Hey Everyone!  I have huge ideas for what I’d like to do with our platform, but I’m always interested in seeing the creative and unique ways others are using theirs.  I’d love to hear AND see cools ways you have designed, unique ideas of utilizing your channels and pages.  One of the most helpful tools that we have used is a google calendar integrated on a separate page, that allows people to register for GoTo Training Sessions.  This was a work around after the platform stopped supporting GoTo.  I know this isn’t super creative or unique, but it has been a great help!I’d love to hear your unique platform ideas and uses! 

Hi Team! New user here. Unfortunately, the staff in our organization that can train me has left so I apologize for all these questions as I learn to navigate Docebo my own.Context:I'm currently working on creating our ‘Batch 3’ classes for a Learning Plan.To prep a class:I go to the Learning Plan Page go to courses, select the course, click ‘jump to course’ go to the session tab, add a session named ‘Batch 3’ go to events tab, create new event, fill out the details, click confirm to save go to admin menu, then start again for the next class (repeat for 19 more times)This learning plan is deployed 10-15 times per year which is a batch. We have a new hire that will be included in the 3rd batch starting next week. My learning plan has 20 separate topics/class (I set them all as an ILT course). A learner should complete all 20 classes to complete the learning plan, before they can officially work. Each top

We have a course that incurs a cost and want supervisors to approve before the employee can take it. Basically, I created a course with a survey and the learner does the attestation that they’ll be able to access any other content. Then, I want it to route to the supervisor for approval before the rest of the learning plan is available to the employee. I can’t figure out how to make it so the supervisor can change a course status to make this happen.  We do not want to do the assignment download/upload option. Survey, test, or SCORM would all be fine. It can be a course or object in a course that will be put into the learning plan. I know how to lock the rest of the plan so the object/course isn’t available until this is done.Since there is a cost each time, anytime the learner goes into a course with this as the first object, we’d want the approval done again. Thanks for your help. 

We are uploading Articulate Storyline xAPI files to use in Docebo. Some of the files have videos embedded. We always set our Articulate timeline to be the same duration as the video itself so that the user can click Next as soon as the video ends. Recently we’ve had users at one organization report that the course progress bar takes A LOT longer than the video so they are stuck on the screen for many minutes after the video ends while they wait for the Next button to become enabled. I have not been able to reproduce this myself, but I was able to witness it happening for an end user. Unfortunately his organization does not allow him to create HAR files so we are a bit stuck as far as troubleshooting. Has anyone else seen this? For a while I thought it must be that they were clicking away from the site once the video started to play and that caused the course progress bar to pause while the video continued to play, but that is not the case.

Hello friends!I’ve been asked to run a report on classroom utilization and I cannot find the classroom location anywhere in reports or in the API. Am I missing something? Any help or advice is appreciated.

I have had an off-and-on issue where I create a course with material from the slide converter but when people go to access the course it shows the material as automatically zoomed in or zoomed out. I selected ‘inline’ for view mode and include a file repository widget in case that would make a difference.The issue automatically fixes itself if I refresh the page but I want to make it so it appears correctly automatically.I submitted a ticket about this three months ago but it appeared to fix itself after I reloaded the material. However, now it seems to continue to happen intermittently. Good MorningI work for an FE college in the UK and we recently set up Docebo LMS in organisation - this time last year. We are using iTrent as our HRMS and we’re currently still using the Learning module within iTrent to manage our ILT sessions rather than using the LMS due to our current reporting procedures and working practices.We’re currently reviewing our system use and internal processes and procedures with regard to ILTs and looking at whether it would be more beneficial to use the LMS for ILT sessions as well as e-learning. I wondered if there was anyone else using both of these systems that could share their experience?Kind regardsLindsay 

WE are still having an issue with SalesFORCE and Branches with users being moved into the root folder if the branches do not sync.  This has become such a manual process, that seems to be never-ending since we have over 600 users and we have many reorgs, therefore, users are constantly moving, or new hires joining.  Does everyone that has SalesFORCE and the stand-alone app have this same issue??  When you create a users on the stand-alone app and put them in a certain branch, then the CRM teams gives that user SalesFORCE access a week or so later, and they go into Docebo through SF - they end up moving the user out of the branch I created and instead back to the Root folder?We have 2 diff teams that work on this - the CRM team who runs SalesFORCE and our LMS team.  Therefore, this has become such a process (bc we have about 900 users and counting) that are constantly being moved or updated if we are not quick enough to provide the CRM the exact br

I set the number of attempts to 5 for an assessment. Is there an easy way to determine if a learner has reached the maximum number of attempts? Initially, I believed that by clicking the user stats, which show the entire progress of the user in a course, the play button beside the assessment served as an indicator:Red: The learner has reached the maximum number of attempts. Gray: The learner hasn't attempted the test yet. Yellow: The test is either in progress, or the learner still has attempts left.Can someone confirm if this understanding is accurate? Or is checking the report the only way to see whether the learner has reached the maximum number of attempts? Thank you!

Is there a way to make it so an employee can request a course and their supervisor can be the approver? I know there are admin and super admin approvals, but the supervisors in my Docebo do not have those permissions. I’d like the employee to be able to request the class, and their supervisor to approve the enrollment.

Would anyone care to share specifics on how they’ve successfully used Docebo Connect API integration with Salesforce to create/update Salesforce Contacts in Docebo? Recipe examples or any tips/info would be very much appreciated! Thank you, Community!

1. What specific problem or challenge are you facing?*When someone self-registers, both the email and the main screen should contain all of the data asked. Each time someone self-registers, we have a few extra clicks to see the data when it could be a column on the screen and contained in the email.2. What outcome are you expecting?*Provide the content/data for self-registration as a column on the Pending Users screen and send that data in the email as well.3. How will this feature impact your business and/or industry?*Streamline the approval/rejection of self-registrations by providing the necessary data to make that decision. We have a lot of self-registrations and each time it takes three extra clicks slowing us down. 

Hello, I set up a survey at the end of each course and one of the questions on the survey is asking if they experienced any technical difficulties while using this course. Is there a way to set up a notification that alerts admin that a user clicked “yes” and what difficulty they experienced? Or if there is any other way to alert admin when a course survey has been completed and the results.

Our organization acquired new businesses. Is it possible to add these new employees as users with different emails to Docebo, or do they need our organizations email handle?

I commonly need to use PDFs within courses. To avoid forcing learners to download the PDFs, I instead import them into the course as a Google doc. The Google doc itself has normal margins, but the Docebo view makes the view much more narrow. This leaves an ugly amount of white space on the sides. Images are not auto-resized, so they awkwardly stick out beyond the text. How can this be fixed? Can the doc be imported with the same margins?Original Google doc: Imported into a course:

I need to set a Maximum height for a custom content box that is LESS than the default. This is not a configuration option in the widget itself. Does anyone have the CSS or other solution?

Hello! I am a power admin and was recently exploring some manager/my team settings with my superadmin. We turned on the ability for managers to suggest content, but when testing we only see the option for manager to suggest learning plans. Is this a limitation of the feature or is there something we may have missed in other settings to ensure it works properly?  My first thought was maybe we needed to enable the skills dashboard or maybe the Discover, Coach, and share, but Im not sure.The end goal is to be able to provide our managers with a specific catalog that they can use to recommend courses to their team based on performance or business needs.  Thanks in advance for any help! 

Has anyone tried or had any luck with changing the text that appears on the course tiles? We only offer our courses in English, so we are wondering if we can remove the EN from every course. In addition, we are hoping to change “E-learning” to a different name. I tried using the localization tool and it did not adjust or update E-learning in the course tiles. If anyone has tried CSS for this, I would love to learn how you did it as well.  

Hi everyone,  we are using Docebo Connect  - Outlook integration for a couple of last month but recently we are experiencing some sync delays. After setting up ILT and events invitations are send to learners with a huge delay even 12 hours. Does any of you have/had similar problem and know what  can be done with it? I contacted Help Desk and our Account Manager on this but unfortunately they didn’t provide us wit any helpful information. The error we are getting is, this is displayed on the event level: Thank you in advance for any help.
