We have ILT courses where the learner is completing a physical worksheet that’s reviewed by the instructor.  I know the learner could scan and upload it themselves, but is there any option to allow the instructor to upload each person’s worksheet?  Impersonating a user works in theory, but I’d rather not give the instructor that level of access if it can be avoided.

Hello CSS peeps!I want a letter/portrait orientation channel PDF or Document to display at full height of the image instead of the top portion with a scroll bar while keeping the image at full width of the window. (without clicking full page view)I tried .slides-player__wrap {height: 100%;} and that sort of does it but overlaps the div/tile below it instead of pushing page content down.Anyone know CSS for doing this? 

On an Audit Trail Report, what does impersonator_id with a 0 (zero) mean? 

Hi,In the release webinar introducing the new course reports, I asked a specific question about whether there were global settings for the report fields as we have 700+ courses and there is no way I’m going to be manually setting each one to include first/last name.The response was that there was a global setting - however I have been unable to find it. We have the new course player enabled in our sandbox, I’ve set up some individual courses with the relevant report fields, so I know the feature is working.I’m hoping i’m just being blind. Can anyone point it out for me?TIAMarion

Good Day folks - I’ve had an issue crop up for an eLearning course, and before I submit it as a potential bug, I wanted to see if anyone here had some insight. This eLearning course is comprised of several tests and HTML pages. There are about 50 people enrolled in the course, and I have a few individuals enrolled as Instructors. While these individuals are able to access the Instructor Overview layout of the course, when they select a test from the Training Material Statistics section, they only see one person’s test results, even though several people have completed the test. When they deselect the “Show latest attempt only” checkbox, they get one more result, but from a different individual. I’ve tried changing their enrollment status to Learner and back to Instructor, as well as unenrolling them and then reenrolling them back as an Instructor, but nothing changes.Interestingly enough, they are able to go to a user’s progress via User Statistics, select a tes

We have come to find out that the figures shown on the report tab (see below) include deactivated users and there is no way to apply a filter. Does anyone know if there is a way around this? We need a quick way to check the completion % and this looked to be perfect until we realised this.  

I can do this manually however I’m looking to see if there is an API that will do this as well. I have searched through the API’s but I know that some of them are in really weird places and I’m hoping that someone might have an answer.

Hello! Our organization is struggling with tracking versions of the lessons put into Docebo. Docebo doesn’t have a timestamp for uploading content (single ‘lesson’ into the CLOR) so we cannot track when content was uploaded. Thus, making it difficult to pull reporting on what content may need to be updated. We’ve thought about putting dates in the title, however I am not thrilled with this idea - how do others manage/track this? Do you use Docebo, or an outside spreadsheet/program?  Thank you!

Hi allQuick question - now that we can remove deactivated users from a group using the tick box in the groups settings, is there a way to apply this setting to all groups without having to go into each one and tick it, save and re-process each group?Please tell me there is an easier way?!?

Are there options other than multiple checklists for when you need multiple approvers?  We have a situation where an employee needs to check off that they’ve finished a task, and then for a supervisor to check it.  It seems like the only real option is separate, identical checklists.  Is there a better option I’m not considering?

Following the recent upgrade to the Docebo webkit, we have noticed that there were a few changes to the core styling that impacted our specific styling. Accordingly, we have taken measures to address the changes with our own styling. I wanted to start this thread with the goal of sharing knowledge across the community and benefit from input from more experienced stylers. For instance, the new green button color is now appearing instead of our yellow branding color. Formerly, the branding color on the buttons was being controlled by the Configure Branding and Look >> Customize Colors >> Confirmation Messages. It appears that the new green styling is just Docebo default styling which make sense because I don’t associate Confirmation Messages with buttons inside the course (or the search bar icon either).In the previous webkit, we were using CSS to make this text color black to improve its accessibility against the yellow background.

I posted this in “Superadmins,” but it’s a better fit here...We have a use case where we are hosting an ILT course for employees at our company. However, to join this course, you must have completed another ILT offered a month ago (having either joined the live session or watched the recording). I know that the only way to manage pre-requisites for ILTs are to put both the course and it’s pre-req in a learning plan. We could do this, and promote the entire learning plan, but my concern with this approach is how ILT enrollments work in a learning plan: enrolling a user in a learning plan with an ILT enrolls them in the ILT course but not the ILT session. I could easily see a situation where a learner enrolls in the LP, watches the pre-req recording, sees themselves in the upcoming ILT course, but doesn’t notice they aren’t in the session so they don’t receive a calendar invite, miss the ILT session, and get frustrat

If two people are going through the payment process simultaneously for an ILT session that only has one space left, what happens? Would both get a place on the course or would the first person whose booking processes first get the place and the other would error out when the system tried to take it’s payment?

How do you send reminders to users to complete compliance training? Is there a system setting that can send reminders at set intervals to incompletes?

This may be silly. Does anyone know how a learner user can change their preferred language on their account, without having to go to admins? 

I was able to figure out how to remove the Progress and Details sidebar from a specific Learning Plan landing page, as the stakeholder thought it was “too busy” and wanted it removed. We would like to create spaced learning opportunities for our users that are tied to more than one course. We have a series of three courses that cover a specific topic, but that are not set-up as in a pre-requisite order. We want a notification to be sent to users 30 days after completing all three courses (so the final course they complete triggers the rule) with the additional learning opportunity. It does not appear that you can currently assign a notification to be triggered by more than one course. How would you build this notification/process knowing the original three courses are not to be set-up in a sequenced order? 

Hi there Docebo Community! I was hoping some of you had some insight on an issue we are facing. We are looking into using subscription bundles for our use case. The big problem we are running into is that because of our internal needs and Docebo’s limits to its e-Commerce and certain applications, we bill based on enrollment. This means that we would not be able to track which users enrolled in a course based off of a license use and which users enrolled based off a purchase. We have circumnavigated this by creating copies of the courses in the subscription plan as designated subscription courses, so we can filter them out when we bill.The problem with this is that when a power user purchases the subscription, they and the other users can see both instances of the course, so confusion may arise if a user purchases the course again instead of using a license.  We have been going back and forth trying to figure out how to offer this option to our use

I need a report which lists future course sessions, with details from the events (such as timezone, start time, video conference tool & account). I’ve not yet found anything that comes close; thoughts or ideas welcome. 

Hi everyone, i’m still new in exploring the custom CSS in this platform and would like to ask some input. Does anyone here have experience modifying the Login/Sign-In Page? I am trying to do something like this : However i can only do this : This is because, i figured that we cannot exactly add or remove existing element and can only modify it instead, hence i am not sure how to move the picture to the left but still attach it to the login box. Currently, i am using the .login-form-title:before and after to add the new item, is there a way to actually move it and not attach it with any of the existing element?

I want to put an easily-findable Q&A widget inside a course. I would like it on the overview page because I find it not intuitive on the course content page: the UX for many users is that the course is full-screen and is the only thing on the page so they immediately navigate away when a course is finished.  According to this page, this is how it should work. However, when I enable the overview page, and add the Q&A widget under the Training Material tab, the Q&A widget appears under the course content, NOT on the course overview page. There is also no Q&A tab as referenced abo

Has anyone been able to use the API to update video module settings? For example, changing the playback options from “Do not allow learners to move through the video” to “Learners can move backwards and forwards”.
