Hello! I am wondering if there is a way to remove multiple catalogs at once? Our courses usually include around 20 catalogs. Once the course is complete, we remove the catalogs so it no longer populates for users to see and click into. I have been having to remove each catalog one-by-one, which is not hard, but is a wee bit time consuming. It would be so much easier if we could have the option to click next to each catalog and remove at one time (similar to how we mark attendance, completion, unenroll, etc.). Does this already exist and I am somehow missing it? If not, any workarounds or are others removing individually as well?

Hello Docebo Community, Has anyone able to extract data from Docebo to visualize data whether users opens another course tab while taking a course? (Taking E Learning Course A and E Learning Course B at the same time)I downloaded User - Training Material report with fields first attempt date, attempt date, last completion date. It seems attempt date will always be overwritten whenever users launch the training material thus deleting historical session of the user.Any insights or alternative is greatly appreciated. I have Google Analytics enabled on my platform but unable to utilize GA User ID feature.

Inspire 2021 - Admin Tips and Tricks to Save You Time   Tip #1 - Admin Dashboards and Landing Pages As LMS Admins our priorities are often driven towards creating and supporting those who will be helping to deploy training. That includes managers and power users who need access to data to ensure that their staff are up to date. Since Super Admins have access to everything in the platform we can often put off creating dashboards until we’ve enabled all the other members of our staff. Why should we create Admin Dashboards? Admin Dashboards can create shortcuts to key process and resources both inside and outside the LMS Dashboards can help to embed your processes in new Admins by centralizing the resources needed to your job. What should should we consider when building an Admin Dashboard? What is your mission and what processes does your team have to accomplish that? What are the tools inside and outside that make up those processes? How can we position these on a Custom Widget P

This may be a silly question, but how can i easily see courses that haven't been assigned to a catalogue?

Hello all, I’ve got a set of four “Jeopardy” games built in Captivate that are specifically for fun/knowledge checking.  We just moved to Docebo from Captivate Prime.  In Prime, I was able to publish these packages without selecting any kind of reporting (No specific SCORM or xAPI configs, just the published .zip file).  It all worked just fine there, the users were able to play the game whenever they wanted and it would always start from the beginning.Docebo won’t accept those same .zip files unless I turn on some kind of reporting, and have been using SCORM 1.2.  The games work fine...except if the user ‘passes’, it becomes marked as complete and they can no longer play.  In Captivate, there is no way to -not- send a completion flag if the person passes, and once Docebo considers it complete, the SCORM file will not start from the beginning, it just lands on the end page.Any thoughts on how to allow someone to retake these games, even if they pass? I’ve tried publishing as SCORM 1.2,

Hello! Does anyone have any helpful best tips on creating native assessments within Docebo?  We are determining the best way to create impactful benchmarking within the system. Thanks! - Danielle

Seems to be a simple and universally understood function to navigate a lot of pages.

Hi guys,I am trying to set up a group that excludes the word external in the position title. I know there is the option for contains or does not equal but anyone know a workaround for the opposite of contains. We have agency staff that look the same systemically to all others apart from the work external and need a way to exclude themThanks!Max

We have power users who are set with permissions to ‘View Users’ and ‘View Reports’ in their assigned profiles, with specific groups assigned to them under their assigned resources. I noticed, however, that (although the ‘Branches’ field is selected as a View Option for the report), no data populates in the Branches field when the reports shared with these power users are previewed/exported by the power users. The data in the field DOES populate for me as a Superadmin when I preview/export these reports though. I am guessing it has to do with either the report settings or power user permissions, but I cannot figure out what needs to change in order for these users to see the 'Branches' data for the groups that are assigned to them as power users on their reports.Has anyone else experienced this with their power users? If so, do you have any suggestions? I have sent a support ticket, but also wanted to reach out to the Community. Thanks!

Hi everyone!I would like to give a power user account the ability to view all surveys in multiple courses. The problem is that I can only assign the existing users as resources. Is there, as with the courses and learning plans, a way to assign all existing and future created users?

I upload a CSV file and the users are added quickly but the enrollments take hours, sometimes overnight. Support tells me this is as expected. But I say it is too long. I would like to request that the process be made faster.

In working with email notifications the last couple days, I finally came up with a custom look for them that, so far, *fingers crossed*, seems to work as expected with Microsoft Outlook. The key was in building all of the customized look using tables and inline CSS. Outlook is pretty fussy about what it will decide to display. Although I didn’t find much in the community on this topic - I figured I couldn’t be the only one running into issues formatting the emails so I thought others might benefit from a template to get started.I chose to make one for posting a new comment as it was quick and easy to trigger new emails. Now I can copy this over to other notifications and just change out the message and shortcodes. All you really need to do is make appropriate adjustments for your own color scheme, logo, and shortcodes. I recommend doing this in your favorite editor and then pasting it into the HTML editor provided by Docebo as you will lose formatting and readability when you save out.He

When building an automatic Group, we need a way to eliminate a termed employee from being added to the automatic group.  The options when you pick “Term Date” do not allow for “blanks” to be an option.  It only allows us to pick a date based on the following:On Is after Is before Is in the rangeThere should be an additional option called “if blank” so that when an employee is termed, they would have a date in that field and thus would not be blank.  Therefore, their name should not be added to the Automatic Group being added.  Otherwise, programmers would need to eliminate anyone that has a term date in their programming code.

Good Afternoon, Does anyone know if there is a way that you can add a field to the Central Repository through CSS?  I would like to be able to add a section that speaks to the version history or something along those lines.  Thank you in advance.

If you are like us, we do not let managers manage and update their own teams. This is usually done by user updates by a centralized admin team, or via a connector that automatically updates user profiles. We needed a way to prevent managers from removing users from their teams as this could affect things like reporting and assignments. Here’s a quick CSS snippet you can use to hide that option:/*Hide "Remove from My Team" in My Teams*/a.action-can_remove_relation {    display: none !important;}You can add this to your “7.0 Custom CSS” block under Configure Branding and Look. This code can also be used on sub-domains only if you prefer to have a group with the option to remove and another without.TIP: if you want to the code but make it ‘inactive’, you can “comment” it out by moving the “*/” to AFTER the last bracket…..it would look like this: /*Hide "Remove from My Team" in My Teamsa.action-can_remove_relation {    display: none !important;}*/

Evening,There was a thread that started to answer a question, and it actually helps me to understand how to handle “severe” structural changes for a SCORM course when I should consider hiding and showing training material related to a course.@lrnlab described a model where he hides the older training material and adds a brand new training material to the system - thus preserving the older completion data...this is neat and will definitely serve its purpose to help us manage learning objects moving forward.BUT I am curious - we were thinking of leveraging a learning plan that we slowly add courses to it so that we trickle a curriculum. Admittedly, the content is actually not ready for the courses as of yet, the roadmap for said courses is in good shape (pretty much)….so in theory we can lock up course shells until it is available. That said - has anyone slowly added courses to Learning Plans overtime? What was the implication to the Learning Plan? Did it change back to in process when a

Hi all, We’re in the process of really getting to grips with our elearning compliance courses. (Say Compliance Course 1, 2 & 3)We’re wanting a rolling plan throughout the year. Users split into 4 groups (Say Group A, B, C & D)Group A will be ‘strongly encouraged’ to complete Compliance Course 1 in JanuaryGroup B will be ‘strongly encouraged’ to complete Compliance Course 1 in FebruaryGroup C will be ‘strongly encouraged’ to complete Compliance Course 1 in MarchGroup D will be ‘strongly encouraged’ to complete Compliance Course 1 in AprilGroup A will be ‘strongly encouraged’ to complete Compliance Course 2 in May …. etc What levers should we users that force completion for Group A to complete Compliance Course 1 in January? but if they haven’t done it in January they can still do this but know they have passed the deadline.I think we’re wanting some kind of a countdown timer, (e.g. 27 days left to complete) including notifications via email.

This image comes from one of the many marketing companies that monitor browser usage across the internet. Where I love that we are here? For folks that made strides in the industry in the 2010’s? We took a beating to get here. Here are some plain facts about this - but would love to hear you add any thoughts.- Chrome used to be called a consumer browser. Some may still say that. But two out of the three most popular used browsers are based on Chromium today.- Safari is still based on WebKit…and is popular because of the Apple brand and those millions of iPhones that are out there.- At least in my industry folks are still consuming eLearning today more at their desktops with a little less that 6% consuming from their phones.- The death of Adobe flash left scars on many in our industry with a full EOL in late 2020 (honestly browsers were moving us earlier away from supporting flash based eLearning).. But it has been a breath of fresh air to be working with HTML 5 as a ubiquitous format fo

OK, so I get that this Power User doesn’t have these users in the resource list so they can’t see their name.BUTWhy does the total enrollment look like it’s not full as a result?2 Users are enrolled that the PU cannot see.Admin View  Power User view

Does anyone know if there is a video size maximum for users uploading to discover, coach and share?I can only find information on size limits for training materials which is 800mb for videos.

Hello community! Back with another question about Deeplinks. I was able to set up a handful successfully, but I’m running into issues and I’m stumped. The course I’d like for them to have access to:has self-enrollments enabledis visible in the course catalog& the account I’m using is assigned to the catalog ...but for some reason, I still get the 404 error when I use the deeplink I created using the same format as the others that worked fine (this is link btw: https://portal.sondermind.com/sondermind_university?deeplink=/learn/course/internal/view/elearning/52/military-veteran-baseline-education) Is there any other condition I’m missing that would force a 404 error? The tech I spoke to mentioned that because the link is supposed to redirect from portal.sondermind.com sign-on page because our users are using an enrollment link attached to a platform with SAML. Any insight appreciated! Happy weekend

Hello, I was wondering if there was any way to find out if the notification emails you have sent have been opened. I know that if they have an image in them then that is accessed when someone views the images in the email as they are held in Docebo’s servers. But is there a way to access this information?? Thanks

I’m looking to utilize Digest notifications- but for notifying users of new content posted within our DCS channels. So, I would like a weekly or bi-weekly notification email to go out for all users of a specific branch that contains all the new content that has been shared in our channels over the past week/two weeks. Would this be possible utilizing the “Digest: Assets marked as outdated” notification and changing the wording and using different short codes? How would you go about creating this notification? Thanks for the help!

I’m attempting to create a link at the top of the page that will link down the page to a course catalog at the bottom of the page. Instead the link goes back to the homepage. I can’t quite figure out why this is and I can only assume its some kind of code in Docebo that’s causing the issue. Does anyone know why the code here wouldn’t work?<a href="#cataland"><img src="https://d36spl5w3z9i0o.cloudfront.net/files/g/e/genesyssandbox_docebosaas_com/userfiles/562892/PDS/catalog_leap.png" alt="Click here to go to the catalog" width="5792" height="468" /></a><!--Other Content Here--><div id="cataland"><img src="https://d36spl5w3z9i0o.cloudfront.net/files/g/e/genesyssandbox_docebosaas_com/userfiles/562892/PDS/catalog_land.png" alt="Partner Digital Catalog" width="5792" height="468" /></div>The code appears to work in other editors.
