We currently have the Maximum number of consecutive failed sign-in attempts set to five. We recently learned that when this threshold is reached, Docebo blocks the originating public IP address for 10 minutes, not just the individual user account.We expect some clients to have between 500 and 1,000 learners, or even more potentially accessing the platform through the same corporate network. During a coordinated launch, several learners could enter incorrect passwords within a short period and unintentionally trigger a lockout affecting everyone on that network.For organizations supporting large learner populations, what maximum number of failed attempts have you configured? Have you experienced shared public-IP lockouts, and would you recommend a threshold such as 50 or 100?It would also be helpful to confirm whether a successful login resets the failed-attempt counter for the public IP and whether failed attempts across different usernames are aggregated.

Marking “show the course to only enrolled users” does not remove expired session visibility to learners. When a power user wants to enroll a new learner into a course, they can still see past expired sessions. I have seen the work arounds of labeleing them with a “z” or something, or manually going in to delete, but we don’t want to delete expired sessions or change names. How can we keep the sessions inside of the course, but have the system automatically remove anything that’s expired from the learner’s view?

I want to customize the Password Requirements popup that appears when a user changes their password to showcase the fixed password rules that Docebo has in place. Does anyone know how to customize this popup?

Hello! We are trying to remove the “invite to watch” and “mark as outdated” options when you click the elapses menu on an asset in a channel (and other places these options might exist). I was able to remove the large invite to watch button when you click into an asset, but these menu options appear more complex. Any advice would be appreciated!   I think some of the complication comes from the list items not being consistent across the board but let me know what we can do to mitigate clicks. I also attempted to add one of the previous CSS blocks that removes permissions from the sidebar, but that did not work for us.  Thank you!Hailey Gebhart

Hello, I’m running into an issue with forum discussions and was hoping someone might have some ideas.I’ve created a forum discussion within a course, but when I view the course from a user account, the Forum widget is visible, but the discussion itself does not appear in the widget.A few things I’ve checked:The discussion is not hidden. The forum is only attached to this one course and is not being shared across multiple courses. The user can see the Forum widget itself. Hello,I’ve come across an issue with the My Team area and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing.We have a member of staff who has two job roles, and in one of those roles they manage a team. They have a Manager 1 and a Manager 2 assigned to them.The person listed as Manager 1 is able to view the staff member’s team through the My Team area, but the person listed as Manager 2 can’t.Should the My Team area pull through the teams of the people you manage regardless of whether you’re set as Manager 1 or Manager 2, or is this only available to Manager 1?Thanks!

Hi team,We have a course published with a final exam, and the course validity end date is September 30, 2026. For the enrollment validity period, we have set the number of days available to learners to 45 days. We have also enabled the soft deadline because we would like learners to continue accessing the course training material even after the course end date—for example, for new staff who may be enrolled later.I would like to confirm whether the final exam, which is set at the end of the course, will also remain accessible to learners after the course end date when the soft deadline is enabled, or whether the soft deadline only keeps the course lessons/training material accessible.Our objective is to ensure that both the training material and the final exam remain accessible to learners after the course end date, particularly for new staff/trainees.Also, I’m not sure whether this makes a difference, but our exams are sometimes developed using a content authoring tool such as Adobe an
