Docebo Feedback

I’m trying to add in an iFrame of a youtube video, and the system is telling me youtube is blocking it. I have placed the address under the safe URLs, but the video will not play. I must be doing something wrong.  

Is anyone else seeing this as a significant limitation? (not able to add due date of XX days from the date of enrollment)We are experiencing ongoing user challenges due to the current limitation that due dates can only be set at the course level as a fixed number of days from enrollment. This constraint creates significant complexity for our use cases and has resulted in a high degree of manual intervention, particularly when a single course needs to be used for both mandatory and optional training.The level of effort required to manage these scenarios is substantially greater than what we understood or anticipated when entering into our agreement. As a result, this limitation presents a serious concern for us and is likely to be a deciding factor when we evaluate our contract renewal. If I created an ad-hoc report under Legacy reports and applied a filter to allow select super admins and power users to have visibility, how can I find out who I gave those permissions to? Docebo only tells me how many people have been selected but short of going through every single learner listed, there is no other way for me to know who has visibility to the report I shared. NOTE: I know these reports will no longer be accessible, I am trying to do a cleanup.

I find that SCORM files take a long time  (1 to 4 seconds) to open in Docebo. This results in an unpleasant user experience. The SCORM files are small microlessons, so I do not think the slow load time is related to file size. Does anyone else experience this? If so, have you found anyways to make the load time quicker?

The buttons for the Content Center and the Central Repository were moved to the header area at the top right of the page. We intentionally hide this header with custom CSS as this is valuable real estate and allows us to hide the additional text on these pages. The buttons are hidden now for us as administrators. We need these buttons to not be in the header area so we can access them but we do not want the header to be seen that contains the page title and description.  For example: Click on the + New or on the Creator buttons in the top right corner of the page to add new training materials or Creator lessons in the central repository, as described in the article on the central repository.How it looks now:  

Is there a way to make the newsletter window larger? Preferably in A4 size It’s a bit small to work in, and it would be easier if the window were bigger so that we could more easily review the text and images.

An ILT course was created and was suppose to be added to the learning evaluation prior to the session taking place but it was not. The session/event occurred and people completed the ILT but since the ILT was not added to the learning evaluation those that completed the ILT course did not get the survey delivered via email. The ILT course was added to the learning evaluation after learners completed the ILT. Is it possible to send a survey to those that completed the ILT course after it was added to the learning evaluation?

We need a notification for managers that summarize (digests) ALL direct reports who have not completed a particular course into one email. Sending this in separate emails for each user is not ideal. We receive multiple complaints from managers about receiving individual emails for each direct report that hasn’t completed a course.

My team noticed something interesting this week in the Communities add-on feature in our platform: a Moderator still needs to approve their own post if it includes any of the words flagged for moderation.While I understand the general functional reason for this, it seems a bit silly and unnecessary. I am wondering if this is on the docket to be updated and in general, what other Communities updates we can anticipate?

What specific problem or challenge are you facing? We need to give content creators and program owners visibility into how notifications behave—without granting them permission to modify system-level configurations.Today, Power Users with Notifications / View permission can see that notifications exist, but they cannot open them to inspect important configuration details such as: Recipient logic Trigger types and timing Groups, branches, courses, and learning plans tied to the notification To view this information, users must be granted Notifications / Edit, which also allows them to change, enable/disable, duplicate, or delete notifications. Because notifications are complex and high-impact, this creates significant governance risk. With edit access, a user could unintentionally notify unintended audiences at scale.

It would be really helpful to have a column in the Users area that displays each user’s sub-branch.Right now, when I need to see what sub-branch a user belongs to—whether for setting up Power User permissions or other tasks—I have to click Edit and then dig through multiple layers to find their branch location.Having the sub-branch visible as a column (or even displayed clearly at the top of the edit page) would save a lot of time and make managing users much more efficient.Another idea: show which branch they’re nestled in within the Power User permission set up so you know where they are in Users, making it a seamless add to Power User branch permissions.Thank you for considering this improvement!

When you go edit training material, under “Upload your own thumbnail”, at that point where the user may accidentally click "x" on the image, before that gets deleted from the system, wouldn't it make sense to have a dialog box that would ask the user "Are you sure that you want to permanently delete this image?" for example? Especially when there are multiple developers accessing the same platform and that image is being used in numerous courses

Dear Community,Hope you are doing well.I went through a couple of courses within the Docebo University and noticed that the embeded videos do not allow for full screen mode. The icon is not clickable. I tested it with Edge and Chrome. Same result. This makes it very difficult to understand the videos, as the text is really small.We faced a similar behavior with our Articulate Rise courses and were able to solve it by switching from Scorm to xAPI format. Since we use xAPI the full screen mode is available.Has someone else made a similar oversavation or can confirm, if this is indeed coming from Scorm based content?Thank you.Best,Dominik

I’d like to make a playlist of company policies for all employees to have a reference of.I uploaded them to the central repository for easy sitewide update access, but I can’t seem to find how to create a playlist to be able to then create a channel for our company policies.I appreciate your help in advance.

The options for the “Global Search” set up should allow us to choose how we want the results to show by default. Additionally, the "Best Match" dropdown options currently only allow for A-Z and Z-A. What about Newest to Oldest? It would seem most relevant to show the newest content first, not alphabetically.Or why wouldn’t it be a “Filter” options to have Date with an option of Newest to oldest?The recency gap seems to be a big one what would vastly improve the user experience.

Hi Docebo Community, We have created a custom reports builder in the New Report menu. Can this custom report be made the default for each course management? View Custom Report Default view Report in course management 

Hello, We created custom reports in the new reports dashboard. When these reports were sent out to the recipients we received feedback that the exports where difficult to open and transfer to our Google Drive. Is it possible to have the exports be downloaded and emailed as csv or xls file attachments instead of compressing it into a Zip file? Or at least offer the option of file only or zip file. Thank you, Lana MooreAuctane Inc.

I would love to be able to display widget on the course overview page rather than in the course player, at least people would be able to see files repository and comments before heading start the learning, i like the idea of the collapsed widget on the Focus Mode, but this will be add on or direct link rather than just skipping the home page,  Also on the docebo help website this information is contradictory https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020082620-Configuring-the-course-player as if one place it says the widgets will be display on the course player and in different part including some screenshot, it says that when activating the overview page, widget will be display there. 

Hello, just wanted to share an observation and feedback regarding current misalignment of Docebo Creator to the new course MVP framework. Docebo Creator: translates the course but is single xAPI file with all languages embeddedCourse MVP: translated training materials need to be separate filesPlease consider aligning both product teams so that content created in Creator can still be translated but individual xAPI zip files can be added to course management translations.

Question 1...If I create a Test and have imported the questions from the Question Bank, is there a way to remove all the questions at once without deleting them individually, which can be very time consuming for a large number of questions?Would it be possible to introduce the functionality to remove all of the questions with one or two clicks? Question 2...It is easy to manipulate the Question Bank as it has a search functionality to find the relevant question. There is no search functionality in an individual Test. Can this search functionality be introduced?

Archived enrollment data is not transferring when merging users. This was originally posted by JZenker and was closed. The Docebo team stated it may be a bug but no resolution has occurred. We are not able to delete duplicate accounts due to this issue.  

We assign our annual compliance trainings on a quarterly basis throughout the year to make the trainings more digestible for our employees and it would be ideal if I could schedule these mass enrollments ahead of time instead of needing to do them on the first day of the quarter. Perhaps we could update the enrollment rules section to include a ‘enrollment date’ that would push the mass enrollment? I would love to know if there’s a solution to this that already exists, but in general would love to make this less manual in the instance that the learning admin is OOO or otherwise caught up.
