ILT event, request learner Menu (food preferences) selection
How would you handle this scenario…..Learner can self enroll in an ILTThe organizers of the ILT are providing food. They want to know your food preferences PRIOR to the event.I was thinking a survey might work? I am stuck on how to make it a pre-work requirement.It would be the only training material option, so the whole ‘make it the first’ is moot. Attendance is still the method for course completion.I might be able to include the URL of the survey in the ILT enrollment notification instead of the training material option. But since I need the responses tied to the course and not shared responses, I don’t know if that will work. The reason for that is what if someone used to eat anything, but now they need gluten free.And then, how do we capture the survey responses? The instructor needs to see it per course. Thoughts?
Widget Course missing text
We added a widget to our homepage for learners to see their required training. You can see I have this both in the “Not Yet Started” and the “Required Training” sections, showing slightly different information in each. I think that the one on the right should have something in the blank area I highlighted, but I can’t figure out what field it is. The module content I uploaded in the central repository has a description as does the course in the learning path. What am I missing?Thanks!
"New" Reports not updating - anyone else?
We have been running for about 6 months. For the sake of discussion “Reports” area = “Old” Reports, and the New Reports are = “New” Reports.Is anyone else having issues with “New” Reports not updating for the last couple of days?DetailEarlier this week we received hard errors when pulling “New” reports. We contacted Docebo and was told it was a known issue. Today I found that “New” reports was working but the data had not updated over the last two overnight runs.Know that the “Old” reports rely on real time data and not the over night run I pulled a report and everything is there.Dave
Task list wideget - changing the tab title text
Hey there community, I was wondering if any of managed to change the text on the “task list widget” tabs. I managed to change top bar color and the text color and “wrapper” color using CSS(see attached image) BUT, I was struggling to change the text where it says “ILT” to something like “Instructor led classes” for example. If I use CSS to hide or disable the whole tab it creates other problems… :( I tried the Docebo Localization tool but no luck there. Any help will be appreciated.thanks a lot!! Nadav
Course enrollments via CSV - user notifications
We would love to have the option to turn off enrollment notifications when doing mass course enrollments via CSV. The “send notifications” option is available for user management via CSV import shown here, but not course enrollments.The only way we can accomplish that right now is to turn off ALL course enrollment notifications, run the CSV and then turn it back on, but this is not an option for our Power Users. Any ideas?
Expired users still show in ILT sessions
Hello, I have a large customer managing a large number of ILTs every month. When an employee leaves the organisation they add an expiry date to their user account. What they noted that these 'expired' employees, if they had an ILT session booked in the future, they remain on the booking despite of the fact that they left the organisation. This causes issues as the company has high turnover and busy ILT sessions, so these 'leavers' remain on the enrolment preventing other people booking onto the course if full. Shouldn't inactive and expired users automatically taken out or discounted from the ILT booking? Thanks, Gigi

Survey vs. Test Issue
We have had a few course creators create Survey’s instead of test. I understand the reasoning for the survey and test difference of surveys being anonymous, and tests not. I would love a way to trigger for a survey to not be anonymous so we can find the data that is lost when these mistakes happen. Is this possible?
Is there a way to export list of groups with attributes?
I have been tasked with evaluating the strategy for using groups and putting together recommendations for new standards, cleanup needed, and governance going forward. I want to start by analyzing the current state. I can see all the groups from the Group UI but can only sort by name. I want to extract Name, Description, Type, and Eligibility Rules. How do I do this? PS. I tried a copy/paste from the UI but I can’t get it to copy into rows so I can sort. Plus, I still would have to open each one individually to capture the Eligibility Rules.Also, I know I can export the users by Group, is there a way to export users for all groups at once? I don’t see any reports with “group” in the user data fields.
Can a certificate expire?
Hi, I am looking for any recommendations for the following scenario:Our external customer require us to provide certificates to them to prove our employees completed a training. The certificate expires after 5 years for example. Since it expires, a certification (in the certification and retraining app) would be ideal, but it doesn’t produce a physical certificate like the certificates do.Is there a way to make a certificate (associated with a course) expire the way the certification can?
eLearning, ILT, VILT on same topic
When I’ve created one version of a course, WBT for example, is there a way to copy over all the imagery/content to another course that is offered in another modality, ILT for example? Otherwise, if you’re offering a course in multiple modalities, is there a fast way to replicate them for each of the ways in which a learner could take it? And then I want equivalencies for each of these versions to validate in all of the learning paths where they’re used.Thanks!
Classroom locations - visibility
I have three Power Users performing the same tasks in Docebo for ILT. There is one big problem we have encountered: they can’t see each other’s entries for classroom locations. Because they are all managing customer events (i.e., ILT training), it would help if they could all see all classroom locations.How do we avoid a massive amount of duplicate locations?
Udemy Courses as Training Materials
We are creating certifications for Data Science. We have pushed some Udemy courses from our Central Repository as training materials in each of the certifications. However, we cannot get the Udemy courses to work. We keep getting the “inpobrms.udemy.com refused to connect” error. Why is this? Has anyone else had this problem? If so, did you find a solution and what is it.
Pros and Cons of Google Drive API
Hi Folks, New to Docebo and currently deep into exploring Docebo U, and the Knowledge Base. I’m interested in the Google Drive API and would love to hear your experience of using it. What do you use it for? How has it helped you? What limitations have you found? My use case is something along the lines of: various internal content creators can use templated docs/slides etc. and upload them direct into the Central Repository, ready to pieced together into a course.Thanks!
API Can't Bulk Enroll Users From Specific Extended Enterprise Domains
So I believe I’ve uncovered a bug. When bulk enrolling users via the api, it enrolls those users from your root https://xxxx.docebosaas.com domain. If you are using automated groups coupled with enrollment rules to trigger enrollments, that all works well. HOWEVER, if you have a notification that uses a short code, say [course_link], and you want that notification to generate at enrollment into the course, the course link spits back the .docebosaas.com domain, not the extended enterprise in which the users belong. Why? Well, I believe it’s due to the fact that the user who has a connection to the api is logged in at root, thus when the automation (group and enrollment rules) trigger, they are doing so from that root domain. Why is this a bug? The notification should not be tied to the uploader taking the action, but instead to the location in which the notification is built. Tracking Quiz Attempts
Hi Docebo Team! Curious about quiz tracking. After some digging I’ve found that Docebo only stores the most recent quiz attempt score. I am wondering if there is any data stored about how many times it takes a user to pass a test? Use Case: We are setting our accepted passing score to 100%, and are wondering if we will be able to see how many attempts it takes users to reach the 100% score (User A took 4 times to pass) Thanks for your help!
Managing Performance Reviews in the LMS
Does anyone have any ideas for managing performance reviews as part of the LMS. So far our team has come up with Observational Checklists (hence OC) assigned to managers. The problem with this is you can’t reassign an OC to your direct report once you, the manager, has filled out the OC. In addition to that, a lot of agencies have compliance requirements that state the performance review has to go to HR for approval there too. So we have a three step process using OCs, but it seems clunky and honestly confusing for the users. Does anyone have a better solution for handling annual, bi-annual, quarterly, and perhaps even monthly performance reviews?

Excluding individual Courses in Learning Plans
We are in the process of updating a few of our Learning Plans. I struggle with creating a bunch of new ones (because filters and sorting isn’t ideal). Anyway we have run into an issue where the majority of our staff all need our New Hire Learning Plan, however, we have one course in there that some will not need. Because the course is in the Learning Plan, we can not enroll the individuals from the plan, and we can’t suspend it, or the Learning Plan will never be “completed”. How do you all get around this? Do you have different Learning Plans for everything? Do you enroll the one single course outside of the Learning Plan for those that need it? Looking for options!
Creating an Assignment "Survey"
We want to issue a “survey” to our users that requires a manual review before a manager assigns a Pass-Fail to the survey results. Is there a way to embed the survey training material type into an assignment? Or make a survey an assignment? We thought about issuing the survey questions on another platform and embedding it via iFrame, but the review process wouldn’t be ideal since our managers would review survey results off Docebo and then login to Pass/Fail users.
