Has anyone figured out a way to extract the course completion certificate PDFs from Docebo using an API call? We want the certificates to appear to end users on a Salesforce portal user page.

Has anyone been able to use the API to update video module settings? For example, changing the playback options from “Do not allow learners to move through the video” to “Learners can move backwards and forwards”.

I’m using the ‘Duplicate e-learning course’ in the Docebo API browser, and while the API does duplicate a course I always get an internal service error each time I use it. Hello community,I’m trying to GET some information. The objetive is to retrieve data on course completions, including which users have completed which courses.At the moment I’m looking at /learn/v1/enrollments/{id_course}/{id_user}, because it has a “course_complete_date” and “enroll_begin_date” fields, but I need something more objective like a list of all completed courses and the users involved.Is there an endpoint that can supply that kind of work? Thank you very much!

We just onboarded Dayforce and were told of their LMS. With little to no help we found on our own in the logs that Dayforce is umbrelled on top of Docebo. For our use cases, we need SSO directly to a learning module within Docebo. This doesn’t seem possible to even generate a link to the main transcript page within Dayforce. Dayforce is forcing a log in via their platform, and then generating a jwt token to Docebo to log in. However, I can generate a url within Docebo directly, but no SSO has been enabled.Has anyone gone directly to Docebo even though working with Dayforce to solve the issue of direct access via URL to their curriculum?

I need to create an integration from Docebo to Snowflake to integrate some course data. how do i do that? is there a connector like outlook for snowflake as well that I can use? Please any help would be required 

Hi, I have an automation in Docebo Connect to remove offerings from catalogs on dates specified in a lookup table. To remove the offering, I used the base URL /learn/v1/catalog/ which I got from the Docebo API page.  Now, I’m creating an automation to remove offerings from channels in the same way, but it keeps getting stuck at the removal step. It’s so close to working, and I know you wise humans will be able to help me with this and save the day. I tried to research but I cant find a direct answer to my questions.I'm trying to learn how to create an ILT, and in the training materials, I want to add a link to an existing LinkedIn Learning Course. Can some direct me to an existing guide please?I found an existing course in our LMS that when you click the title, it opens a new browser window and opens directly to the LinkedIn Learning course (or LIL sign in page if you're not signed in yet). I tried to reverse engineer this too but I cant and the person who made it has left the organization.PS. Is this process similar if I want to embed a YouTube video?Thank you!

Hello,I was wondering if there’s an API call, where I can get exam scores like you do on the course level such as Course < Reports < Training Material Statistics < Title < Then you have to uncheck the show latest results and then export file. I want to be able to get that type of data for multiple courses at once if possible.

While sharing courses in Linkedin from docebo it appear that the post is unable to load.Is anyone on the same boat with this?

I am working with the Docebo API and need to filter courses and sessions based on custom fields (additional fields). However, I am unable to filter courses using these fields in /learn/v1/courses. Could you please provide guidance on the following:How can I retrieve and filter courses based on custom fields (additional fields) through the Docebo API? Are there any specific endpoints or methods for querying custom fields associated with courses? If custom fields are not directly accessible via the course API, is there an alternative solution? Can anyone tell me where the actual course sequencing for a Learning Plan is stored in the database? My tech team cannot seem to find the table and exact name.

We often have RSVP sync problems, and while troubleshooting the issue, I saw that the step in the RSVP sync recipe which gets all the events, only fetches 200 of them. We have a lot more future events than 200. I see that the Workato action to get the items supports BATCH… is the supplied recipe not set up correctly? 

Hello!This might be a job for the Automations App, but I wanted to ask here for advice!We are looking for a means of assigning courses to users on the day they are to begin working. We use an onboarding platform to filter user info into our LMS, so when someone completes their onboarding paperwork their name, job title, hire date, etc all filters into the LMS via an hourly sync.However based on the group and enrollment rule options available we can’t quite assign courses to someone on their hire date. Instead they are assigned the courses as soon as they filter into the LMS. Someone could filter into the system two days early, or even two months early, so this makes assigning due dates rather inpractacle. So even if someone does not start working until April 3rd, if they’re in the LMS before that they’ll get their day 1 courses.Does anyone have any advice on assigning courses on a users hire date regardless of when their user profile is creating in the LMS? 

I am attempting to modify a Power User’s Assigned Resources by unassigning the “All in visible catalogs” wildcard from the Courses and learning plans resource type. Based on the API explorer, the closest endpoint I could find was Unassign Courses, Learning Plans, Categories from Power User Assignments. However, when I attempt to use this endpoint’s “all” feature to remove the assignment, I get the error in the response below.Is there a different way to unassign the ALL_COURSE_LP_IN_CATALOG wildcard from a Power User?I need to find a way to remove this resource assignment from users to whom it no longer applies, without demoting the Level to User. We have had a few customer churns and I need to delete their branches and users within them.I removed the users and ran the API but received the error that it couldn’t be deleted due to automatic groups being assigned. Does anyone know how I can remove multiple groups from a Branch so that it can be deleted?
