Is there a good way to enable power-users to bulk enroll their users in a course they don't own?The users have access as learners to a course that I own that power users do not own.I can do this myself or have the power-users send me a csv to run, but I would love to enable them directly. For example: I own the course Sales 101. Judy at Long and Foster wants to enroll her new agents in Sales 101. Judy does not own Sales 101, and cannot, since she has course edit permissions to create her own courses. She also wants to enroll those users in Sales 102-110 and Service 101-108. I could make her a learning plan for this specific instance, but if I have a variety of users trying to do a variety of enrollments, we have an issue. I could make two profiles per power-user, one for course creation and one for reporting and enrolling, but we use SSO so this would be not just messy but messier. I’m aware there’s a long-standin

911! My EE users are now getting blocked from go.learn app access. I can get in fine through non-EE in go.learn and branded mobile app. I do know I’ve been getting notifications about docebo being noncompliant with google’s new policies and this may have come around to bite us. Anyone else having these issues?   

Hi all,I was hoping someone could help me out here. As shown below, I’ve created an ILT course but it’s not showing up as completed even though all the training materials are complete and progress is at 100%. The completion rules setting is set to “At least one completed session” and the session completion setting is set to “Training Material Based”. Am I missing something?Progress at 100% but not completed 

I need a way to identify users that are not assigned a branch, so I can review one of their specific additional fields and create the necessary branch. I have not yet found a way to do this - can anyone point me to a place to start?

Can multiple e-signature courses be set as equivalencies in one learning plan? And someone be manually marked complete in an e-sig course?

Hello,I've created several learning plans and already enrolled users in the plans. Now I want to notify them that they've been enrolled in these plans, but I can't. The only schedule available is at the time of the event, not later. Does anyone have a solution?If I create the notification and the user is subscribed to 3 plans, will he receive 3 emails? Is there any way he can only get one?Thank you.

I’m trying to figure out how to audit our course catalog. Based on our dashboard report for courses, there are many courses with zero enrollments. I’d like to pull a report that shows any courses with zero enrollments that have been in our catalog for quite some time. I tried pulling custom reports and more general ones to filter in Excel for ‘0 enrollments’, but they don’t show up.  Any thoughts? 

Why is one of our eLearning courses disappear in a Channel all of a sudden? I remember experiencing this before and I contacted Support and they suggested to drag the Channel to the top to fix it. I think it worked but this time it just wouldn’t work. Anyone experiencing this as well? How do I fix it?

I created an ILT with 18 sessions. After I built the sessions, I used the CSV import process to enroll nearly 200 users into the course. About 20 could register for one of the sessions with no issue. Most folks are reaching out to share that they see the image below for the course. It appears locked, and they cannot open it to select a session. Is there a setting I need to adjust to unlock the course and allow users to register? I’m not sure why it would work for some and not for others.   

I’m trying to create a course that has multiple tracks to it.  So a user can sign up for the overall course and then choose a track to follow.  Some of the sessions would be common to all attendees, while others would just be for attendees that chose a certain track.  I can’t figure out how to do that… anyone help?

Our organization included Discover Coach & Share in our instance, but have learned that we no longer need or will use that functionality. Anyone have recommendations for a “swap” in terms of other features, etc., that would be great to learn more about? 

Hi,I am wondering if you can hide the personal performance evaluation from the learners course player page. We are looking for a way to add notes about leaners that are not visible to learners themselves. Other suggestions are welcome oh how we may accomplish this. Thanks in advance!  

Has anyone found an API for listing NEW reports? There is one for “old reports” /report/v1/report but I need to get the same for New reports, It would also be very useful to know when a report was last “run” so I can keep the list of reports current rather than have reports that were created years ago and never run cluttering up the system 

Howdy folks and a happy New Years to everyone.A question - I am dabbling on retrieving some data via a SCORM package that I am whipping up so that a person has a personalized course experience.From taking a look at what JS and LMSAPI calls the SCORM standard can support - I can get to a username and a First Name, Last Name into a compiled Storyline file- not much fuss..but lets say I want to get to an additional field...is there a way to do a “call” to the learning system to get an additional field for the learner? Let’s make it easy - and make it a system field - like email address?

That is, a checklist would include some items that are manually checked off, and some items that are automatically checked off - completing specific courses in the LMS

We have a couple of users who have left the organisation and have been automatically been deactivated.These people still appear enrolled on a course, but we cannot unenrolled them.  An error at the bottom simply says  “this user was NOT unenrolled.”.  I originally thought it was because they were part of a learning plan, but they have been removed from this plan so that can't be it.  Any ideas?

Hi! I’m relative new to Docebo and I’m wondering if it’s possible to set the status for a learning plan to Complete for a user or a number of users? I find that sometimes it’s necessary to do this and it’s very labor-intensive to go to each course in the LP to set them as complete.  

I want all users to be able to access the my teams page.  is there any real downside to marking every user in my lms isManager=true? (API only action I think). I’m fine with the risk of end users being able to set each other as managers as a joke which is the worst thing they can do that I can think of.

HiWe are new to Docebo and wondering if there is a way to see who has look at a link that has been added to a channel as an asset? We can see the number of views but not a breakdown of who viewed.ThanksAnne

During a test of The API to create courses in bulk, we encountered an error 500 and noticed that one of the usual default fields (when creating a course manually), Catalog Enrollment Policy (seen below) was not being populated.Strangely enough, when nothing is selected, it does allow self-enrolmentIn order to correct this, you can add the following column to your input file and choose one of the 3 options as needed:the column name is: "subscribe_method" and. your choses are:1 = Pending Admin Approval2 = Sef-enrollment0 = Only Admin

Additional Fields are not displaying under New Reports > Customer Reports area but they do display. I asked help desk two times now but no results in getting additional fields to display in the New Report area. 

Hello!I am working on designing our second domain’s homepage and I am unable to get the background color changed from the default to black. When I preview the page I built in the Desktop Preview, it shows as the entire background is black (which is what I want) but when I activate the page, it remains the default off white color.I have double checked that I changed the color settings to black in Configure Branding & Look for this domain, I cannot seem to figure this out. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.This is what I want: This is what I end up with:

Hello, We have 5000 powerusers and 100,000 users across 600 companies in our Docebo.As we roll out, power-users are pointing out that people who have quit, been terminated etc show up in their user management page. I know we can deactivate members but they will still show up on user management and potentially reporting (if people run the reports without unchecking inactive users, which I’m sure they will). I was thinking of moving all inactivated users to a branch “former members” - which is also where I put branches for companies that no longer are members with us. I don’t want to lose completions data for those former members, even the terminated ones. I was also thinking of moving a large group of inactive members to another branch “inactive users” - and let SSO move them back to their proper branch on their next login. Would this work? SSO is mapping their branch code. We’d have to test this though.
