Solved

Hi all,Just wondering if anyone knows the CSS code required to change the font size of closed captions in the video player. I contacted support and they told me the only way to change the size is with CSS. Also, does anyone know if it’s possible to have a dynamic font size that adjusts to the size of the screen? The closed captions look really small when viewed in full screen mode. Thanks,Daniel

Dear Docebo team. New user here. My team wants to create a landing page which contains 4 buttons (e.g. “Topic 1”, “Topic 2”, “Topic 3” and “Topic 4”) and each button goes to a different page, and our idea is to have only the courses for the specific topic in each page. We have uploaded the courses and created one Learning Plan for each topic. However, we’re not successfully managing on how to show only the “Topic 1” Leaning Plan when the user clicks on the “Topic 1” button. We have inserted the “Courses and Learning Plans” widget on each page, but they show all the courses and learning plans that the user is assigned. Is it possible to filter the courses on each page so they can only see the courses and learning plans related to the topic of the page?

Hi everyone, hope you are well. I am having a small UI issue. Prior to the last platform update, the “Lesson completed successfully” banner was white in colour, however, it is now gone black and I am not able to find anywhere on the settings how to change the background colour of this banner. Any advise would really be appreciated.

Hi Docebo, I am struggling to obtain an access token via PowerBI. I started from DanBrill’s helpful post here:  But I am hitting the same general issue that user gogrizz mentioned several posts down. PowerBI sends an error that it is not able to authenticate with the credentials provided.  PowerBI is able to retrieve a token using the Client Credentials grant type, but this token will not allow me to use the 7.0 APIs (as mentioned in the Docebo Help File https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020082060-APIs-authentication#h_01HJ6PBHP8F9MNAGNRSSJ7H9FK) This is particularly confusing because I am able to obtain a working access token using the same credentials through other apps like Insomnia. I feel like there must be a credential type mismatch somewhere that I’m missing, but I am fully stuck on where to look. Any help would be awesome! My query is as follows: let    // Define the token endpoint URL    tokenUrl = pTokenURL,    // Set up the request headers    headers = [        #"

Hi all,Does anyone know of a way to pull a report that includes both courses and the catalogs associated to the courses?

I have a customer who would like to know what days and how much time was spent on each day for a user on her team.  I know in Personal Summary she can see the last date the person logged in, and the total amount of time spent.  She would like to see if or when one of her users logs in on a weekend.  She also wants to see how much time was spent on each day.  If that is not something she can do as a Team Manager, then is there a report I can run on my end that will show these details?

I have our branches set up by our senior leadership. Our CPO resigned but there are still inactive users in her branch so I cannot delete her branch. What is the best practice for deleting a branch with inactive users. Do you create an inactive branch and move them Inactive users over?

I am in the Course Management section in one of my courses. How do I changed the listed instructor? Thanks!

HelloIf I set the time options as image below, and I have course approval set as per image, will the course enrolment date be effective from when SuperAdmins approval course or when the user self enrols in the course. Thanks!!

We’re going to open a ticket with Support, but I was also curious if anyone else had experienced this issue - a few of our learners reached out today after receiving their digest email of courses in progress. One of their incomplete learning plans is showing up on the Completed page, even though one of the courses is still in progress. The courses due date was 3/31/24, but the course has a soft deadline, so they should still be able to access it. Does anyone have any thoughts as to why the learning plan might be on the Completed page even though it’s not complete?

Hello, I have a page that I would like to nest within another page; it basically provides the user with additional information on a learning program, so it makes sense for it to be nested within that main page, so that the breadcrumbs would reflect this hierarchy. Is there no option for that? Or can I somehow manipulate the breadcrumbs to achieve the desired effect? Thank you.

A general question - we are being mandated to track the why “a something happened” inside of the learning system. We supplied an audit (from the audit trail) from the learning system, but it is not something that is part of a learners profile and may be missed as part of other audits. Other systems that we have worked with in the past support adding a note to a persons profile as a type of light learning object. It was meant to not burden the administrator with needing to keep adding an additional field to reporting but was something that could be recalled on a user level - where this will probably be used the most - and not as part of their user data.In light of that learning object not really being available, I know I am talking myself into adding a field.Just checking - has anyone gone down this path? How did you implement????

Hello Docebians!I need your support in eliminating the "gradient black "on Header Layout for ILT Course and Learning Plans HP The options allow you to set  Solid color...but... The header layout is not Solid color …it is gradient blackIs there a way to eliminate this “gradient black” with CSS code ?I appreciate you help!@DPatel @roberto.moscatelli Thanks

When a power user is buying a subscription, how do they choose the number of licenses in a flexible manner?A little background: we use Docebo for customer training. Each customer may want a different number of licenses, ranging from 1 to potentially hundreds. The only way I’ve found to allow them to select the number of licenses in the single subscription purchase is to create a separate plan for each license count (plan 1 = 1 license, plan 2 = 2 licenses, plan 500 = 500 licenses). Of course, that is not practical to do. I’m guessing I’m missing something obvious?

Talk to me about your strategy for “upcoming deadline” notifications… We’ve built reminders for ILT sessions that are sent several days prior to the session starting. They include calendar attachments, which are nice feature. We also have one that is sent an hour before the ILT event starts that includes a “join” button. We’ve also built “you have a course due in one week” and “in one day” notifications based on expiration date. These feel especially useful for compliance-type training, among other e-learning courses. My hope was to use these as nudges for e-learning only -- not ILT sessions --  but it looks like this notification sends for both. I’m worried about users getting e-mail fatigue since an ILT enrollee will receive the following emails for a single enrollment… Course due in one week (7 days prior) ILT session starts in two days (2 days prior) Course due in one day (1 day prior) ILT event starts in one hour (day of event) Ideally, notifications #1 and #3 above would only sen

I know it’s possible to change images in docebo because I was able to update the 403 image and the nothing here images…. but now I want to update the Report is downloading page…  I know this CSS works: /*Replace Kneeling Person with custom image */doc-widget-channels ui-illustration.ui-illustration,doc-widget-course-catalog ui-illustration.ui-illustration, doc-widget-my-courses-and-learning-plans ui-illustration.ui-illustration{background: url(IMAGE URL) no-repeat center;background-size: contain;}doc-widget-channels ui-illustration.ui-illustration svg,doc-widget-course-catalog ui-illustration.ui-illustration svg, doc-widget-my-courses-and-learning-plans ui-illustration.ui-illustration svg{visibility: hidden;} /*forbidden page */.internal-error-content .error_image {background: url(IMAGE URL) no-repeat;height: 300px;background-size: contain;max-width: 200px;background-position: top;margin: 0 auto;} /*Update Report is Downloading Image*/doc-layout-page-content her-download-report-file ui

Does anybody know if it is possible to automatically send an email notification to users when their expiration date is approaching? Say one month before? I would like to do this for the main expiration date found in the User Management area, not the expiry date linked to the Subscriptions App.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

One of our SMEs wants to host a course where staff will:Watch a video Complete an assessment Sign a waiverThe waiver is an official form provided by a governing agency, so we need to use their form. The second half of this step is that the SME then needs to fill out the bottom half of the form confirming that the staff member completed all training. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to manage this? I’m wondering if I can do something where the learner esigns the form and it is automatically sent to our SME, then she would execute it and send it back. I don’t think this is something we can track in the Learning Hub though?

More of a basic question… When I need to edit the wording or timing of a notification email for an ILT coming up, do I need to unenroll everyone, edit it, then re-enroll users? Or can I just edit it and save and activate and all the users enrolled will get the updated notification?

We are using Docebo Connect to automatically create calendar invites for Events. Given that the Event Description is what shows up in the Outlook Event, I have been using HTML to format how this looks to the invitee. However, this is now showing up in the Event Description on the LMS as well.  This is also the case in the Go Learn App.Does anyone know how to change this so that the text reads as it should? Thanks in advance.

Hello Docebo friends,My HR department wants to use Docebo to train on a new company policy and require the “learner” to sign a document as part of the course.Has anyone here included a “sign this document” requirement in a course? Or do you have an idea of how this can be accomplished?Thank you for giving this your time and consideration,Andrea

We are going to be activating our waitlists for ILT session but we have a couple of questions: All of our sessions are currently full, we will be adding more soon. If someone is in a waitlist for one of the full sessions, would they be able to register for one of the available sessions or would they need to first leave the waitlist?  We have it setup to where if a spot opens in one of the full sessions, the next person on the waitlist would be enrolled in the live session. We have a notification setup where they would receive an email once enrolled. Would the waitlisted person receive that email once they are enrolled in the live session?

Hi everyone,I would like to remove the enroll button from the new course page. The objective is to show an overview of the course, which is a 3-month program. This is because if participants enroll in a session, they will only see details specific to that session. However, this program requires them to attend several sessions throughout the program. There are two identical sessions to accommodate colleagues in different time zones. I would like to give them the option to choose their preferred time. Therefore, I will ask them to make their selection outside the platform. On this page, I just simply want to display the options. To avoid any confusion, I want to remove the enroll buttons.I found a similar case that was created a year ago:But there was no solution provided. However, it was mentioned that CSS could be helpful.Thank you in advance for your support.

For api endpoint PUT /learn/v1/enrollments/{course_id}/{user_id}I need to remove the date_expire_validity.  However passing null or an empty string returns an error.  How do I unset this date?

Hey all,New to the Docebo platform and still working out some kinks. We have some power users expecting to receive automated reporting for quiz/test data. Specifically to allow them to see which answers were correct/ incorrect and their final score. The data from the course reporting within the “training material statistics”  is perfect, as it lists the questions out and shows how the learner answered. Is there a way to automate this report with the internal tools or would it need to be collected manually?
