Solved

HiI would like to ad some more text like “Click her for learninplan”, or something like that, in the pink slide up panel in the picture below. Just to make it a bit mor obvious, and easy to revert back to the learning plan. Anyone that has a good solution for that?

Hello community,May I know how can I generate a report that can list down registered users that haven't been enrolled to any courses/LPs in the platform? Our client has close to 500 courses in the platform. Quite troublesome for them to check who else in their registered users that haven’t been enrolled to courses/LPs. They are also looking at this report to check against their Power BI report as it doesn’t seem to tally. Is there a way that we can generate such report, either directly from the platform or using API?Thank you.

I am not sure if I missed this some where or if this function exists but a manager was wondering if it is possible to have a pop up or banner appear on the homepage for certain groups or those that are in a course to remind them to submit the survey? Or would this be an email notification instead?

Since the move to the data lake and the new process of 4hr refreshes, it seems this process is hit and miss...Over the weekend ran some reports and all went fine...today, on 2 separate client site, both reports and other background jobs are completely stalled. Nothing running for hours. Have 2 outstanding tickets…Question to the Community...anyone else experiencing these serious latency issues with reports and b/g jobs?

We have created a number of specific reports for users that are periodically delivered to the users, a functionality that is very much appreciated. But the admin that creates the report gets a notification (on the bell, in the web interface) for every report. This is fine for one or two, but it becomes a problem as the number increases. Especially when large numbers of them are delivered on Monday morning. This is an awesome notification for the user. But is there a way to turn this notification off for admin that created the report?

I don’t see a way to do it, but won’t be the first time I’ve missed something.Anyone know if a power user can be given permission to manually assign badges in gamification?

You know the drop down time zones when you create an event? I want to get copy the entire list for one of my Teams who coordinate programs all over the world. Does anyone know where I can find this exact Docebo dropdown list?

I have a lot of programs to launch today and I’ve been waiting close to an hour for two simple .csv uploads to process (one of them contains only 1 test user). I emailed Docebo Chat and it’s been a ½ hour with no response. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Can someone please explain to me how we can add a course to someone's record, without that course being visible for people to book on.We are running some closed courses and we want the people who attend to see it on their record.  However I’m worried that if I create a course and add them to it, this course will suddenly be visible to other users and confuse them.Is this possible?Karl

Dear community membersI have tried to create a new page showing courses on a page. I’ve tried both Catalogs and Channels, but none of them is satisfactoryChannel display the course enrollment status () but is impossible to sort by course codes () Catalog all the course sorting but the enrollment statuses tags disappear !Any suggestions ?

I’m re-designing our LMS homepage & I’m looking for an option to create a slideshow/Carousel using HTML code.  I’m not a PRO in using the HTML code, Any helps? Current task list widget in home page shows only the upcoming due courses, if date exceeds it shows no due/no pending course for the learners and it cause more confuse to the learners when we sent manually overdue list to them.As a workaround, I created a HTML widget and utilized as an Announcement/NEWS area to inform the learners about the due date for the compliance course (it’s a high priority). Still, I’m looking the way to improvise the visibility of overdue courses to learners (already we enabled overdue emails).I reviewed the topic Design inspiration: Creative ways to design your homepage & wondering how others design their homepage more efficiently for their learners. How are you addressing the overdue courses to the learners thru homepage? Any best practice to re-design the homepage using HTML widgets?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to upload your own page icon? I think that would be quite a nice option to have.Page Icon

As an Admi/Power User can I upload assets to Channels or the platform? Or can only users upload assets once the Channels have been created?

Maybe I’m missing something obvious, does anyone know if there is a way to hide learner emails from instructors of an ILT course? Due to PIPL/GDPR as well as business concerns with unauthorized use of emails, it’s a business requirement that our instructors do not get access to learner emails, but they do need the participant names to know who should be showing up, so they should be getting the roster and should get the other instructor-level privileges in the course.

Hi,I have to setup a learner’s training in Docebo, who has completed same courseA in external training. Is there a way to prevent the learner from enrolling same courseA in Docebo? Thanks,Liza

Hi!I’m not sure if I am doing something wrong, but I can't add "waiting list" in the Learning Plans. I have added "waiting list" in courses, but I don’t find how to do it in the Learning Plans. Please, someone could help me?Thank you :)

I’ve been reading through the DKB, and can’t find a clear description. When running a learner report of course engagement, I see two metrics that I’d like a more accurate description for - Number of Actions Number of SessionsWhat is defined as an action? Is it any time the course is open regardless of training material? Is a session any time the open the course shell, or does session have a different definition? Thanks in advance! On a side note I loathe that this report exports training time in seconds. Given that we have to input things in a specific format, converting this number in our analytics tool is painful.

We have a User that Completed a course 9/3/2021.She took the course again yesterday, Completed it, but does not show a Completion Date of 4 Jan 2022. It is still showing Completed on 9/3/2021. Any idea why the last Completion Date is not showing?

Is there a way to set up a notification that tells the learner that they were enrolled to a course but by who?Instead of it being a general enrollment notice email that they are enrolled to a course, it can be: You were enrolled to Communications 101 by Sam Smith (the one that enrolled them) or by HR etc. I can’t seem to figure it out.

Hello! First time posting here and trying to wrap my head around power users. We sell all of our courses and certification programs and would like to provide the option for our partners admins to enroll and purchase courses for their users. I’m not sure how to accomplish this with the power-user permission settings and hoping to get some guidance.  This community has been a tremendous help, thank you all for your contributions!

We publish courses in three languages, and during implementation I was advised to use the same code for all 3 versions of a course to make it easier to report collectively. However, after using Docebo for a while now, I think I would prefer to use seperate codes for each language. If you publish courses in different languages, how do you handle the course codes? Do you use a common or a unique code? And in your experience, what are the advantages and disadvantages of each method?

Hi everyone,We have created a beautiful video we want to use for our background on the sign in page. The video contains audio but when I upload it and then go to the sign in page, there is no audio.Does anyone know if audio is possible for this? Is it a CSS issue? Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Hi all, Is there a way to turn off the page info boxes?  After several months those are really starting to annoy people. I know you use the ? to hide them but next page they come back. We I turn them off all together?

Issue: The user can download the course completion certificate without completing the course Fix attempts: Added a quiz and file download as prerequisites for course completion. Also contacted tech support with Docebo: they said it had something to do with Activating and Managing the HTTPS App but I confirmed that the URL we set up that redirects from our HRIS for single sign-on is the same domain we have on our backend.

We have a slightly odd situation where we have assets that are in a large number of channels, in this case the asset is an infographic showing how to use the share option in coach and share. Some of the channels are restricted to a branch and others are public and open to all branches...and I realise as I type this that the solution is probably going to be not to reuse the assets in this way.Over the weekend a learner hasasked a question about the asset...and the notification about the question went to experts in the restricted channel who do not know the learner.  Is this how we should expect the notification to behave?  We have previously had to turn off other notifications where the system rules seemed too loose, has anyone else come across this scenario?
