Do people have best practices for reporting? I am creating a dashboard (outside of Docebo) and it is hard to get data through the Docebo reporting system - the custom reporting is nice, but if I use the percentages I get from group reporting, it does not include specifics that I need (which the user-courses custom reporting has). Looking to see what other best practices are out there for trying to use the custom reports in Docebo to create a dashboard for company reporting.

From what I am reading and have experienced, new enrollment rules for a group are only applied to new members as they are added to the group. I have some new learning plans that I want all users in an exising group enrolled in. How can I do that automatically? I need to include both the existing group members and new members? 

Hi everyone,I often receive roster information long after the event has happened. When I enroll people into the session/event, Docebo sends out an email with a calendar invite. This creates confusion since the calendar invite is for something held in the past. Is there a way to suppress this from going out on an ad hoc basis? Thanks!

Hello, am attempting to test Stripe SCA as payment gateway. Am fairly certain it is configured correctly (got a “successful” message upon adding email and keys) - but am getting the message noted in the subject line.Any experience or tips with this?

If I have two courses each with course duration set to 60 minutes each, then the learner completes 1 course, will the training time report show 120 minutes of training time if the courses are set to mutual equivalences?

I've been trying to find a company that is using DCS with all the functionality. The Discover part - meaning My Skills, the Coaching part - meaning ask the expert, and the Sharing part - meaning users  uploading assets to channels. At least that is what I think of as the main functions. Could be wrong. If there is ANYONE out there using all the components of DCS can you please DM me? We want to launch this at the beginning of the year but I would be greatly appreciative advice on how others launched at their company. Also to ask what worked and didn't work.

Morning - we run into a problem with leveraging observational checklists out in the field.It is hard to get people beyond that their checklists that are laid out on a paper/pdf form are superior to what can be developed and leveraged in Docebo.So instead of trying to pop that bubble? I wanted to see if anyone has tackled using PDFs and webhooks to trigger an observational checklist completion.Ideally the system becomes the system of record for those PDFs - and we have some means of doing that with assignments.But I am curious if anyone has tried to pop that bubble.

Docebo community, I need an education.“Second Level domain is not supported as of Nov 1, 2021.”What does that MEAN exactly?What is a second level domain? How is that related to a “custom domain” and/or the https app? 

The Learn service of the Docebo APIs provides as service that allows for the tracking of learning objects (/learn/v1/lo/tracks/batch). This service allows you to set the status of the learning object and also the completion date. Currently the service does not support the LO type of Observation Checklist. This means if you have completion data to import into Docebo for a course with a learning object of this type, there is no way to set that learning object complete via the APIs. This is especially problematic when trying to import historical data (as you would when migrating from another LMS to Docebo). This needs to be made available in the APIs or at least be available for the professional services team to handle.

Our former LMS had an in-built option to create a glossary that includes the words/acronyms used in our organization. In it we have the option to browse by alphabet and category. It was very helpful to our users. They can easily find and search for the word they are looking for as shown below. Docebo does not have any features that allow us to set up something similar. I'm wondering if anyone else is looking for this feature or if anyone knows of any workaround to set it up in Docebo.

Most pages I have seen have the banner on top with a standard size, is there a way to custom that? Also instead of showing some course catalogs, can we drop a video instead in the middle of the page? Hello, I noticed when running a Certification-Users report that the column for Certification Description shows with html tags. How do we shut this off to only display the text?Thank  You! 

I have a question that’s similar to:andWhat can we do when user Izzy There is enrolled into a session of ILT course A but never attends?Well, we could mark them absent, but that seems to prevent us from registering Izzy There into another session of course A…Suspending them from course A means they can’t be registered at all for another session. We’d like to keep a record of absences in Docebo, so we can answer questions when Izzy’s supervisor calls us and asks “Was Izzy There there?”

Anyone tried a workaround for editing course cards? I’ve a situation where our course catalog contains multiple courses, and we would like to mention whether the course is mandatory or recommended in course card & this could help us in providing this information to the user immediately before even clicking on the course, in this way the user experience could be improved.

Hi all, Looking for some assistance here as we have been notified that there is a loophole in the lockout settings for tests.We have important “Assessments” configured with these settings: Essentially, the user can only attempt the assessment once every 14 days. They cannot resume, they cannot pick up where they left off, and they have to answer all the questions on the page.Today, we were told that there is a way to “cheat” the lockout. Apparently you can “begin” the test like normal, go through and screenshot the questions and answer choices, and then close your browser and when you navigate back to the test, it acts like it was never taken.What’s worse, is we have a time setting set for these assessments: 

We are looking to add several user fields such as date first trained and date last trained for purposes of reporting and group assignments.These are based on completion of courses. Hi all!Back when we launched with Docebo in June, I activated the Google Analytics integration and pasted in some code I got from our Marketing team. I am particularly interested in the data for our customer-facing portal, which is using an extended enterprise client with a custom URL (university.grafana.com).Looking in my company’s Google Analytics project, I don’t see any data for university.grafana.com URLs. Am I missing some piece of the setup? Or does the GA integration not work for EE clients?If it doesn’t work at all, that will be extremely disappointing! We are a data-driven company, and not being able to gather data on the usage of our customer education portal will leave a huge hole in our planning.
