload it and our Cybersecurity team needs it to be tracked. I did try to add the SCORM file to both the Central Repository and directly into the course, but neither allowed the file size. Does anyone use NINJIO scorm files in their instance successfully or has a workaround for adding this larger file (or maybe compressing it)? Happy to try a creative solution but not sure where to start!

Hello All,We are facing a potential data loss issue with course access and I’m wondering if anyone else has had and solved this. What we’re trying to record:We are looking to see how many unique users access certain courses per month.  So if User A accesses any of the courses in a given month, they are counted.  If they access any of the courses in another month, they are counted again.  Our PowerBI graph looks like this: We’re using the First Access Date and Last Access Date to build this data.  The issue is when we have this situation:User A accesses Course B in June.  This is recorded in the course First and Last Access date fields. User A accesses Course B in July.  This is recorded in the course Last Access date field. User A accesses Course B in August.  This is recorded in the course Last Access date field. Now we have a date the user accessed that course that is no longer present as either First or Last.  Thus our data for the “middle” month would change.  This isn’t a big issue

We’re creating a learning plan for users where some have learning disabilities. It’s quite a few clicks to get to your certificate with a lot of visual clutter. We’re thinking of creating a how-to video with instructions, but I’d prefer to just give learners a link to claim their certificate or send a pdf via email.I only found a way to directly link to My activities > learning plans, but there’s still that “hidden” three dot menu that only appears on hover. Is there any way to link straight to the certificate, no extra clicks required?

Hey, Has anyone used this prototype? How does this function work with SCORM packages and articulate 360 specifically rise? I need a solution for multi language courses asap. Can anyone help?

Hello, Docebo Community! 😊We create groups with rules and assign them to our various compliance training courses. Is there a report that lists which selected groups are assigned to a course? I am looking for the group name, and not the individual staff members within the group. Thank you for your time! 😊Sincerely,Marla Beaulieu

My company is in the beginning phases of building recipes within Docebo Connect. One thing that we noticed was that anyone who is a Super Admin can access the recipes we build out. Since there will be access to some sensitive information, I was wondering is it possible to limit access to Docebo Connect or even a project within Connect to just a select few Super Admins in the platform?

I am coming across a surprising issue.I have SCORM that I built in Rise that includes a video. When I upload that SCORM the button to enlarge the video is grayed out. This button works fine outside of Docebo, so it seems to me something in Docebo is causing it to not work. Screenshot below.Has anyone experienced this? Is there a fix?
