Does anyone know if there is a way to add the new Insight dashboards to a widget page?

Has there been, or will there be, any possibility of having Digest Notifications to show when a user has completed a course?I am thinking the only work around is to create a scheduled report?

Hi all! I want to re assign a training material we have in the central repository that we assigned a few years ago. Is there a way to duplicate the training material in the CLOR so the completion does not carry over to the new assignment? I don’t have the original file to upload a duplicate to the CLOR. Any other suggestions?

Does anyone know what the image size for the thumbnail for training material is?We are fine with the course image thumbnails, but I can’t find a reference to the smaller ones for training material within a course. Are they the same size as a course thumbnail? They’re so small I wasn’t sure if there would be a difference.

Hello,Does anyone one has a process on how to upload website article as training material? Tried using the HTML page option but it’s not really working for me.

We need to send a notification to a group of powerusers when a user is created in the system.  We have a number of specific custom user fields that we’d like to include into the notification text.  Is there a way to use a custom user field as a short code to add that information automatically into the notification?

Docebo excels in many areas, but search is not one of them. The global search results are particularly confusing to our users. To address this, we are looking into adding a third party search tool like Coveo or Elastic. Does anyone have experience integrating a tool like this into Docebo? If so, I would love to hear about your experience.

If I use these eligibility rules (see image) does the user have to belong to both branches selected or will is work if the user is in at least one?  I am trying to capture a group of users who belongs in either branch.

Hi everyone. Our team has just recently launched our LMS and have started sending out emails from the platform, for course completion reminders. However, people thought it was spam, with how basic the email composer is, where I at least, can't add our company signature. Do you know of a setting in Docebo that I can configure to add a default signature or any work around?  Thank you!PS. I dont know CSS

Hi y’all! I am receiving an error when trying to preview my Training Materials Report.Goal: With this report I hope to be able to view the test scores (all attempts) of all users for each lesson. Problem: I am trying to preview my report and the error “Nothing to preview. The report does not match any data. Please try again using different report filters.” is appearing. I know that there are test scores to report on as I have completed some tests.Question: Why is this error happening? How can I fix it? What is the best way to achieve my goal?I have attached images of the filters I have set up and the error page.I would love some help!

Dear fellow members,I’m getting mad trying to hide an element via the custom CSS.In particular, the element to be hidden is the number of lessons completed in courses (see the highlighted text below):I’m a CSS beginner, though I succesfully modified several elements across pages. This one is handled via a span, such as:<span class="subtitle-block">0 / 3 lessons completed</span>I tried the following without success:.subtitle-block{ visibility: hidden !important; display: none !important; opacity:0 !important; }I also tried with the parent elements, always without success:progress-bar-wrap ng-star-inserted .subtitle-block{ visibility: hidden !important; display: none !important; opacity:0 !important; }Did anyone of you get any success in modifying such page? Thanks in advance for your helpRegardsStefano

Hello everyone. I am creating a training package consisting of multiple modules, including videos, tests, and SCORM packages. I place the test at the end of the training package. In the general settings of the training package, I set the material attempt limit to 3. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the test is locked, but the user doesn't receive a warning like 'Please start the training package from the beginning.' I want the training modules to be locked again, and for the user to start the training from the first module, with each module reopening sequentially. What I want is that if the user cannot pass the final test in 3 attempts, they should return to the beginning of the training package, and their training experience should reset.

I’m working on an integration to get information out of our Docebo in Python, eventually into our DWS. I have the API set up for: Authorization code + implicit grant, Resource owner password credentials, and Client credentials.   But when trying to run a request to get data via my client credential oauth2 session, I get a 401 error.  When I run it against my password credential oauth2 session, it runs fine (200 code).  Any thoughts on why this may be happening or how I can rectify?  I’d rather use client credentials for our M2M process.  password_oauth = OAuth2Session(client=LegacyApplicationClient(client_id=client_id))password_token = password_oauth.fetch_token(token_url=token_url, username=username, password=password, client_id=client_id, client_secret=client_secret)print(password_token)password_user_list = password_oauth.get('https://sercu.docebosaas.com/manage/v1/user')print(password_user_list.status_code)client_auth = HTTPBasicAuth(client_id, client_secret)client_client = BackendA

I spend quite a lot of time on finding the solution through Docebo API explorer, but the only solution i find is /learn/v1/courses/report?idCourse=113. Then it returns all the user for this course. But I want to find a single user and check what courses he got assigned has been completed. The exploration I had above will make the fetch logic super complicated, because I will have to find each course and figure out if the user has completed or not? Please help me out!!!!!!

During implementation, we migrated a course that was once assigned company-wide as strongly encouraged but with no due date so there were A LOT of enrollments we migrated as In Progress or Enrolled. We added the course to our New Employee Onboarding learning plan so we set a Days of Validity, and chose the option to apply to previous enrollments so we now have a lot of users that show withe the course as past due. Is there a way to mass remove an expiration date from the users who were enrolled prior to implementation? The only thing i have found so far is to edit each user one at a time to remove the expiration date, so I am hoping there is something I am missing to expedite this!

I need to run a daily scheduled report of User-Courses which informs all users who have completed a course to receive payment for training completed. When I am creating the report it only enables a maximum of 50 courses and I currently have 65.  Would I need to run two reports or is there a way to change the maximum number of courses?

Is there any way to prevent a user completing courses on their learning plan multiple times in order to be paid multiple times?

Hello. I've set up the site search on our Google Analytics (old/UA) account a couple of days ago, but it's not working, we didn't get any results.I doubled check with Docebo support that my set up was correct and they said that it was, but I think that it isn't, because after reading  Google documentation (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1012264#Post&zippy=%2Cin-this-article) I wonder if Docebo uses a POST-Based Search Engine, so in this case we shouldn't add a query parameter to our site search settings. It seems that Docebo has to either configure the platform to append the query keywords to the end of the URL or Customize the tracking code !?Can someone help with that?

Hi there, We are very interested in getting site search query data from our LMS, and we are trying to incorporate it with GA4. I have read a couple of discussions about the struggles of this process already. There are a few methods that have been suggested:The site search functionality in GA4. Since Docebo uses the path /global-search/ instead of a parameter, this does not work as intended, and GA4 cannot read the site search without the parameters - the URL option is not available anymore. Use the path data to filter. The problem I am running into is the same as I have seen in other forums. Only the certain, unuseful, paths are being recorded by GA4. The fix I read was to make sure the paths are configured with Google tags. Next problem. I can’t get the tags to connect to my site. Does anyone have any advice or additional details from this post that might help me? (Other post linked here: Google Analytics not showing all pages | Community (docebo.com)) If there’s any set up steps or i

Hello, We are looking into the Assignment feature for sales training. The request is to have the managers review and approve the assignments (video/screen recording of new hire doing a quick demo). They would like an easy for managers to approve assignments such as they do with checklists.  They would prefer not to manually assign power user permissions. Any suggestions? What are you doing in your LMS?

I am running a report and have specifically ticked the box to hide deactivated users.  Anyone know why they would still show in the report?  They have all different user profiles, from learner to superadmin.

Hello all! New user here and I can’t see where I can re-name the root/main folder in the Central Repository. Can someone point me in the right direction? Many thanks.
