I don’t see anything in Reports/New Reports that shows how many times an asset has been downloaded. Am I missing it somewhere, or is that not something the platform can track?Similarly, does anyone know if we can track how many times a file repository item within a course has been downloaded?

Hi all - I’m new to Docebo, but not new to LMS and workplace learning. I’d like to know how others handle calendaring for ILT / VILT events. I’ve set up my first VILT in the system, an 8 week course that meets every Friday. I’ve set it up as a course with one session and 8 events.Upon successful enrollment, learners are sent a notification that includes a calendar attachment. When the user opens the calendar attachment, it creates a new calendar in Outlook called Untitled. The 8 events are saved in the Untitled calendar as 8 separate events. Here are the issues that I’m trying to resolve:The event is in a new calendar and not in the learner’s calendar so the time is not blocked out. The user must copy it or invite themselves to the event. If the event time changes or is cancelled, the user’s copied calendar entry does not update. Hello!I am creating a course and want to have some optional resource/reference materials for the learners. I know I can add this to a folder and put it in the training materials. I’m hoping for advice and best practices on whether or not that should go in the central repository. Basically I have a number of things the learner has to do to complete the course- a couple SCORM files and a PDF. Then I have a folder I’ve called Resources with a few PDFs and rise files they can choose to access or not. For the purposes of knowing what to build for future courses, I’d like to know what employees are clicking on and using, but I want it to be optional. If you were doing this, how would you go about loading those optional resources? Central Repository and change the permissions to optional completion? Building at the course level? Something else I haven’t discovered yet?Thanks,Emily

In my instance we use a lot of groups. Greetings,As you know once your CSMs and account executives hear that one client is accessing the LMS from another platform using SSO/SAML they want the same for every client. Is there a way for multiple clients to use SAML/SSO without having all of them become Extended Enterprise clients? Thanks for your time!~B

Has anybody found a way to filter this widget (Activity Overview)?What I’m being asked to show is this chart but with only our mandatory/compliance courses. Our employees want a quick simple view of what they have to complete instead of a broad overview of everything they have ever interacted with. Can it be filtered to only show progress in courses via a Learning Plan, Channel, or Catalog? 

I had a SME approach me and wanted to think about trickle curriculum with deployments having after an alotted timeframe. After the persons first day at work. After the persons first 30 days at work. After the persons first 90 days at work. Lets keep it simple and say they would be delivered a course at that particular time. Is that all achieved with prerequisites????

We have a learning plan that consists of eLearning & ILT sessions. We enrolled a manager into the Learning Plan to complete the eLearning but there are no ILT sessions for those courses at this time. We tried to unenroll him from the ILT courses but cannot since the course enrollment was through a Learning Plan.We are aware that if he is in “Enrolled” status will he receive reminders to complete the course; is there any way around that? Is there any way to unenroll someone from an ILT in a Learning Plan if there are no sessions scheduled? We are trying to avoid him getting reminders to complete a course when there are no sessions for the course at the moment. 

We have run into an issue where we have a single course requiring multiple enrollment configurations running at the same time. This particular course is created in our platform via API and can not be duplicated (which is how we currently handle this situation).We opened a ticket with Docebo looking for recommendations and were told, “I was unable to find a creative solution to make it so that the validity period is dynamic based on multiple factors. You are able to do this with a CSV sheet, but that would mean you would need to upload a CSV sheet each time, and it would not be retroactive to future enrollments from that group. I did check in with my senior colleagues as well, and they have confirmed that this is not possible.” So my team and I are looking to see if any other Docebo client has run into this and determined any hacks to make this work.Enrollment criteria we are trying to establish on a single course:

Hi I’m trying to download the certificates in a course with 100 or so attendees. So far I can only figure out how to download each certificate one by one. Is there a way I can download a batch of certificates in one go?

Hi everyone,Does anyone know if there’s a way for Superadmins to automatically receive a copy or a download link when a user earns a certificate in Docebo? We need to keep certain certificates on file, and having access to the PDF or a link as soon as it’s issued would be extremely helpful.Thanks in advance for any insights!

We lead several courses and programs that occur over successive days. Tues, Wed, Thurs 8:30 to 11:30  Every Friday for 11 weeks Tues through Friday, 1:00 to 5:00 and the following Tuesday, 1:00 to 5:00Is there a way to set an event as recurring over multiple days or do I need to create 11 unique events for one session?

I am currently having a difficult time with a course where the course material is set up like SCORM, File Download, SCORM. Currently, the learners are going through the first SCORM, clicking to download the file (usually a QRG in a PDF format) it opens a new tab and then they are not navigating back to the course thinking they have completed it. I have tried to both have the table of contents on screen and without it on screen.Is there a way to a. Have a preview of the file so they do not have to download it right away to see what it is? b. Have it download in the same tab so they do not navigate away from the course player. c. Have a progress bar on the course player so they can see they have done 2/6 course elements of the full course?Has anyone had similar navigation issues where they have found good solutions?

I want to see a breakdown of test answers by question. For example, how many people missed Question 1, Q2, Q3, etc. to help guide instruction. I know how to get the report within the reports section of the quiz, but that shows me answers by student. Yes, I know I can use Excel but I REALLY thought to see the breakdown per question, I needed to use the Docebo Test option and it was available within the GUI (not as an exported xls doc).I see an “Answers Breakdown” button when using SCORM but that never seems to work (SCORM 2004 3rd Edition). Can anyone help?

For my course, I have “Enable enrollment link for this course” checked so user can enroll themselves by clicking on the direct link. However, when some of them click on it, they get the Access denied page. This is only happening with some people. I can’t figure out what the difference is between those users or how to help them self-enroll.

Our “My Home” page is set up with three widgets at the top with ads that change regularly. Is there any way to schedule updates to widgets on a page so that ads refresh on set dates?

Hi all, weve recently had a few users mention that their courses have auto completed when they have logged in.  With one user describing “I had a couple that were due to expire in about 3-4 weeks but when I have enrolled on them, they have automatically completed without me needing to do the course and the date and time is today.”  Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks

Hi allI am investigating why course completion is not registering when users exit a course because we have older SCORM files.  Are other people experiencing this problem.  User have the option to click on EXIT COURSE (from within Articulate) and also Docebo provide the X option which our users fail to use due to training completed on work mobiles.Would using SCORM1.2 be a result of the multiple course completion issues our users are experiencing.  Others using Articulate 360 are you using xAPI over SCORM1.2.I guess it would just mean downloading 200 courses in xAPI and updating the LMS knowing that users in progress will need to restart.Advice appreciated.

Anyone using Docebo Connect to automatically give permissions to Power Users?The example I’m thinking of off hand is Power User A creates a Learning Plan and based on the code convention is automatically shares with Power Users C and D? This is a manual touch on my end today, and I feel like it would be more scalable if I set up a recipe. I’m sure there are plenty of other examples, but I didn’t see it in the static list so I’m thinking maybe custom action.
