Community HQ

Hey Community,As I've been testing the new Navigation Experience, I wanted to share my impressions and learn from your experiences too.I know some of you hide the Title Bar on specific pages or across the entire platform. In our case, we hide it on specific pages. I've noticed that I needed to update my CSS from: main:has(#doc-page-84) #doc-layout-title-bar { display: none;} To main:has(#doc-page-84) app-layout-title-bar { display: none !important;} Docebo has added a "Add to favorites" option (heart icon) next to the page title. This means if you hide the title bar, you'll also hide this button, preventing admins from adding pages to their Favorites section in the new menu. You might want to consider only targeting the text with custom CSS rather than the entire title bar (I didn’t test it). Docebo Support confirmed that the "Add to favorites" icon appears only on pages included in the main menu assigned to the user (only the first menu assigned to the user).  Another change wo

Hi everyone,With the rollout of Docebo Companion, it feels like we're finally making the jump from "destination learning" (expecting users to stop everything and log into the LMS) to true performance support in the flow of work.Technically turning it on is one thing, but I've been thinking a lot about what this means for our day-to-day L&D operations. Suddenly, the traditional 30-minute SCORM package doesn't make sense for a rep trying to close a ticket in Salesforce.I’d love to hear how you are all preparing your teams and your architecture for this shift: Instructional Design Shift: How are your IDs adapting? Are you breaking down existing courses into micro-assets? Focusing more on searchable text and checklists rather than heavy modules? Metadata & Curation: Since Companion relies heavily on context and search, are you doing a massive cleanup of tags, categories, and metadata to make sure the AI/search surfaces the right answers? Looking Ahead to MCP: This is the part t

Hi all, My name is Julia Setaro and I am brand new to the Docebo Community! I am really excited to converse with all of you and learn all about Docebo and what the system can offer. I have been a People Development Specialist for almost 3-years, but always looking for new ways to utilize Docebo and take full advantage of its functionalities. It’s Day 1 of Inspire 2026! It was inspiring to see so many of you diving deep into hands-on sessions—from the Admin Power Half Hour to the Launch & Learn tracks. Seeing the community level up their platform expertise in person is the perfect way to kick off our week in Miami. Thanks to @emily.mccarthy for her sharing her feedback! Now that Day 1 is officially underway, it's time to keep that momentum going—both in the halls and here in the community! 🎯 Get your points for The Connector in The Learning QuestWant to climb the leaderboard in the Inspire Bold Quest Game? My 4th year attending and as always I’m meeting great people and exchanging so many ideas.DU was amazing hands-on learning! The next 2, days of sessions are jammed packed content. I need to clone myself to attend as many as possible.Exciting to see all the new capabilities coming to the platform!

Really enjoyed seeing Content Creator through Docebo’s “Tell, Show, Do” model, it made everything click in a more practical way. There’s something about watching the full process unfold and then getting the chance to try it yourself that makes a big difference. It shifts from just understanding the concept to actually feeling confident creating.Starting off with hands on sessions was such a good move. It made everything feel real right away and got me excited for what’s coming next.

Inspire this year has left the “Lecture Firehose” behind and has implemented “Show Try Do Review” in the sessions today (Monday). I so appreciate the activities to build the same demo they showed us gives us real live examples to take home.

The entire day was clearly designed to help customers actually level up their platform skills with a little elevation... the plot twist of providing every attendee a fully set‑up, pre‑populated sandbox to use throughout the sessions. Hands‑on learning, real content, real clicks, real "this clicks" moments. It truly was the perfect execution of the Tell, Show, Do model highlighted in the welcome session.Having attended Docebo University a few years back, I remember walking away less than thrilled as the day felt more like an extension of the conference than true workshops. Today it was genuinely exciting to see how much this experience has evolved. This year was a clear example of listening to customer feedback and turning it into meaningful improvements, while giving us the tools (and the confidence) to succeed. Kudos!
