In November 2022, I was able to use the POST call below to enroll user(s) into learning plan(s) and set their date begin and date end.Am I missing something, or was this API call removed? I can’t seem to find it anywhere in the Docebo API Explorer.Here is the API call that I was using:/learningplan/v1/learningplans/enrollments  

Hello Docebo Community,I am extremely new to Docebo and we have not even started most of the onboarding.  However, we are trying to figure out if we can incorporate some of the courses offered in ADP with Docebo.  Does anyone have any suggestion on how they have incorporated courses in ADP with Docebo? Thank you

Hi everyone,I have a learning plan I use for Essential Skills which is set to automatically enrol people when they join our organisation.  This has been brilliant, however suddenly it has stopped working.  I thought I would just enrol people on it, but I can find them, it say “Importing 1 of 1” and then concludes… but the people haven’t been added.Has anyone any idea on how to fix this?  I’m probably going to have to add the new starters manually for all their essential courses (I tried doing it for one course and it worked), but would still like to be able to automate it as it was very convenient and saved me a lot of time in admin!Thanks in advance and happy holidays!Keep safePaul

We have Coach & Share - Is there a limit to the number of channels that we can create and publish in the platform?

Is there a way to make a page the first screen upon first login, but upon successive logins (and clicking the logo) a different homepage is displayed? We have a new user welcome page that is mandated for compliance, but it’s a pain that clicking the main logo takes them back to that page rather than what is the real homepage. I was hoping to use groups: create a group for users that have a null last active date (or something similar).  But, that’s not a user field that is available for groups.  Has anyone achieved something similar?  Am I missing something? 

Does anyone have any experience of using the API to migrate training completion records to an existing course? 

I want to link to something created in Storyline or Rise from the homepage (an interactive guide to our site and possibly an interactive glossary).Has anyone done this? What is the best way to offer this?I think I can publish it as a website then use an iFrame. First I don’t know where to publish this (I don’t have a HTML server), and second I don’t want to send them outside of our Docebo site. I would prefer to keep it INSIDE to learn about the site.Second option would be to create a course for the material, enroll EVERYONE then link to that course or course content (SCORM). Is this what people do? At least it will keep them INSIDE our Docebo site.Maybe I’m trying to make this too easy and the solution is more complicated.Ideas or suggestions appreciated.I haven’t used CSS but it is on my “to learn” list, which is pretty long!

When I upload a PDF to the slides converter it closes on the last slide and marks it as complete without allowing the last slide to close. This doesn’t happen with PowerPoints does anyone know how I can stop this?

Are there any other members of the Docebo community who use Britsafe to deliver health & safety training courses?We have recently implemented the Docebo LMS and have come across a slightly tricky scenario with the Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Risk Assessment course provided by Britsafe. This is a series of questions about a learner’s working environment to identify any potential health & safety issues, which the learner provides answers to. In the Britsafe platform, any issues highlighted are escalated to a learner’s line manager, who can then record remedial action taken.Although the DSE Risk Assessment is provided as a SCORM and works fine within Docebo, the issue arises when information is entered by the learner, as that information is still transferred back to the Britsafe platform to hold against learner records held in Britsafe. This will mean maintaining learner accounts and the organsational structure within the separate Britsafe platform, which is obviously something

I feel like the enrolling people into an ILT session is really time consuming. I will lay out how we use ILT and maybe someone can suggest an easier way for us to do this. We have 2 different ILT trainings we do for on boarding employees, we will call them training 1 and training 2. Training 1 happens 60 days after the employee starts and training 2 within 60 days after the completion of training 1. We offer both trainings in person and virtual. Right now we offer about 4 of these per month. To enroll people we have to create an event and then a session and then enroll each person into these sessions and then after the fact we have to go into the trainings and mark people as attended. Groups and auto enrolling can become tricky because our warehouse and store employees can only be enrolled in certain special events that will work for their location specifically.  Is there anyone that knows of a way to streamline this process to keep my trainers from having to take so much time setting

I need to assign all our new hires different courses automatically. How do I do this? Is there a way to set up a group based off creation date?

Hi everyone,I’ve added nice thumbnails to some SCORM modules in my central repository which when added as training material appear in a course I’ve created. My concern is the thumbnails look small and ugly.Is this normal? Can I enlarge them so they match the size you see when viewing modules in the central repository?This is a screenshot of the course on the desktop web browser version of the course. The thumbnails seem very small and I do not believe I have configured my platform to look that way by default. If I search the platform for the training material by keyword I get nice results in the search results and the thumbnails set for those scorm modules look nice.  The course as shown in Go Learn app which looks nicer luckily. 

Are there any best practices for courses that are out of date? We have been changing the course to “under maintenance,” but I do not love that the course still shows up under a users profile. I do not want to get in the habit of deleting courses just to make it go away, so wondering if anyone else had best practices in these cases!Here is a screenshot of what it looks like in the users profile for a course under maintenance that I am not loving. 

We have a number of people in the business who work in the field.Does anyone know of a way where the manager would be able to complete an assessment in Docebo per individual .Scenario Salesperson presents a solution to a customer - manager wants to complete a form or assessment in Docebo which will be held in the salespersons file so they can go back and reflect on the scenario they presented.

I don’t otherwise see how to view different sessions. I thought I could do a webinar week where each day is a session - but it seems like that’s the wrong way to do it?

How can I restrict users from seeing and enrolling in a learning plan? The learning plan is in a shared catalogue but I only want the enrolled users to see it. I can do this with courses in the learning plan but the plan still shows up in the catalogue and allows anyone with access to the catalogue to enrol.Any ideas??

Hi there,Can anyone help me with some HTLM code please?I’m trying to create an HTML / WYSIWYG widget looking similar to the one below:I want to have a series of these (in the 3 across formation), in different colours, on a page that can be clicked to go to another page in Docebo.  I am struggling to get it to format properly and stay a uniform size (when the sub-heading text is only one line for example).I don’t want to use a Custom Content widget as these are too big and taking up too much screen room.Can anyone offer me some guidance, or direct me to some online learning resource where I can figure it out for myself?Thanks very much (and Happy Friday!)Sean

I am somewhat new to Docebo, but I am trying to figure out all the tricks and secrets regarding Docebo to make our page and back end as efficient as possible. It was brought to my attention that we don’t exactly use everything the way it was designed, so I am slowly changing our processes and procedures. I am curious to see how the community uses the Course Catalog and, more specifically, the categories tree or how you would set that up? I essentially want a department as the parent category and each catalog corresponding to that department as a sub-category. Any thoughts on the best way to set up/ organize this? I have seen on the Docebo help page below that they almost have what seems like sub-categories under a catalog on the second video example. Hello,Can someone help me figure out how to get a field to populate under our Salesforce Organization Chart?Admin Gear> Salesforce Manager> under Synchronize Users>Configure> Organization Chart>Use Additional fields Hierarchy Something has changed with the way our sync occurs and all user are going to one branch. Prior to whatever has changed, they would sync to their respected sub-branch. We have been working with support with no forward movement and are running out of time with the Holiday’s and New Year approaching. The field is available in Salesforce (and has been for years), it is just not populating on the the drop down under Use Additional Fields Hierarchy. We do not know what changed nor our original set up (we acquired the platform, I will be taking a screenshot of all settings once this is resolved to prevent this in the future).
