Power User can't see courses in Course Management screen
I’m new to using a Power User to help me with certain tasks so pardon me if this is a silly question. However, my Power User can’t see any courses in our Course Management tab. She can see the folder and the filter but otherwise, the screen is blank for her. Any suggestions?? I feel like I have things set up for her correctly for her to be able to assist with management of courses but perhaps not?

It’s not often I’m wow’ed in business anymore, but I have to hand it to the Docebo team. I just opened my package for Docebo Inspire and you can color me impressed. I got the cooler, cookbook, etc. package and it is very cool. Thanks, Docebo team for a great start to the week! I’m looking forward to attending Inspire Tue and Wed!!
How do you handle localization?
Recently we’ve been receiving a lot of requests for localization of our video-based courses. We currently handle three languages, but the addition of more languages is beyond the scope of our small team. I was wondering how other admins/organizations have approached this challenge. Has anyone been able to find a contractor that can localize their courses speedily, accurately, and at a reasonable cost? Our courses are quite technical, so I’m wondering how accurate an outside contractor would be. Also, how have you handled the Docebo side of things? I know the user interface supports a wide range of languages, but how easy is it to maintain custom elements like menus and pages without a native speaker in-house?

Problems with uploading users this morning? Or is it just me?
I have a lot of programs to launch today and I’ve been waiting close to an hour for two simple .csv uploads to process (one of them contains only 1 test user). I emailed Docebo Chat and it’s been a ½ hour with no response. Is anyone else experiencing this?
What third place feels like on the leaderboards
A few weeks ago, @Bfarkas overtook my position as a long standing holder of being in a second position behind @lrnlab. Third place has a different feel to it, I dont feel the pressure to keep up with @lrnlab or @Bfarkas.I look at the world differently. I am slowing down to smell the fresh air.Appreciating the questions that are coming to me in Private Messages.Dont get me wrong I am not settling. I just I feel like I made my stride nice and early...and I dont have much more to prove…..other than….@Bfarkas? Getting out of our own heads
Lately I find myself repeating a question across all divisions in our company and it goes something like this: “I know we understand that, but does the reader/learner/customer? Or is that just an industry/division/specialist term?”We were filming the marketing team about an upcoming sale (we are a retail company) and they referred to MAP pricing, but didn't’ explain it. I cut the take and asked them if the frontline employee would have any clue what MAP pricing was and their response was basically “oh, I guess not. It’s Minimum Advertised Price.” My next question was ‘why should they care’ (I love asking “So what?” questions of my SMEs!) and the discussion that ensued completely changed that segment of the training for the better.Here’s my point: we do this a lot in Learning and Development. Getting caught up in our own terminology makes it harder for others to work with us. We preach teaching to the audience in front of you to others, but often fail to do it ourselves.Docebo staff, I’
Can anyone with subtitles confirm it is working in the mobile app (not mobile browser)?
I have 200 courses with subs in 8 languages and 0 work in the branded (or non-branded) mobile app. Support says it is supposed to be working. Can ANYONE confirm subs are working in the mobile app (NOT mobile browser) for them - or try uploading a subtitle and see if it works in their mobile app? Thanks friends!

What was your fav part of DU @ Inspire?
Having been to many platform conferences before, I was looking forward to Docebos take as I got to finally attend my first Inspire. They did not disappoint, enjoyed the platform and the wide range of topics and participants having great and open discussions. I found it fun to hop around the round tables and listening to people share, it was like a microcosm of the wonderfulness of the community site but live. Looking forward to the next two days! Mobile Solutions Opinion
Curious, what is your experience with learners accessing content on phones or tablets? I have learners in our organization asking about options for mobile phones, I just do not see the phone being conducive for courses, however I may be wrong. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you!
Are others seeing Failed and “Locked” Course Purchases??
Hello Docebo Community!We are using Authorize.Net as our payment gateway, and are repeatedly experiencing a problem that requires manual intervention. I'd very interested to hear from the community if others are seeing something similar. Or even better, I have my fingers crossed that someone has come up with a clean solution. : ) We are have been escalated with Docebo support for quite some time, but they have not been able to provide any help yet. Problem Description:Case #1- Courses added to the shopping cart get stuck in s "pending state"- The end user cannot access the course- The end user can't abort the transaction- The end user can't perform a replacement purchase transaction The end user is stuck. They have to call us, we clear the transactions and have them resubmit. Sometimes we have to repeat the process more than once. Case #2- All of #1… PLUS… Payment was processed and customer was charged. (This results in even less pleasant phone conversations) Case #3- All of #2… P

What's wrong with ILT
Hi all,We recently ran a few tests using ILT in Docebo. There’s definitely some issues with ILT (and vILT) and I wanted to post these here in case someone at Docebo is listening. ILT is overly complicated in general and the end user experience leaves A LOT to be desired. Here are some of my findings. End User Issues:Two different interfaces if users are enrolled vs. not enrolled into the vILT course. Issue if user is assigned more than one session. Difficult to find and launch session. Course calendar entry in Docebo sends users to the entire list of entries, instead of the one they clicked on. Very frustrating if many sessions are listed. Calendar issue when user clicks on an event calendar link within Docebo. It creates another calendar within Outlook. Only happens when user clicks the link in Docebo, not the confirmation email .ics file, which adds to the primary calendar. There is overlapping text on the drop-down menu above the enroll button. Hi everyone and happy Monday! If you’re just logging into the community for the first time since the weekend, you might notice that our membership has skyrocketed! We’ve almost doubled our membership since Friday, currently sitting at 186 members at the time I’m writing this post (and there’s a good chance we’ve already passed the 2x mark by the time you read this post).
