I’m big on simplicity, and letting the technology do the work. This is especially true when it comes to maintaining ILT attendance records. (Candidly, some of our instructors leave a lot to be desired in the “attention to detail” department.) We’ve tried leaning in hard to letting course completion be based on attendance at the session level, and then letting event attendance being based on a percentage of time present. Our philosophy has typically been “if you were in the session for at least 80% of the time, you are marked present.” Time in the meeting is determined via the Zoom V3 integration, and for some users it works well. Other times though, it goes off the rails, and users submit tickets because they attended the session but didn’t get credit. Hi all,We recently ran a few tests using ILT in Docebo. There’s definitely some issues with ILT (and vILT) and I wanted to post these here in case someone at Docebo is listening. ILT is overly complicated in general and the end user experience leaves A LOT to be desired. Here are some of my findings. End User Issues:Two different interfaces if users are enrolled vs. not enrolled into the vILT course. Issue if user is assigned more than one session. Difficult to find and launch session. Course calendar entry in Docebo sends users to the entire list of entries, instead of the one they clicked on. Very frustrating if many sessions are listed. Calendar issue when user clicks on an event calendar link within Docebo. It creates another calendar within Outlook. Only happens when user clicks the link in Docebo, not the confirmation email .ics file, which adds to the primary calendar. There is overlapping t

Hey everyone,Has anyone else noticed we can’t change or edit the completion date in Learning Plans anymore? We used to be able to do this without any problem.Here’s what I’m running into: One learner’s last course was completed in April 2025, but the certificate is pulling an August date. No courses have been completed since April for this profile, so the certificate date is clearly wrong. We occasionally need to adjust the completion date—like when someone attends the training in person instead of online. I know it’s not ideal, but it’s just how we roll sometimes.Has anyone found a workaround for this? Or is this a new system change we’re stuck with?

Can anyone help me add another language besides English? I was on a chat with the Help Desk for 40+ minutes and they could not figure it out. We have 4 extended enterprises and for the US region, I was asked to add Spanish but I can’t figure out how nor can the Help Desk. The Spanish, Portuguese (BR), and French (CA) languages are actived in the Localization tool but I can’t add them. Any and all help appreciated!
