Hello Community,Can you share the script to have rounded corners for the login container?Thank you very much for the attention.

Hi folks, we’re struggling to understand and use ILT Validity periods for course maintenance. We’d like to specify a number of days from the date of the event after which the course is inaccessible. Can we simply enter “180” or “365”, etc. in the Enable days of validity for this course under Enrollment validity period? These controls appear to be dependent on the Course validity period section above. If this is the case and the Course validity period details must be set first, must we calculate the number of days and enter them as the “End Date” instead? Thanks for your insights!

Hello - We have a learning plan that is linked to a certification that needs to be renewed on an annual basis.  When this learning plan was created, the year was put in the title without the forethought that we would be using it in the following years.  Does anyone have experience with attempting to update the learning plan name (if possible)?  As well as what implications we may face by doing so? Thanks in advance!

Is there a way to edit existing ILT sessions/events via csv or is the csv option only for creation of sessions/events?

We would like to create a notification for a specific group of users that will notify them by email when we upload a new asset to a channel. I have tried all relevant events in the notification panel, but none of them had the option to set it to a specific channel or group. Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Thanks!

Hello everyone, I am a front-end developer working on my company’s Docebo platform and was wondering if there is any way to connect our Bitbucket repository to the Docebo CSS editor, or any better way to deploy code than copying it from my local VSC files, which is quite tedious. I do have DevOps colleagues that could create the necessary pipelines or workflow for that. Is there any such option?

How can I change the checked radio button color for the Single-Choice test questions in Docebo? I need help in CSS or other settings that I can change the checked radio button from system green to blue (#0099ff) . Thanks.

is there a known search query result I can add to the URL for various channels? For example - I want to communicate a full catalog but want to highlight specific content around a product. Example: https://company.docebosaas.com/learn/dashboard/channel/7&search?q=PopTarts

In order to make Docebo quizzes really work for us we need to be able to add audio files to the questions and answer choices in several languages. Having an AI voice speak would also do the trick, but we need to be able to hear the audio version of the question and answers.Has anyone come up with a way to do this? Or found a workaround? Thanks.

We didn’t use days of validity when we first rolled out Docebo, but in the last 6 months, we’re trying to stay on top of expiring courses and have retroactively applied Days of Validity to any published courses. I’d like to give the instructors several week’s notice to let me know if they need to extend the days of validity or unpublish their courses. In order not to spam all our super admins, our only choice seems to be to use the ‘Course is Expiring’ notification and send it only to certain Power Users, but the issue there is that not all of our courses have power users assigned.I’d really prefer to have a report (or even 2 - one for ELRN and one of VILT) that lays out when course will be expiring, but there doesn’t seem to be a report that can return that data. Has anyone had any luck with this? TIA!

Hi there everyone, hope you are well :).I am new to docebo so I am still learning all of its wonderful features. But I do have 1 question. On Sandbox (which I still need to get it refreshed) Whenever I have a folder on a course, this folder is easily identified in the front end by having a circle in the folder itself. However, in production, this is missing and am I right in believing, I would need to use CSS to have this in production? Here is a screenshot from Sandbox environment. Thank you so much in advance.

I’m creating a specific campaign for this year, and I’d love to use Docebo’s gamification and badging feature. We’ve used it successfully for many other things, but never quite like this. For marketing reasons I want a way to show the badges someone has earned within this specific collection, and I can’t figure out how to make the gamification widget do that. No matter what settings I choose the widget shows the user every badge they have earned instead of just the ones in this collection.Does anyone have a way to filter at the widget level instead of at the collection level? I don’t want to hide their other badges complete, just on this page.Creative suggestions are welcome. I am familiar with CSS and other web markup languages.

Hi. I would like to be able to get a list of reports along with the email addresses that are receiving scheduled reports. Is there any way to do this?

I uploaded a E-learning, and the settings for the course are all correct - Like the course is visible in both external and internal catalogues, self - enrolments are available, still the course doesnt appear when searched. Please help.

Hello - we have several customers who like to enroll their employees into learning plans and they want to have due dates on the enrollments. The only way I can figure how to do that is to enroll the users, and then one by one edit each enrollment to add the due dates. When our customers have to do that for 100 enrollments, they get a little grouchy. Is there a better way?

Hi everyone,I have been at this one issue for hours now and need some help.I have created a widget on the homepage of our LMS that essentially when “clicked” takes a user to a list of courses that I have selected that will enable the user to pick and choose through those selected courses to either develop personally or professionally. When I test the widget, it goes to a list of ALL courses on the platform and not the ones I selected and placed in the category of Development. What am I doing wrong?? Many Thanks!

Hello. Looking at report functions for and want to report on deadlines on courses? Has anyone found a way to look at course completions against the course deadlines and enrollments? Thanks!

Hi there,I add a screenshot of one of our courses. We would like to have the blue icons that show that a step is complete (in red frame), to swith to green once finished. Is it possible to adjust the color of the “Done-Icon” to green? And would anyone one know about an information page in docebo university or so, where we can see all icons in all possible statuses that can occur with it? Thanks in advance and best regardsRoli

Hi folks.I have some issues with the reliability of sending out notifications but it’s difficult to test b/c i have to wait for feedback from my Power Users, which comes from their users, who may or may not communicate notifications they are or are not getting. Is there any way to retroactively view all the notifications sent out from Docebo in the last week, month, 3 months, whatever? I was hoping there’d be something like this in the Audit Trail but I don’t see such a thing. I’m guessing then it’s not possible but if anyone could prove me wrong I’d appreciate it.Regards,Nate

We created many (MANY) catalogs in bulk via the API. When you do, it auto sets the SORT BY option to Name A-Z. Typically, you’d want Newest to Oldest. Anyone familar with how to set a list of IDs to that option? Otherwise I’m cursed with navigating the catalog management screen and changing them one by one….From - To -  We used this to create: /api-browser/#!/learn/Catalogue/Catalogue_learn_v1_catalog_batch{  "items": [    {      "code": "string",      "name": "string",      "description": "string"    }  ]}Edit??

Hello,I'm working on a project where asset titles and descriptions are often duplicated, meaning the same information appears in both fields. I'm looking for a way to clean this up by removing the duplication, as it's redundant to display the same content twice.Has anyone written code or come across a solution for this? I'd appreciate any guidance or examples. Thanks in advance! Siga

Hi I am setting up an assessment and I have a multiple choice question that is formatted as "select all that apply" there are 3 correct answers, and all 3 must be selected in order for the answer to be correct.I don't see a way to connect the three answers so that all must be selected. We want to set it up so if you select 2 of the 3 then it would still be incorrect. Please advise.

Hi all, I’m experiencing an issue with the HTMLL/WYSIWYG page widget and I’m hoping that someone here might have come across it/resolved it. The ProblemWhen nesting block elements (<div>) inside inline elements (<a>), the editor seems to "auto-correct" the structure upon saving, leading to a disrupted and redundant layout.Original structure:<a href="#"> <div></div> <div></div></a>Becomes:<a href="#"></a><div><a href="#"></a></div><a href="#"></a><div><a href="#"></a></div>I’ve managed to find a work around, however it’s impacting the intended functionality and appearance of the content.I reached out to helpdesk regarding the issue but they said they aren’t HTML experts and suggested consulting the community.  Seeking Insights:Has anyone else faced a similar problem with nested elements in the HTM/WYSIWYG widget on Docebo?   Any known workarounds or fixes? I susp

Hi folks. I really thought I’d have been able to find what I’m looking for after a quick Google search but no luck so far.I know that it’s possible to sort the content within a Catalog. But is there no way to sort the order in which Catalogs appear on a page? I thought I could affect it just by changing the order in which catalogs are assigned, but that didn’t change anything. Thanks,Nate

HiBefore I set off creating lots of new catalogues, does anyone know if there is a maximum number we can have in Docebo Learn ?Same question for channels, if by chance you happen to know.my thanks in advance.StephenB
