Hi Team,If I integrate Elucidat with Docebo, will it provide an answer breakdown for the question package that is part of SCORM, or should it be an xAPI package? How can I get a better breakdown of the quiz results?I want to check the number of users who answered each question correctly and, conversely, which particular answers were marked incorrectly the most.I tried scrom 1.2 and 2004 edition package but unfortunately both were unable to provide answer breakdown and i have used camtasia and elucidat as authoring tool but still no luck.Thank you!

I’m after a way of building a report that provides the following fields:Question Answer User ID / Name Completion dateI would need this to be exported from a course level report so it would capture the data for all users who have completed.  Is this possible within Docebo’s reporting capabilities? *I’ve seen a few posts in close relation to my question but no answers that would help me achieve what I’m after (apologies for any duplication if i've missed this somewhere).

Hello community, we have noticed that this notification is only sent if a course has never had a session.However, in our case, every course has had at least one session in the past.We would like to inform our power user group that a learner has booked an ILT course for which no session is currently planned, although there has been a session in the past. We would like to ask for interest in a course or a new  ILT session and offer a new  ILT session if there are a certain number of people interested. Does anyone have any ideas on how we can inform our power users about this? According to Docebo Support, there is no solution for this.Best regards,Andreas

Can rubrics be used to inform learners on how they are being evaluated, what is considered proficient/mastery in a skill or knowledge as well as a way to provide feedback to them on they performed when a learner uploads a screen recording, audio recording or any other kind of upload?If there is not, has anyone figured out how to seamlessly use a checklist as a rubric for uploaded assignments and test items?Thank you in advanced.

Hello all.  I am a bit familiar with Notifications, but my question is about sending a “Welcome & Quick Start Guide” email to new users letting them know how they can log in for the first time and some quick user tips for them.Currently we are using tags in Keap. So I add a new user in Keap, tag them so the Quick Start Guide/Welcome email goes out, and also put them in Docebo and enroll them in courses.  I would love to be able to eliminate the double entry and just register the new user straight into Docebo.  However, I still need to have the Quick Start Guide/Welcome email go to them so they know how to log in and navigate through the platform.I am not sure if they have to have already logged in to Docebo first before getting an email notification. Or does anyone else have any other ideas how I can execute this and save me entering a new user into 2 different platforms?

Hi Community! Hoping someone can shed some light on this.We have 2 courses that have custom notifications configured to be sent to our internal branch for the following:at time of enrollment user has yet to complete the courseHowever, learners are receiving duplicate notifications for both events. I have cehcked the notifications associated with the courses and it matches the one group of custom messages. The one course is particularly confusing as it is brand new and has ONLY been associated with it’s own customer brand new set of notifications. Has anyone else experienced this and know how to fix?

I would like to add some text to the Share button - seems some folks need more help.Not sure which option, if there is one, in the localization tool to select.I would like to make it say “Share this course” - some folks think it’s a social share option.Please advise.  thanks.

For the courses I’m setting up in Docebo, these will be mandatory annual trainings for our employees. I’d like some guidance on the best way to set them up: Should I create a new course each year, or would it be better to simply create a new session within the same course annually? If I opt for a new session each year, will it impact completion rates? I want to ensure that historical data remains available for reporting and that I can access records beyond the current year’s enrollments. Any advice on how to set this up efficiently while maintaining accurate records would be appreciated!

Anyone know of a way to find out the Header Image settings on each course?  I am working through updating all header images to be images and not just the default and being able to export that data or get it somehow for each course will allow me to focus.I didn’t find the option to see this data in the courses export option.Any ideas???

The left part of the page will have a clickable 2x6 grid (URL links to be added later) like the above. The right side will have quick links (URLS to be added later), like the above. Once I paste the code into the editor and then view page preview, it looks PERFECT. (Image above). BUT. After Save, leave the preview and return (I can click back to the editor, or reload the page.. any change), everything changes to the image below, where the images to into a 1x6 column and the links loose all of their formatting…  I’ve attached the codes here too… Anyone have any ideas, tips, tricks? Thank you

Is there a way to make content accessible to users who do not have a login or in a place where Docebo does not ask them to log in first?

Hi all,I cannot make this occur every time I test.Our eL courses are set to theatre mode, we have autoplay off, and the syllabus starts as expanded. When I resume or start an elearning module, it works fine. When I click X to close the player window, I go back to the course and syllabus. Good. The problem is that 20% of the time the course stays in full screen mode and when I collapse it, nothing happens. I need to click the expand and collapse button again twice before I leave full screen mode and can navigate away from the page.I have only seen this behavior logged in as a superadmin. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi, Does anyone know how I can change the colour of the course status within the new course player? Mainly the ‘Completed’ bit I have attached a screenshot so you know what I am on about :)  Thanks!

I am having an issue allowing a Power User to create, edit, and manage certificates associated with their courses. I have given the Power User permission to View and Edit certificates. However when they try to create a new certificate it does not appear for them in the Certificate Templates list, though I and other Super Users can see it. Also if I create a certificate template for them and assign it to their course, it still does not appear in the Certificate Templates list from their view. 

Hi~ So if users mark a course outdated, we review and no changes are needed, so how exactly am I as the superadmin supposed to remove the outdated count under course management column so that I know we reviewed it and it is no longer outdated, but also in the future if someone does remark it outdated again, I would see that? I do have the outdated notification turned on to superadmins.Thank you!

Hey there community!I assigned the dashboard page to my superadmin menu. But, I still can’t see it in the menu to see what that page looks like. Is there a specific use case or condition to view this page as learner, poweruser, or admin?Thank you for the attention. 

In doing some testing, I realize that if we have a learner that gets access to a URL (not auto enrollment link, just the learning plan URL) and they are not logged in, they get directed to the homepage. It drops the URL they came in on, and it doesn’t take them to the content that they were trying to access to begin with. I don’t feel like the system used to work this way. As a newcomer to Docebo, I apologize if this is a simple question.Our users who work with ABC are assigned ABC training. This required training has a deadline when it must be completed.Users who don't work with ABC can also self-register for ABC training. Unfortunately, the self-registered training is still assigned a deadline and the user appears on overdue reports if they don't finish it by the required date.Would you kindly share how you differentiate between required and optional training within Docebo when it's the same course but different users?We'd like to avoid penalizing users who are proactively seeking additional knowledge.Thank you very much for your help!

I’m wanting to create a nice, clean UI for our LMS and, with some code (and from the help of others on here), can get an image of my choosing as a background or in the header bar already. To do this today, I am having to really fudge things in the system in order to get my images onto the Docebo CDN to be called by the code. The only way I can do this today, is to create image widgets on a hidden page and sniff out the stored file location once uploaded  - not elegant at all. For the life of me, I cannot seem to find an asset repository where I can upload and store a few images for use in my HTML and CSS code around the platform.Any idea folks?All help much appreciated. 

I’m still getting familiar with Docebo, so bear with me. I’m working on setting up ILT (Instructor-Led Training) in Docebo for all our safety trainings.Each month, we have a new safety topic that lasts about 30 minutes. There will be multiple sessions of the same topic spread out over a few days, and employees only need to attend one session. All employees are already set up in Docebo.I created the course in Course Management as an ILT.My question is about SESSIONS:Are sessions intended for each individual training session? When I click into a session's properties, I see EVENTS. It feels repetitive to keep entering the same information when setting up events for ILT.What’s the difference between sessions and events? Are sessions meant for the training as a whole, and events for when a single session has multiple parts?

Hey Docebo superstars. I don’t think this has been raised previously as I couldn’t find any solutions anywhere, but we have a  couple of problems with the not logged in redirect behaviour. Like most (I believe) organisations, we’re using sso for our customers to move seamlessly from our customer portal to the learning platform. We launch in two weeks and our understanding until today was that we could configure a ‘Redirect user on logout’ url in the advanced settings that would send users to our member portal login page any time they a) clicked a link to a Docebo page when they were not already signed in to the lms or b) their session timed out. We just discovered the “only works when sso is not enabled” caveat, so now we can’t use any links to Docebo pages from outside the platform, and more importantly, any time a user’s session times out they’re going to encounter a foreign login page requesting a password they don’t have and won’t understand - enter frustrated customer and helpd
