Finally, As we’re creating Learning Plans, we’re finding that when a user enrolls in a Learning Plan, they see the Learning Plan itself AND all the individual courses delivered in their dashboard. We would prefer to only show the Learning Plan and not the individual courses under the LP. How did you get around this?

Greetings!I have created a report called Course Enrollments On Demand that can be used to pull all enrollees in a particular course by changing the filters. I have made it accessible to all superadmins and power users. The idea is that any power user could edit the filters to pull the enrollments from any course they’d like. However, even with All Permissions set for Reports, my power users can’t access the filters to change them. They can only see the report preview. That is less than ideal. My L&D power users need the ability to run Course Enrollment and ILT Enrollment reports for their courses on demand, and they want more information than just the names of the enrollees that can be pulled from the Reports section of Course Management. Is there any way to give them that access? Thanks for any help you can provide!Jen

Good afternoon Docebo Community - As we are getting ready to launch, I’ve got a few questions I’m going to be submitting to you all in a series of posts. Here’s the first - How can you pull a report of the Courses created in your LMS? There doesn’t seem to be a way to just pull that list. (We can only pull user interaction type of reports.) Thanks!

Our company has a few locations that have “supervisors” who train new hires, but aren’t the direct manager to those individuals. Is there a way I could assign the new hires a supervisor that gives them the same view as a direct manager, but also have their direct manager assigned with the same information?

We’re experiencing that when a Live webinar (ILT) is created, the live webinar still appears for the learners to enroll in the course, even after the session date has passed. How do you turn off (automatically...not manually) the users’ ability to see the ILT after the date has passed? Do you literally have to go into each ILT course after the session has been completed and remove it from the catalog view? THANKS for your insight!

Question.  I have noticed that quite a few of our notifications seem to have a default message that prepopulates for ALL LANGUAGES in the platform.  I cannot find a way to unassign these languages.  Even deleting the message content for those additional languages doesn’t stick.  Is there a way to turn this off?  The generic notification content that is coded is NOT brand standard for us and we prefer to just have the English version for notifications that haven’t been formally localized.  Even when I just create the English, and only select English when creating the notification, it auto populates the other languages - and not with the custom message that I created, but with stock messaging.  Is there a way to turn this off?  This is adding ridiculous rework for us.

I am trying to get a course for all of my users to be placed into the Archived Enrollments section.  Each user has a different completion date, and I need that reflected.  Is there a way to mass upload them via an API or CSV directly into the Archived Enrollments section, or must I do it manually for each user (enroll them, complete them with dates, and then manually archive each one individually)? Thanks for the insights!!

I notice that AWS skill builder and Docebo University both have the same responsive full page course design with table of contents on the left, and scrollable content for 80% of the interface. The content then includes flip cards, tabs, accordions, videos, images, text, and quizzes in similar styles, although the Amazon version is slightly cleaner.I am interested in replicating this look for at least some of the e-learning courses on my platform. Since these are so similar, is there a “standard” method to achieve this look and functionality? I can design this if needed, but hoping there are shortcuts in the form of templates, etc. to expedite. Here are the two examples of the look and function I am referencing:https://explore.skillbuilder.aws/learn/course/134/play/99519/aws-cloud-practitioner-essentialshttps://university.docebo.com/learn/courses/534/docebo-for-microsoft-teams/lessons/2587:550/docebo-for-microsoft-teams-embedding-and-sharing-trainingScreenshots:    Any suggestions and id

We recently started using the Task List Widget for checklists and we have run into a couple of challenges. The primary one is that when the checklist is sent to the approver the include users full name vs. username. Full name is not unique, and the approver has no way to distinguish who completed the submitted checklist. Is there CSS to change full name to username in the task list or specifically the observation checklist approvals? I did see an idea to make this configurable, which would be awesome, if you agree please vote it upTask List Widget - Show names instead of Usernames | Community (docebo.com)I’m looking for a css or some other kind of hack because I need a solution now.

Greetings,Is there a workflow in Docebo for deactivating many user accounts? I’m working with a client who has thousands of accounts from 2022, and they want them deactivated. As part of the workflow, I also need to be able to remove any assigned training. I wasn’t sure if that happened automatically as part of the account deactivation process or if it required a separate action.

Hello, team,Context: I am our LMS admin; I am familiar with reading APIs, but I have not written. I have internal experts for the API writing, but they’re not experts in Docebo. Trying to find the info needed through (hopefully) one of you experts who is both knowledgeable in the API and Docebo. We have new reporting requirements that indicate we must know how much time our employees have spent in training. For Docebo’s sake, that time is measured in two places: time spent in an eLearning course and time spent in an ILT session.Time spent in an eLearning course is fairly easy. I know that this data is not accurate, as users can leave their instance running in the background to rack up time, but it’s the only value I have and can use. We found this endpoint: GET/learn/v1/enrollments/{id_course}/{id_user} It returns the value we need, but does anyone have any other suggestions? Time spent in an ILT seems to be nonexistent. Docebo Support said as much. If an ILT session is scheduled for

Hi, friends,I’ve looked for a solution here, but couldn’t identify one that would work for us. Docebo has only 2 types of courses: E-Learning, and Instructor-Led. We are trying to come up with a way to capture a course that was done as either OJT or Self-Paced...but cannot figure out the best way to do this (short of having these 2 new types added to the platform). I’m going to guess that someone out there does have a workable solution, and it you’d like to share it with me, I’d truly appreciate it!  Thanks!!

When we archive and reenroll people, they receive a notification that they’ve been unenrolled and then another indicating they’ve been enrolled. Unfortunately, a lot of the time, the emails arrive in the opposite order. So people think they’ve been enrolled and then unenrolled. This causes confusion. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions in mind?

Greetings!Does anyone have any familiarity with creating a course that has SmartPlayer video in it? I am not sure which files to store in the central repository and which should be the one that the user would click to watch the video? Thank you!~B

Has anyone got an easy way for managers to check the progress on how their team is getting on with a learning plan?  We have a mandatory training learning plan, and I want managers to be able to view their team and drill down to see the plan progress.  I can't find a way to do this.  (I know I can see a progress percentage but this doesn't tell me any further detail).

Hello,Has anyone had any luck withdisplay: none;on either of these two elements on the new course player? Can’t get anything to stick - thanks

I have a number of iPDF that need to be uploaded as interactive PDF, not slide converted. Do you have a way that can make it work? It is not a SCORM file but it is interactive. Any advice?

Hi there, we have two branches in Docebo - Customer and EmployeeWithin the employee branch I want to create sub categories for departments and then  teams. Can you tell me what is the best way?

Hello community, I am relatively new to Docebo and I have some questions and I hope you can give me some ideas or know if Docebo has this scope:We have thought about a strategy to increase the number of users that complete our current programs, in the first instance we think that sending notifications/reminders is a good option, I see that there are some options for notifications to let users know that they need to finish a course, however, I think they are not nuanced and send them to all users regardless of the date the users started the course, that is, I want to send a notification but there will be users who just started three days ago (in progress status) so it would not make sense to send it and we certainly do not want to bother them with this type of notifications (for now), I wonder if there is any other option, I just do not know if you know if other teams send this type of notifications or there is a possibility to delimit this.I have thought about the possibility of creati

Hi,I am really confused between the difference of learning plan and catalog.I want to start a self-enrollment course in my organization and display it on there homepage, in that case what should i choose?

We would like to assign a badge to a brand new user to welcome them to our training.  The thought is when they first login, they will see a badge in their “My Badges” section of the homepage. We do not use Discover, Coach, and Share.  Any ideas on how we can do this?

Hello, I would like to know if its possible for someone who has access to a SCORM file to edit it after beeing exported. My situation is that i want to give access to my scorm file to a client but I don't want them to be able to edit the content like they want. Thank you !

Hi! How do I remove or make transparent the overlay in the course player? I have tried all sorts of nonsense. I put this code in the Configure Branding and Look > Course Player area:.lrn-course-player-training-material-idle-view-overlay {    background-color: #ffffff;    opacity: 0;}Doesn’t work. 😪 Please help!

Hey all,I'm helping a power user on their admin dashboard, and they want to switch the graph widget from weekly to monthly display. Any quick tips on how to do this? Thanks!
