We want to get the MS Teams link for an event so we can share it if anything goes wrong. Is this possible? If not, could you create a meeting with Teams in Outlook and pull that link to put it into the event as a "custom tool". The person has been paired on Teams. (Also, if this does work, does the person have to be paired? That would save so much time in trying to get random people paired for one event a year).

Hi! Does anyone know how to contact the help desk directly? Our LMS is down due to HTTPS certificate issues on our end so we can’t log on to start a chat and follow up on a ticket we have open and need immediate assistance.  thanks!

I am looking at the different ways to enroll users in a course and have found subscription codes, enrollment links, and enrollment codes. From what I have leanring about enrollment codes, I don’t see the value of them. If you are using enrollment codes please let me know what value you are getting from them.

I just had a course suddenly intake over 400 users (all from one branch). I thought this was from me putting it into a learning plan with an enrollment rule associated with it, but no. There is no rule to that LP. Is there a way to find out who enrolled all of those people?

Hi - so I added an HTML Page in a course - but it surprised me and is showing a tags widget. Is there someway to hide this from the learner? Because it really dont mean much to them.can something be done to make the tags go away?

I would like to list all users having Superadmin level. Unfortunately, I cannot find any filter or information in the docs :/

Hi all,A couple of questions about the Central Repository. If I revise a survey in the Central Repository, are the changes automatically reflected to all courses that contain the survey? If the answer to question 1 is no, is there a way to reflect the changes to all courses in one action?

There are courses in our compliance training catalog that are required for certain individuals and optional for others.  However, when I’m reporting completion data, I need to be able to differentiate between those who were assigned the course and those who enrolled on their own.  How can I filter out just the ones that are required to take the training?

When we started with Docebo our account manager said that assets shared to channels would automatically fall off after 90 days.  Assets shared to channels in January are still showing. I manually cleaned up the channels. Do all assets have to be removed manually or is there a way to set up this 90-day auto removal? I’ve scoured the KB and can’t find anything that talks about the 90 days advised by the account manager.

Hi there,Does anyone know if it is possible to hide the ‘Change my password’ link from the profile panel widget? It doesn’t seem to be an optional setting but is it possible through css? Thanks,Aimee

Hi, how could I Manage the courses for Deactivated user profiles? We have a situation where user profiles get deactivated, the enrolled courses are still showing as due/In progress in our Admin task widgets in our Docebo Landing/Home page. Our Power User admins were seeing the Inactive users course details for an action item. How you manage the courses from Inactive user Profiles? Are you unenrolled them from the courses?

Are you seeing any delays in the reports updating new fields? For example, we have added a new text field to our user data. We added the field into the report, but the field isn’t populating. Is there a time delay or any issues you see when adding new fields?

Good morning! We are getting ready to launch Docebo and I am working to get the learning history into Docebo from our previous LMS. It’s a bit disappointing that importing the history via the certifications and retraining app doesn’t allow the course to show in the activities history or the certificate to be available for download.I am looking at importing the users to the course directly via csv but the columns are very limited. I am missing the status (in this case completed) and completion date to make this work.  Does anyone have any useful advise about how to do this without too many manual steps?(the goal is that existing users can see their learning history under activities and also download a certificate for the certification courses). Many thanks,Aimee

We have a few use cases where we want the progress of a Learning Plan and all courses within them to be reset. I assumed by unenrolling and reenrolling a user in a Learning Plan, I could accomplish this though it didn't reset the progress. Thoughts and ideas on how to achieve (for multiple users) this are appreciated.

I have a self-registration tenant that need to move the new user into one of several sub-branches based on profile information. I can build groups based on this profile information, but I’m not certain how I could then move those group members into their respective branch.Dashboards, content is based on branches, so I need to get the learners into the branch.API? if yes, where do I start?

Hi all, I’m pulling my hair out here. I am trying to import certification records from our old LMS into Docebo. I have been following the directions in the knowledge base and the field formatting outlined here: https://www.docebo.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Certification-Data-Fields-Certification-Data-Fields-ENG.pdfDespite the date format clearly being YYYY-MM-DD as required as you can see on the import screenshot below as well if you open the csv file in notepad I still get the error: “Invalid parameter: issue_date”.Can anyone spot what I’m doing wrong? Many thanks,Aimee

Enroll/Unenroll multiple courses from the User profile I am currently selecting multiple courses and then selecting the individual to enroll. Is there a way to make the enrollments from the USER summary instead of the COURSE level? Thank you!

Is it possible to create fields that the user can fill in themselves either in the profile or a course?I see the option in Advance Settings to force users to fill in mandatory fields upon log in but is there anyway to make a field that is not mandatory but they can edit on their profile? Thanks,Aimee

Hello, there!During our last webinar meeting about this month’s releases there was mention that there would be new limitations on what reports managers can pull over those within their hierarchy. Now, my team is new to the Docebo Community page, so I might have just missed it, but is there a place I can locate additional information about what is coming as far as changes go? So far the only information I can find on what reports a manager can pull on their Team is what I find in this article: Reports for Managers – Docebo Help & Support.

Hi Community,is it normal behavior of Docebo when using “User has been created (by administrator)” to send email notification to the user but also to the SuperAdmin? This notification has target set to Users but me as Superadmin is receiving their emails as well. Thank you!

We recently started adding links to courses to our company Community newsletter emails (sent by our Marketing team via Constant Contact). I’d like to start tracking newsletter clicks (e.g., if a user clicks a link in the email newsletter they received) in Google Analytics via custom campaigns. I just ran some quick tests this morning but since Google Analytics campaign reporting is not updated until the following day I won’t know if it worked until tomorrow. But when first going to the LMS sign in page it redirects/swaps the URL out along with my campaign tags : ( Anyone using custom campaigns in Google analytics with Docebo?I saw a similar discussion here but it’s not Google Analytics specific: https://community.docebo.com/topic/show?tid=213&fid=3I guess worst case we could setup that workaround but I’d rather not. Alternatively I suppose I could just ask our Marketing person to do this same thing in Constant Contact. But I’d rather control the entire setup of campaign tags and ac

Hi Docebo community, I’m new here.  I have one branch on my platform which then has a number of sub-branches.  I’m trying to limit my “User has been created (by administrator)” notification to just my main/top branch (without the sub-branches and their descendants) but I’m unable to change the setting.  Can anyone help, please?I am able to select singular/multiple descendant branches (clicking the tick on/off) but this isn’t want I want to achieve.  I simply need to have the main/top branch having a different notification message issued - this is our internal staff.  Sub-branches are for external staff (non-PAYE users).Any help would be super helpful.  Thank you

We are customizing a few terms via the localization tool. One term we have changed is ILT. I have been able to change it most places but we have an Task List widget on the dashboard and I can’t seem to find how to adjust it there. Does anyone know which catagory this term falls into? I have looked at Standard closely and looked through all searching for ITL. Thanks,Aimee

I want the button that allows someone to book onto a course to say ‘Enrol’ and not ‘Enroll’ or maybe even to change it to something else. The thing is, I can't find that option in the localisation tool /translate area.Anybody have any ideas?
