It would be great not to have to close the contextual tool tips each time I open a new tab or window - very distracting and frustrating.

The slide converter is one of those undervalued option in the LMS. I use it all the time, especially when different departments needs to add something in Docebo. A suggestion, we are still missing the chance to add links to the slides.

I have an instance in the EU where ALL of my Scorm 1.2 courses are failing to complete. These courses are under their own country-named branch and use enrollment rules to assign courses. This works perfectly.These courses began as powerpoint files that were converted to Scorm 1.2 in Articulate 360 Storyline. I have used the following publishing settings, ALL of which have failed when tested in Learn:1. 100% of slides, Passed/Failed2. Trigger on the last 'Next' button to complete the course, tracking with both 100% of slides, and the complete trigger.3. Trigger on the last 'Next' button to complete the course, tracking with only 100% of slides4. Trigger on the last 'Next' button to complete the course, tracking only the complete trigger.5. Adding a new slide and an 'Exit Course' button with the button set to complete course as Completed/Passed when the user clicks the button, and tracking only the complete trigger.6. Trigger on the last 'Next' button to exit the course, tracking with 10

Hi all. Just curious, this might be something that would benefit my team to know about in the future, but does anyone know of any way to check whether a user accessed a course via desktop, tablet or mobile device?Thanks,Nate

I have a preview course that is free to our members, is there a way to host in Docebo without requiring users to enroll? What are your thoughts?

When looking at courses in the “My Courses and Learning Plans” page, we can see labels indicating progress in the course (title blacked out for privacy):However, on our custom Widget pages using the Catalog widget, we do not see the little labels (rounded corners due to custom CSS):Is there a way to see the labels in the Catalog? We’re having our users view the catalog because it gives us better visual structure for each day of training’s materials, but we keep seeing situations where the course isn’t technically complete for some reason, so we want them to be able to see when the course is “IN PROGRESS” to correct that. Thank you!

Hi everyone,New course pages I’ve exited the preview mode and now I want to edit the look and feel and also see what we can achieve with the banner also. But I cannot find where I can edit the course description look and feel.I may be missing something… Can anyone  point me in the right ? 

Hello!I’m wondering if anyone is having the same issue. Docebo just released a new feature in which you can export data from multiple courses (amazing!). I went through the whole selection process and received a message at the bottom saying that my report may take some time to process and I should receive an email once it’s done. I did this on Tuesday and still haven’t received a report (two days later). I’ve checked my spam/junk folder, still nothing. 

We have 1000’s of courses that were added to the wrong catalog.  Is there a method to mass move the courses to a different catalog?

We have a sweeping audience covering customers. partners and employees, and thus we have multiple superadmins to wrangle it all. Also some critical activities are still not available to Power Users - so we have to grant superadmin access to the owners of said activities.So why is it that only one of us can see the Usage Dashboard (this was also the case for the previous Active User report)? How can I make sure all of my superadmins can access this dashboard? Or at the very least, how do I determine which superadmin gets the lone access? 

Is there an option to upload our own or change the sample csv file that is shown when uploading users? 

I have courses which are valid for 2 years. Upon the Validity Period the end date, they should not be accessed any longer (hard deadline). Each course needs to be completed within 90 days of enrollment, so I am setting that in the Days of Validity. I am using the Days of Validity as a ‘due date’ for the learners. These should be soft deadlines. I want them to appear as overdue, but as long as the course itself is still valid, according to the Validity Period, I want learners to still be able to access them. Is this possible? It seems that the Soft Deadline settings apply to both the Validity Period and Days of Validity. If not possible through these settings, how can I manage user-level due dates separately from the overall course validity period?

Is there a report that allows us to pull all ILT courses scheduled by certain instructors and how many people are registered?

We use the restrict domains field to allowlist domains for our users to self-register. As a result of a platform migration, we’ll soon have hundreds of domains to add. Does anyone know of a way to add these domains en masse? I’ve tried separating the domains by comma and semicolon, but neither are working for me. 

I have searched and consulted with Docebo on this one.  We put our instructor names in an additional field.  Within the course properties > details - What is the benefit of putting the name of the instructor in the session instructor field?  Is there a report that exports that info?  The reason for my ask is that we had double-booked an instructor for the same date and time without knowledge.  One of our other instructors saw the conflict when she was pulling her attendance info for the 2 days.  I tried to find a report that would give me what instructor is assigned to what session/event and couldn’t find anything.  Support gave me a work around; however, it’s not a pretty export and I have to do some major clean up.  Just wondering….thanking you in advance for your input and insight!!

Based on what I’m reading in the help guides I should be able to edit skills by clicking the ellipses in the skill’s row.  However, I’m not seeing the ellipses to do so.  I only see the unassign option.Is this a change in skill management or am I missing something?

Our users log in using their company email addresses as the Single Sign-On identity. We’ve noticed that when users post comments in the Forum/Comment widgets within the courses, their usernames appear as their company email, which reveals their identity. As we work with multiple clients, it is essential to maintain user privacy and ensure that their identities remain hidden from on another. Is there any way we can anonymize these usernames, without having users manually create a identity-hidden username? Is it possible to randomly generate usernames for the forum purposes? Any insights, recommendations would be appreciated!

I was wondering if there is another setting that we should turn on to allow our users to unenroll from a course that they have not completed?We checked the ´Enable self-unenrollment for this course’ option in our courses under the Enrollment Options but our learners only see ‘Hide’ or ‘Mark as Outdated’ for their courses but not a way to unenroll for the course.

Hey community! I have some assets that were uploaded out of order to a channel and I wanted to see if there was a way to either edit the creation date to use the Newest to Oldest Sorting method or manually set an order of appearance for assets in a channel. Thanks for any help!

Have you experienced this issue: Username does not save after updating?email is configured as the username in the platform A student requested to change his username/email address but it keeps on reverting back to the original even after saving the changes.I change the new email, when saving the username remains with the former emailI already tried by clearing cache, cookies but still getting no results @Bfarkas @lrnlab @Annarose.Peterson 

I tried searching for a direct answer to this but don’t think I found one. May I ask if anyone knows if you are able to edit the assignment submission screen in the course editor?My goal to have my learners only see the “Drop your file here or browse” option and eliminate the “Record you Screen.
