Solved

This may strike some of you as a dumb question, but I don’t care, I’ve spent too long looking for a definitive answer without finding one.If we configure Docebo VILT for Microsoft Teams, will attendance in Docebo be synced from the actual attendance records in Microsoft Teams?

Hello All,       Is there a way to set up manager notification once their employee is directly enrolled into a class by a super admin?

Hi,I want to create a bunch of power users who can go into certain courses and see who is enrolled onto the sessions.  I have created a profile that has ‘view’ permissions for courses, ILT sessions, and users, but for some reason although the the power user can go into course managament and see the courses and sessions, they cannot see who is enrolled on the sessions e.g. for one of the sessions  it says 0/15 (instead of 4/15 as there are 4 enrolments).  any ideas? Karl

HelloWe have an eLearning course with 4 xAPIs and 1 SCORM file.  Currently a selective group of users are enrolled to complete these modules in a set order (pre reqs are set) and need to be completed in one go (more or less).I want to change the order of the modules within the course.  Can anyone see any implications of this? Pre reqs are not necessarily required but I have enabled the end object marker for the last module so the entire course is recorded as completed when this is done.  Perhaps there is another way to do this to mark the entire course as completed without having pre reqs set.

I want to duplicate a survey in the central repository and edit a few of the questions slightly. It’s a long survey with a lot of likert scale questions, and most of them remain consistent, but some change depending on the course it will be assigned to. So, like how you would duplicate a course, I was wondering if you could do the same with surveys?

Let’s say we create a course, and we want to assign it to both people in the Root folder and people in the Extended Enterprise instance.Would we need two URLs to get that to work properly, even if it’s the same exact course?Like in comms we would have to say:Here is the link for the course for Root people: [url]Here is the link for the Extended Enterprise people: [slightly different url]Thank you!

Can we get a badge on the Community for those that have been certified as a Docebo Pro?  It would be nice to identify those users on here.

Hello! I have been receiving an HTTP error when trying to upload SCORM packages I have published from Rise for about 2 weeks or so now. I have been testing and I am able to upload some SCORM files but a few of mine are throwing this HTTP error. I also have received the error when trying to upload videos. This is very recent as I have been able to upload in the past. Anyone else have issues or is this a known issue that has resolution? I have been working with support but have not gotten anywhere so I am posting in the community to see if any members have had the same issue or know of any resolution.

Hi,Does anyone has the CSS code to hide enrollment Priority: Recommended. We find the options Mandatory vs Recommended to be similar and would like to streamline the option when admin does the enrollment. To avoid mistake, we would like to hide one of them. Thanks!

Pretty simple yes or no question. Can power users create coupons or only super admin? If yes to PU, what is the permission?

Hi! I am pulling the following tables through API and wanted to know the common column using which I can connect the learning plan table with the course table:Learning Enrolled Courses Learning Plan Learning Plan Enrollment Learning platform courses Learning usersMy end goal to create a table in PowerBI showing userwise learning plan status and the status of the courses within each of those learning plans.

I see this description of the new Persistent Completion feature in Learning Plans: “you can now ensure that once a learner completes all mandatory courses in a plan, their status is permanently recorded as “completed”—regardless of any future updates to the learning plan structure. This enhancement eliminates fluctuating progress data and gives both administrators and learners the confidence that achievements are accurately and consistently recognised.”QUESTION: If you add a new course to a learning plan, will it trigger a notification of new training now being available, even if you’re not making the new course visible to the earlier enrollees?

Does anyone have a good approach for auditing that Assignments are being evaluated? We have a decent number of new hire courses that have assignments that need to be evaluated by an instructor. What we currently have set up:Instructors are sent an email when theres an assignment submitted to a course in which they’re an instructor on. We also have a task widget enabled for instructors to see assignments they need to evaluated. All our instructors are also Power Users, so they can help each other out and evaluate assignments on courses where they aren’t an instructor (so they can help out their peers).  We also have a report that sends weekly to this group of instructors that shows all assignments / tests that need to be evaluated, but they have to open the report and filter it so that “Completed” assignments with a blank score show (this seems to be the best way to figure out which assignments are pending evaluation since there doesn’t seem to be a column for filtering that). We’re loo

Hi,Is there a way to have a notification sent to a specific user (this user is not the learner, a power user or a super admin), when users complete a specific course? What I am trying to accomplish is: A user will complete a “getting started w/ xyz system” course that I made, and once the user completes it, the notification will go to our IT representative, and they will know to create the users “xyz’s system credentials”. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi All, I am from Cognizant and new to this platform.I would like to know if there are any migration-related certifications available in Docebo.Additionally, I want to understand how many certifications are offered in Docebo—is it only the Learn Admin Certification Exam, or are there other certifications available as well?Kindly advise. Thanks,Venkatesh AkulaLead Implementations EngineerCognizant India

What exactly does “relative” mean in terms of course reporting from the My Team area? Is there a specified variance or does it depend on a range, like a 3 day lookbsack may have +/- 2 but a 30 day span may have +/- 7? It doesn’t mention that setting in the Manager User Guide nor Reports for Managers articles. Did I miss one?

Hi Community,I searched the forum but couldn’t find an answer to my question:I’m currently building a dashboard and would like to use the “Embed Video” widget. Since we have the video available in 21 languages, I’d like to display the localized version based on the learner’s language. I noticed that I can translate the title, but I don’t see an option to add individual URLs for each language. Is there a way or a workaround to achieve this? Or should I submit a feature request?Thank you.Best,Dominik

I am successfully connected to and pulling users from the GET /manage/v1/user endpoint, however, I want to make use of the optional "filters" input to limit the results to only Power Users or Super Admins. This means I have to filter on the "level" attribute of the user. Can anyone explain the syntax for this sort of filter? The API explorer gives the following description on the field: serialize object containing list of filters and their options. I have tried a few options, the only one I have gotten results for (no Internal Server Error), but still the filter does not seem to be applied is this:[{"level" : {"criteria" : "not_equal", "value" : "user" }}]I cannot get the syntax correct and keep getting Internal Server Errors otherwise. Any help or examples would be great!

My team and I are experiencing an issue with the newly updated UX pages in Docebo. As shown below, the icons that are supposed to appear within the square boxes are no longer visible. We’re seeing this issue on the newly updated user experience pages. On our calendar, the square boxes are visible, but the icons—such as the arrows and the “...” (more options) icon—are missing. We’re also seeing this issue on our course player page. The “More Information” button—which includes the unenrollment option—is not visible. This has caused problems for users, as the button is only accessible if they know to hover over the exact spot where it should appear. Has anyone else experienced this issue? We’ve tested it thoroughly on our end by removing all custom CSS and changing the branding colors in the “Configure Your Brand” section. Since we’ve tried nearly everything, we’re confident this isn’t caused by anything on our side. Thank you!

Hi,It’s me again. 🤦‍♂️ Can someone please paste the code for adding LOs from the Central Repository to Courses? I’m using Postman. I have tried the /learn/v1/lo/batch endpoint, but I haven’t been successful. And is there a way to do this in one POST:Create the course Add the LOsOr, does it always have to be separate steps?Thank you!!!Mark

We have a power user profile set up as ‘Subject Matter Experts’ for a variety of courses that have assignment submissions. Even though a notification is set up for a specific course (intended to go to a specific SME power user), the assignment submission notification is sent to all SME power users, even the ones not assigned to that particular course. Is this because all SME power users have access to the same user groups? Does anyone know of a way to get notifications to go power users assigned specifically to a course?

In Learning Evaluation (LE), we’re implementing Learner Follow-Up questionnaires for the first time. LE was enabled earlier this year for Learner Initial questionnaires, but Follow-Up wasn’t activated. We would like to create custom follow-up questionnaires for individual courses in order to align the questions to the learning objectives of those course. However when we attempt to enable the Learner Follow-Up option for a course, the questionnaire is locked to the default Learner Follow-Up questionnaire.I understand that a course’s questionnaire is chosen once at activation and stays attached from the first to the last enrollment for that course, but has anyone found a workaround to this limitation? We opened a ticket, and there doesn’t seem to be an obvious solution other than to build a new course shell.Thank you!

Hello! I’m testing observational checklists in Docebo. In my test case, the checklist located in a course and is completed by the user’s manager. I can see the completed checklist on the manager’s account, but I can’t for the life of me find where to view it as a user. It’s not in the course nor is it on the My Checklist page. What am I missing?

Hello,A company has more 14.000 employees, and only 2.000 have an email. The problem is the password recover. We have to implement a solution that the user can change the password, without send a link by email.I found a post that its possible using a Docebo Connect, but I do no how. Any ideas?
