We developed the checkout process, using API calls of checkout but since Friday, it has stopped working. Looks like Docebo deprecated it in 2023, but it worked until now.Is anyone else facing this problem? Thanks

Hi all I have a webhook for Learner Completed Course, its firing for every course completion but the course_id in the payload does not match course_id in the course catalog.Payload Course Id : course_id :21But I cant find any course with an id of 21.  In fact for all the triggered events there is a numeric id.  Im sure I am looking in the wrong place, can anyone point me to where I can find the course id?(I am avoiding the API and would prefer to export the list from the admin console if possible)Thank you  

Hello Docebo Community!I’m exploring the use of Connect, not for interacting with external applications but specifically for workflows within Docebo itself. Our current challenge is setting up a process where certain courses become available to users only at specific intervals after their hire date—for example, some courses at 60 days and others at 90 days. We want to ensure these courses are inaccessible before those timeframes.From what I’ve gathered, using APIs seems like the only way to achieve this (I only recently discovered APIs, so I’m still learning!). However, I’m struggling to find clear guides or resources on how to use Connect effectively within Docebo for this type of setup.If anyone has tips, resources, or advice on how to get started, I’d greatly appreciate it. When I run the /report/v1/report API, it returns a list of reports (the old reports). How do I pull a list of the new reports?My end goal is to find a report ID so I can run the API to pull the report.Thanks!

We are trying to create a prerequisites page for a course using the HTML training material type. On this page we will provide hyperlinks to the prerequisite courses. We are looking for a way to populate the course name using the course_id. This way, if we change the course title, we wouldn’t need to update the prerequisite pages.Is there any way to leverage the short codes or the api to do this?

With all this buzz around OpenBadge and another question about Credly, does anyone use Accredible? and does anyone know whether Docebo has plans to add this to the apps menu?

I’m really struggling with finding the available APIs for the tasks I’d like to accomplish.  Is there a list somewhere that is searchable?  The calls are split all over the place - some in Learn, some in Manage, some in Course, some in Enrollments, etc.  How can I find all the calls related across the various modules so that I don’t have to do this constant hunt and peck?  Is there a list somewhere that I’ve missed?  The current need is anything that allows us to manage the issued certificates.  I can’t find anything, but not sure if it’s just because I’ve gone cross-eyed trying to read through all of the endpoints.  Any guidance appreciated.  Thanks! 

Hi Team,If I integrate Elucidat with Docebo, will it provide an answer breakdown for the question package that is part of SCORM, or should it be an xAPI package? How can I get a better breakdown of the quiz results?I want to check the number of users who answered each question correctly and, conversely, which particular answers were marked incorrectly the most.I tried scrom 1.2 and 2004 edition package but unfortunately both were unable to provide answer breakdown and i have used camtasia and elucidat as authoring tool but still no luck.Thank you!

Hey Docebo superstars. I don’t think this has been raised previously as I couldn’t find any solutions anywhere, but we have a  couple of problems with the not logged in redirect behaviour. Like most (I believe) organisations, we’re using sso for our customers to move seamlessly from our customer portal to the learning platform. We launch in two weeks and our understanding until today was that we could configure a ‘Redirect user on logout’ url in the advanced settings that would send users to our member portal login page any time they a) clicked a link to a Docebo page when they were not already signed in to the lms or b) their session timed out. We just discovered the “only works when sso is not enabled” caveat, so now we can’t use any links to Docebo pages from outside the platform, and more importantly, any time a user’s session times out they’re going to encounter a foreign login page requesting a password they don’t have and won’t understand - enter frustrated customer and helpdesk

I am currently trying to create a recipe in connect that will update existing profiles in Docebo if any personal information changes such as work site location, job title, or usernames. We have a report from our HRIS that has all of this information and steps 1-11 of the recipe pull in that information and stores the data in a variable list. For steps 12-15 I am trying to pull the userId from all of the existing Docebo profiles and an additional field that has our own internal employee number. I then want to store this information in a new variable list. However, I am running into two issues. The first issue is for step 13/14 I have a for each loop to pull the userId and additional field but when I run the code it is only pulling one person and putting it in the new list. I am confused as to why this is happening because step 12 correctly pulls all of the existing Docebo profiles. The second issue that I need help resolving is how to append the Docebo ID list to the HRIS data list wher

Along with the new Honorlock integration, is there now a learner-friendly way to set the time allowed on a test to less than 24 hours? There is an option to set the time in increments of 1 hour at the test level, but for it to be enforced, you also have to check the option that locks the user out of the test forever if they accidentally close the tab. If you do not check this option, the user can pause the timer whenever they want by closing the test. The only way to get a timer that persists regardless of the test being open or closed is to set the duration at the course level, which has a minimum time of 1 day.Honorlock sounds like it might be useful, but I’m not sure how it would play with the gap in timing functionality.

Has anyone integrated a high-stakes, testing and certification solution? If so, curious to hear what provider you’re using and what integration method you’re using. I’ve tried two different provider solutions with LTI with little luck.

Does anyone have good instructions on how to build a connector between Domo and Docebo?

Good afternoon!I’m trying to determine if there is a way to limit what courses are brought into our portal via our Udemy Connect integration.Has anyone ever done this before? Is it as simple as changing a recipe?

We have a udemy recipe that ideally would import all English Udemy courses into our Docebo tenant.  We have been able to import 1800+ courses, but some of these are non-English courses and the import seems to stop around 1800.  We are struggling to determine how to update our recipe to only do English courses and the total catalog.  Does anyone have a recipe screen shot they can share?

Hello, everyone!I’m currently looking into adding IT training into our platform, and our team is looking into if there are integrations in any way, even if it’s with Connect, to pull data from Pluralsight to Docebo or even host those videos here. Unfortunately my searching is failing me and I can’t seem to find an answer one way or the other without hitting walls, so has anyone here used Pluralsight at all?

This one is fairly geeky, from someone that is half way dangerous. I dont know how to play cards (= develop like a software developer short of some client side tricks), but I know how to read the value of the cards on the table.Below is simplifying a problem, but lets say:we have a clean and stable url pattern for a PDF on another server.   The PDF is a form that collects a username for Docebo. The server that serves up the PDF does have an API. And the API supports being able to pull values from the PDF. The API also supports knowing the submission ID and document ID (parts of the PDF url). The goal is to show the view only of their PDF in Docebo itself.It seems like we have many of the right components to setup a view from the other server:we can iframe into a course onto an HTML page If we cant do that we can iframe onto an HTML page widget We also have Docebo Connect so we have someways of doing automation. We have been unsuccessful configuring ecommerce within Docebo using the A.Net app for our training purposes. We are now looking to host ecommerce outside of Docebo and inside of our web site which has a functioning ecommerce. The solutions suggested by Docebo are not acceptable either. ne solution was to use iframe and since iframes will soon not be supported we had to say no to this suggestion. The other two options, one mimics what we already do and the other is JS coding, which will delay your launch and will add significant costs to the project. Has anyone undertaken a project to host ecommerce outside of Docebo?

We have a great techincal team of training ops specialists but we’d like to invest in getting them some development on creating/updating recipes.   Can anyone recommend learning resources that will help them grow and develop in this area?

We use ecommerce to sell both individual courses as well as subscriptions, and occasionally we will get purchases that come across on stripe successfully even sending receipts to the customer, but Docebo doesn’t update the transaction as successful. Instead leaving it in pending leaving our user with no training and money spent. Naturally they try again, which leads to them duplicate purchasing the same product usually to the same outcome. Then we get an angry or frustrated call and they refund all their purchases. Obviously this hurts our reputation, our support team, and generally makes us look bad. So my question, is why? It’s not all users, and I rarely have enough information to try and replicate it. There’s hardly any connection points or settings to even test on my end. Anyone know how to resolve this problem?

I would love to know from those of you that are using Power BI, what your reporting looks like. What are the report features that you are getting out of Power BI that you are not currently getting out of the built in Docebo reports? Screenshots are welcomed!
