I am building content, and the little “reverse” arrow is missing.  Where is it located?

Hi!We used to only use the Webinar course type, but recently switched to ILT. In the webinar course type, when a learner was waitlisted, their thumbnail said “Waiting User”. Maybe we changed something in the localization tool to make that happen, I can’t remember. However, now that we are in ILT, all of those users just show “STARTED” on their thumbnail. Users that are enrolled show STARTED too. We have an article explaining that if they see this, they are on the waitlist, but if they see the bottom one they are ENROLLED in the session, but I hoping there is a better way! Please tell me someone out here has a better way for learners to tell they are on the waitlist. Waitlisted for Session Enrolled in Session

How do I add an instructor to evaluate a test? How does the instructor know that they are to evaluate a test? How would an instructor evaluate the test?

Currently, Docebo does not offer a built-in "Pending Evaluation" or ''waiting for evaluation'' status for tests awaiting instructor review. This limitation means that learners see a "Failed" status because their submission doesn't meet the minimum passing score due to pending evaluation.How are you working around this limitation?

Hello, our use case scenario is: Multiple departments get different onsite training. When I say multiple departments I mean between 10 - 15 departments and growing. We need to record each day’s attendance. I can create either one course or a course for each department. If I create a session and event, there will be an event for as many days in the year for each of the departments. That’s a huge amount of events. As of now only attendance will be taken, in the near future content and exams will be added. I know I can create one session and add multiple events for that session. Each session may last several weeks with a possibility of 21 events. Sessions are recurring. If anyone has a work around or any ideas on the best practice for this or the most efficient way to maintain something like this I really appreciate it. Thank you so much! 

We really like the Task List widget and enjoy having it on the home page. However, it looks out of place because it can’t dynamically change. It looks great at full length, but awful at short. Is there a way to force it to always have all the space? Or make the page look better in our mockups?Looks good to usLooks not as good

Hi everyone,I had a bit of a fire to put out today! I had over 600 users who were suddenly locked out of several courses because their enrolment validity periods had all expired at the same time.I’m still trying to figure out how the dates were originally applied since those courses are always available and don’t have any validity periods on them. At first I though maybe an admin or power user did a batch enrolment and set an expiration date, but I checked the audit trail it looks like each of those users had self-enrolled. What’s more is that the expiration dates were exactly the same across users, courses, and enrolment dates; like down to the second exact.In theory it should’ve been a straight forward fix: just remove the validity period. But on 600+ users, doing it by hand wasn’t feasible. Hi everyone, As mentioned in the title, I noticed that there is a preview limit from the admin side in Docebo Creator. I am currently testing this in Chat mode under the AI Coaching Scenario screen. The preview appears to follow the number of attempts configured under Settings for the lesson.Once the limit is reached, it displays the message: “Attempt limit reached.” Even after updating the number of attempts and making changes to the scenario description, the preview attempts do not reset.From an admin perspective, I would expect unrestricted preview access to properly test the lesson multiple times and ensure everything functions as intended before publishing.Has anyone experienced the same issue, or is there something I may have overlooked in the configuration? Thank you in advance for your insights.

When you load a learning asset into a channel, it displays XX months under the person’s name who loaded the asset.  Does anyone know if there is a way to remove the load data information of the actual asset or from all assests in the channels?Thanks for any insights on this!

Hello,I’m trying to setup an e-commerce integration with Stripe, but I encountered a very serious problem - hopefully I’m just doing something wrong!We have users from all over the world, and when they want to buy a course the flow is as follows:Check/update your billing information in the cart Pay through Stripe Course is unlockedThe problem is, if the user buys his first course and uses a billing address i.e. from Italy, Stripe will calculate Italian taxes. But if later in life, that same uses changes his billing address i.e. to Poland, the next time he buys a course Stripe will still calculate the Italian tax.From what I understand, the very first time a payment is generated for a user, Docebo creates a new user in Stripe with billing address, but that address is never updated when users update their profile in Docebo.Any way to solve this?

Hello, If we iframe a comslider in as an html widget on our homepage, and a user clicks a link in that comslider, can we make it navigate the whole “master” docebo page? Or do all comslider links have to be “new window” or “in iframe”. Here is an example of where the comslider would go - replacing that “limitless” banner.

We have Teams Meetings and Events integrated with Docebo. We’ve not used the Event type (which is now deprecated per the KB). We have a need to use the Webinar meeting type. Is this something that can be selected when setting up an ILT session? My understanding, which I think may be incorrect, was that Webinars would be a different type of integration similar to Events, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. So if we create an ILT and select Teams “Meeting” to use for it, can we then go into the meeting in Teams and change the template to a webinar? I expect that would change the URL, but that’s fine as we can make the change before sending our any invitations.

Sooooo, I really need some help, does anyone have any ideas how I can make the Renew certification button more obvious, I am struggling to find the right selector, without impacting the rest of the platform. I only want it to make changes on the course player pages. Getting slowly frustrated with users going I’ve recompleted the course but it hasn’t updated my records. Then I ask did you click the button? and the answer is always no what button!  

Has anyone tried disabling enrollment notifications for certain courses? Ideally, we would want end users to not receive enrollment notifications for courses in a specific catalog.

Hello! I’m trying to identify a best practice for setting validity dates on a course. Our users have until 11:59pm local time on the end date to complete a training. The deadline needs to be a hard deadline as it locks at 12:00am the next morning. Given the UTC configuration, what is the best practice for setting the validity? If I set it as a hard date for 2/18, we have Team Members who are -8:00UTC who aren’t able to access the course at 4:00pm local time. But, we also have Team Members who are -4:00UTC as well, and in some cases +1:00 UTC. Any insights would be helpful :)  

I am starting to utilize badging as a resource to identify skills from our users but when I export our Badge report, I am seeing some users are on multiple times…. I did a group to capture users who would meet the badge qualifications to get an initial import and so we could include legacy course data that would not meet the qualifying factors. I then added the automatic assignment for the badge when users complete a course. 

If a user enrolls in a course and completes it, then the course later expires and the user is re-enrolled, will the original completion date be removed or reset? 

Good afternoon,  I was wondering, is there a way in which we can stop a member of staff having multiple Sessions booked for the same course? Whilst we have been testing pre-go live I have noticed that we have had staff being booked on two sessions with two different dates for the same course. Is there an option to prevent double booking? We have a large team that deals with the bookings so sometimes there is overlap of requests. Thank you!
