We had a need to resize the session management columns so that the username (for us, the same as email) column would be larger.  I thought I’d share how to accomplish this with CSS in the LMS:/* Resize columns in session management */.hyd-table .hyd-table-col:nth-child(2) { flex-basis: 25% !important;}The “nth-child(2)” is where the column number is specified, so you could use this same principle to adjust a different column by changing the “2” to something else.  This solution steals about 10% of the space from other columns.Hope this helps someone!

Does anybody know if their is a easy way to get a report from the system, that reports on a certain (V)ILT course who was enrolled (course level) and who has enrolled into one of the session(s)?The current “Users - ILT Sessions” report only show those that have enrolled into a session, not other group of users that are eligible (based on course enrollment) but didn't commit to a session yet.Now we have to use the course report and combine it with a session report to find what we look for, but maybe we missed something???Off course you can look in the enrollment screen of the course itself, but we are missing some key user data their and also the information is not exportable to XLS for example. Thank you for your tips. 

Greetings I have a client that the sole purpose for the Docebo platform was to have an eCommerce  site offering a library of products. They were sold on "subscriptions" but since have realized that isn't the correct  option. They are now using groups and enrollment rules to accomplish the desired outcome. However, we have found a couple issues that we could use help with. They have 7 ILT courses (with multiple sessions) that they want the Learner to pick only one session as part of the "package" they purchase. How can they accomplish this restricting the Learner from choosing multiple sessions? Once they attend a session how can we make it so the Learner can't see these ILT's again?Second issue...the Learner will purchase a product that has a length of time associated with i.e. "1 year access." As part of that package the Learner gets lifetime access to "free" resources, i.e. articles' and even courses (eLearning). How do we accomplish this without allowing them to r

If you assign a certain group to a learning plan and then unenroll an individual from the learning plan that was part of that group; will that person automatically be enrolled again based on the original criteria or no?

Hi!Newbie here! I have a course that has two steps.The course itself E-signature step The course has multiple slides and requires the click of the next button to navigate to the end of the course. There is also a NEXT button at the bottom of the course that takes you to the e-signature step. However it will prompt you to finish the course when you click on it. This is the issue, my learners are clicking this button thinking it will take them to the next slide.Is there a way to disable the NEXT button until the learner finishes the course?

Right now I’m a one-woman show for Docebo at our company as our real SuperUser moved on to another career opportunity.   If I can get some of our support services department to be able to enroll their own users -- especially in compliance training -- that would be a great help! I’m sure I’m missing something BASIC-- but my power users who have an enrollment profile can see & do almost everything they should.  What they cannot see is the USER LIST!  They only user they see is themselves.  So there has to be a setting somewhere that I’ve missed.   Any feed back would be greatly appreciated!

I am soon going to dive into Docebo APIs, but I have a really specific use case that I wanted to put out to the community in case anyone had any resources or advice for me. We have a couple of courses that are mandatory for all new hires. The problem is with interns who are brought on as full time hires. In these cases, they need to retake these courses. Because there are no “unenrollment” rules, I am currently doing this manually, which is a bit of a pain and easy to lose track of. Basically I am hoping to use Docebo APIs to auto-unenroll interns and remove them from any groups so that our enrollments rules are able to kick in if they are brought on full time. Is this something I should be able to do?

Hi!I wanted to know if creating this kind of condition is possible:All users who are added to group A will automatically be removed from group A after X months. So after a certain amount of time, users have to be removed from my group. Thank you!Alex 

We are trying to bring in some content from Udemy onto our Docebo Instance. We know that we cannot directly play the content in Docebo and it will be a redirect to Udemy instance.But I am unable to integrate this in Docebo and add a  link of Udemy course in Docebo.Does anyone know where we have to add this link ? Should I be using xAPI path to add this link ?What should be my training material option in this case ? Has anyone done this before ?

Hi all - Curious if there is any functionality in Docebo for learners to make a training request (maybe through a survey or something else??) We want to drive learners to associate learning with our LMS so it would be great to have a feature like this (or co-opt an existing feature to accomplish this). Thanks for any input you have!

Morning - tinkering with Review 360? I found that Review will export a video with a SCORM wrapper for you. What is nice about that is being able to “require” a person to sit through the video up to a certain amount of viewing.I know that we can give a video a completion criteria with Docebo and importing a video directly as a training material, but I figure more sharing is caring.The choice to export... And a way to set completion criteriaIt does support SCORM 1.2, 2004, and xAPI.

Hello Docebo Community! I have trainng materials that are specific to our ERP, that our users use all the time, for reference as well as training on a new process. The system is an Oracle based UPK systems (old) that is housed directly onto our servers. That being said, I would like to move these UPKs into Docebo, so that all of our training is located in one platform. But, I am struggling a bit with organization. Currently, when you open UPK it gives you a nice outline with subheaders and then specific process trainings underneath, so you can clearly see what is available. My thought is to put the UPK SCORM files into the Course Catalog as individual courses, then organize them by Course Catalog.IE: UPK ‘Entering an Order’ - Course Title and Contents // Course will be in ‘Order Management’ Catalog.  But, the Course Catalog doesn’t have the ability to list out, in a nice way, what the user is looking for, they have to click into the actual Catalog to see

Hello, I have been trying to create ILT sessions via a CSV. I managed to create a session but now when trying to upload an event via CSV I keep getting an error regarding the time_begin parameter. I have already read the following article https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/5226538368658-Importing-ILT-and-VILT-Sessions-and-Events-via-CSV-Files to cross check the data type and format. Still no luck, any suggestions?

Using the batch enrollment to load some historical completion data from our ERP the completion date is one day less than the date in the JSON.  Any ideas why this happens?   I am using the API call - POST /learn/v1/enrollment/batch 

Hi All,I’m setting up some power user permissions for our managers and team leads to pull reports.  I need to give them access to view the courses so that they will display on the reports.  Can someone help me understand the difference in these 2 options?  I assume All means All regardless of whether the course/LP is in a catalog they have access to view  and All in Visible Catalogs means they can only see the courses/LPs in catalogs that they have access to view.  Is that a valid assumption?  We are an EE user with multiple branches and courses/LPs that are unique by branch. I want them to see all the courses/LPs that are specific to their branch not all in the system.  Additionally, they will have visibility to users based a a specific group that I assign to them  that contains the users they need to see. I’ve g

We have a course that usually runs once a year which does not have any scheduled dates at the moment and we also have an admin approval process in date because of its cost.When a user requests to be added to the waiting list for this course we are unable to trigger a notification as the course has no dates (ie is not an ILT at this stage).  Does anyone have any ideas on how to overcome this?

Hello, We’re looking to possibly setup the ecommerce module to sell access to a new certification or Learning Plan. We’ve used the ecommerce module before and found it to be overly complicated for the end user to complete their purchase and begin using it, without lots of manual interaction by a SuperAdmin once the purchase is complete. Thinking about just using the Subscriptions module, but would really like to handle the payment in the LMS. Anyone using ecommerce module to sell access to a Certification? How did it work for you? Realistically, it seems the purchaser must be a power user which already adds an additional step that is not really wanted. Then once the end user makes the purchase, the Super Admin needs to adjust their branch location to ensure they see the default homepage to actually use their purchase. Additionally, the purchase portal itself is not very user friendly and very difficult to customize with additional instructio

Hi all.  Happy New Year!I have an issue, that I hope someone has been able to solve in the past or has any ideas about.I want to have a widget to show the status of ‘compliance training’ so that learners can quickly and easily see if they have outstanding courses to complete.  We currently have the Task List widget in use, but this lists all courses that they are enrolled onto for the year, so not easy to identify those that are compliance.I have tried to do a custom content box that has a URL for the ‘courses and learning plans’ page that is filtered - this works great - however the filter stays on when you click on the page in the menu as well, so this won’t work (without constantly telling people to unfilter to see all results).I have also tried a catalogue widget, but the filter doesn’t allow me to filter by completion, nor does it allow me to show the ‘not started’ courses first.My latest attempt is a channels widget, but the filtering doesn’t

I’m testing my custom layouts/code in different browsers. One of the issues I’ve run into is that Safari doesn’t use certain pieces of my custom code. Specifically, the code concerning styling of specific pages (example: #doc-page-209) is skipped/ignored. However, all other custom CSS is applying correctly.Is this a known bug? is there are work around or some additional code I need to apply just for Safari?

I see this idea was put up quite a while ago. What are you all doing for this challenge?Imagine you have effectively a catalog of topics/courses offered on location for customers. The date and location isn’t set until interest is expressed. So, no sessions can be created. This is not an ecommerce thing, the customers are internal. How do your customers tell you what they want so you can create the sessions or maybe even a new course for their people to self enroll?Do you use Docebo for that, or outside processes?

Good morning! We have extended enterprise clients that use their own subdomain of our site like subname.company.com/theirname- when mangers attempt to view My Team, they just get a spinning circle. I am able to reproduce this when I log in as them. If I login as them and login to our site url, they are able to see My Team. The customer that reported it said it started about a week ago. Is this a known issue?

i’m trying to report on the total number of views for the assets of a given channel. , and I see conflicting numbers based on the different ways to view this information. Channel SummaryWhen I pull the Channel Summary, it would appear that there has been a total of 677 views for the assets in this channel. Assets - Statistics & View Count on Channel When I create a custom Assets - Statistics Report for this specific channel, or just tally the number of views on the user facing channel, we only count a total of 458 views. What is the difference between the two totals? Is it because the asset view doesn’t include views of the ILT/
