Hello community,I am seeking assistance with an issue I've encountered. I am attempting to update a user's additional fields using the PUT /manage/v1/user/{id} endpoint. However, I'm facing some challenges and would appreciate your help.The message structure I'm using for the update is as follows:{    "userid": "test@test.com",    "email": "test@test.com",    "additional_fields": {        "3": "Finland",        "4": "No"    }}Upon sending the request, I receive a response indicating "success." However, I've noticed that the additional fields are not being updated as expected. To make matters worse, if the user already had some values in these fields, they are being replaced to “blank” by my request.Thank you in advance for your support.  

Wanted to see if anyone found a good solution to this issue. We want to create a way to get all users created on the system given a date via the api.Looks like the endpoint - /manage/v1/user does not really help since it does not have any filters for date_created. It does have option for updated_from but that shows everyone who logged in today and not necessarily created today. We need to send these people to an external client accurately and using the webhooks always runs to some random error overtime. We’re planning to use cronjobs to check the LMS for newly created users for that day and send them to the external client.  Anyone has any ideas? 

Firstly I am amazed that all of the Outlook calendar integration posts and ideas have disappeared from the community!Secondly, for the 18 months that we have been a Docebo customer we have been told that Outlook integration is on the road map and is due for release.  Each time being pushed back into the next quarter.  Now we are told it is only possible if we purchase Docebo Connect!!?!?The basic functionality of having a calendar appointment drop into a learners calendar automatically has been in every LMS I have worked with (even our legal eLearning content providers VERY basic platform that was only capable of hosting SCORM and classroom bookings).We currently have a work around whereby the department admins are creating the ILT, enrolling all department users (whether they can go or not), then copying the link to the course and putting it into an Outlook appointment that will then drop into a lawyers calendar without them having to do anything.  This way when a date/time/location c

Hi,I am trying to update an additional field to multiple users in batches. If I have 100 users_ids in the the array, I want to update the additional field value for each user.Input:{        "user_ids": [1234,5678,..100 user_ids        ],        "additional_fields": {            "24": "15"        }} I want to insert different additional field for each user. From the above request body, it will update “15” for all the 100 users, but i want to update the”24” to “100” for user_id 1234 and “200” for user_id 5678 and so on. I know we have the /manage/v1/user/1234 endpoint to update additional fields for each user. But, I want to do this in batches of users with different additional fields. The reason to do this is to not reach the 1000 API calls per hour limit.

Hi all, I’m trying to work with my tech teams to create an API that will capture results in Docebo and send them to our data warehouse. We ultimately will build a Tableau dashboard off the data captured in the warehouse. These are the fields that we are trying to capture: Field course_name first_name last_name username branches location sub_department care_channel enrollment_date completion_date final_score  My tech team is having a hard time diphering what endpoints to use from the API Explorer. Has anyone set this up and would be able to provide some guidance? Thanks!

Hi Folks, New to Docebo and currently deep into exploring Docebo U, and the Knowledge Base. I’m interested in the Google Drive API and would love to hear your experience of using it. What do you use it for? How has it helped you? What limitations have you found? My use case is something along the lines of: various internal content creators can use templated docs/slides etc. and upload them direct into the Central Repository, ready to pieced together into a course.Thanks!

Hello! As our team continues the development of our platform towards not only our sales reps but our internal employees we’ve come to a bit of a head where we need to select a content provider for continued development. Right now the two options we’re deciding between are Go1 utilizing the Docebo marketplace or instituting LinkedIn Learning. Would anyone be able to tell me if you’re using one of the two, how you’ve found it to work for you, and how it compares with the other if you have experience with it? I was torn on what category to put this in, so if it’s in the wrong place please let me know.

Hi all, we’re running the latest updated Go Learn app for our employees and have linked this in to SSO, with the settings all checked on SAML page.  The link to sign in with the SSO has disappeared since the app upgrade…. does anyone know of a fix for this or how to raise the issue as a significant problem?

I am trying to set up the LinkedIn App for Docebo to allow users to log in using their LinkedIn credentials. Has anyone done this? I have two issues:I am getting an error “The redicrect_uri does not match the registered value” error when the user clicks on the LinkedIn button from the login popup. The Docebo documentation says to put the following in the OAuth settings for the Redirect URL: https:  // yourplatformurl/lms/index.php  which I have done (https://wingsforkids.docebosaas.com/lms/index.php) but that throws the error.  The reason I went down this rabbit hole is because I set up the LinkedIn Learning integration with Docebo and I know it’s linked properly and I have successfully imported a couple of test courses and enrolled some users. But when the user starts the course they get a error message: Oops! It’s not you. It’s us. Give it another try, please. Try again Try again doesn’t work. Eventually it throws you into LinkedIn Learning but not the actual course you were trying t

Hello.I’m currently working on some Outlook integrations issues with support, and I occasionally check to see if the documentation has been updated, just in case there are new steps or recommendations I’m not aware of.https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/5542458272914-Docebo-Connect-for-Microsoft-Outlook-365-CalendarI see that when setting up the Outlook connection, you must grant the following entitlements:Mail.ReadBasic Mail.ReadWrite Mail.ReadWrite.Shared Mail.Send.Shared Calendars.Read Calendars.ReadWrite.SharedHowever, in the screenshot, there is a 7th entitlement listed: Calendar.Read.Shared.Does this need to be added? If not, can the screenshot be fixed? Thanks. 

Has anyone experienced integrating LinkedIn Learning courses and it not let you put the course in full screen when going through the course? If so is there a way to fix that?

I have built a custom connector into our organizations office365 power automate setup which allows me to build mini-apps to solve problems quickly. Wondering if anyone else is doing similar, and what they are doing. A few examples of how we have been using or are working on now are:ILT/Classroom Scheduling Tool: A wizard experience to let our users schedule and enroll users into sessions quickly, view overview video on it here.  Send hourly reports to an FTP server for processing, changing the format slightly. This keeps us from needing to configure 24 automations for each report. Set time zones for users on creation based on what office they are in. Bulk add users to a manual group from a csv file of usernames or email addresses. Send a daily report to our national instructors of the enrollment status of their classes each morning. Monitor for new branch creation and update processes based on it. Use a csv file with 4 pieces of information per session to schedule 150 ILT sessions a mo

Hey all, we’re working on a close to real time integration with our HRIS and hit a snag when using the API to create users. It appears the API requires us to set passwords when creating users although we have no desire or need to do so since everyone logs in via SSO. Docebo support confirmed that is working as intended and there is no flag or other mechanism to disable it as a required field. Has anyone else encountered this and if so how did you deal with it? I’m not keen on applying passwords to satisfy the API requirement but I suppose random complex strings could be our only option. 

Has anyone found an API call to log in as a user or impersonate a user? I know this can be done through the user management area, but I’m wondering if there is a means to do it via the API explorer.I’m not seeing anything in my searching, but perhaps I’m looking in the wrong spot.

We have found what we think is a new behavior.  Here is the scenario:Student is marked complete in a course where completion is determined by attendance.  Student takes a paper test, so we upload the scores days later.  When uploading the score (LO completion record), in spite of a correct completion date in the upload file, the student’s transcript reflects the date of course completion as today’s date.Drilling down further, the actual attempt (first attempt, last attempt) shows the correct date, but the completion date is wrong.The API endpoint we’re using is "/learn/v1/lo/tracks/batch".My question:  Is there a new option in the API that would simply update the score correctly without changing the course completion date?  Is this a bug?

 Greetings, all. I’m building out our first template for a series of xAPI files out of Storyline360.  Each will have a quiz component, generally 8-12 questions, each worth 1 point, folks need to get 65% correct or better to complete the course.  I’ve got most of it working, but when I import into Docebo and pass the quiz, in my Activities page it’s showing a combination of a percent and points (see below image).  Instead of saying I got 7 out of 8, it says 87.5 out of 8 in Statistics (in points), and instead of 87.5%, it shows 1093.75% in Statistics (in percent).  Any thoughts?   Oh - sort-of related, I’ve got the final button in the xAPI module set to ‘close lightbox’ to get back into the Docebo course, and that does not work at all.  Thanks in advance!  

Good day!Our custom pages are using iframes for added functionality. One example of this is our custom menu bar. However, when viewed via the mobile app, the iframe is not supported. Is there any alternative for this?

We have created a course historic  upload process using the API /learn/v1/enrollment/batch.The problem is that the process does not accept files with more than 200 lines.We need to upload files with more than 45,000 lines, totaling more than 1,200,000 lines, which makes it impossible to process 6.000 files to complete this job.Docebo's technical service gave us 7 weeks to complete this work, which affects our schedule.Does anyone have experience having created this process?Can you guide me on how to solve the processing limitation problem? Thank you.

We have a fairly critical requirement to have a Group that includes ONLY users who have not yet accessed the platform and relatedly, the Group for those that Last Access Date is X days ago.  Group Conditions do not include the User Field of Last Access Date as an option for defining a Group.  (No clue why as it seems like ANY user fields should be available to group on)  So, I’m looking to Docebo Connect to look at the Last Access Date and then set a Yes/No on a User Additional Field (which actually DOES show up as an option for Group Conditions).  Does anyone have experience with this?  My recipe seems to be failing on timeout. I expect that there’s an easier recipe to do this type of function...read User Field, set Variable/Additional Field.  Any Connect helpers out there? Or someone who has achieved similar end via a different path? Edited to Add:  These are the only User Fields I see available in Group Conditions (Language and Email Address).   

Our business has traditionally sold training to customers and provided additional methods for customers to pay for them. These include the following methods (and more)credit cards education tokens that enterprises could use to pay for courses (this is an entire system that we have in-house with customer approvals etc.) purchase ordersThe out-of-the-box functionality in Docebo for managing payments is inadequate. So we need to build some custom functionality. I have two questions related to this:Have any of you built elaborate payment mechanisms outside of Docebo? If yes, did you have to create the checkout process also OR were you able to use Docebo’s built-in Checkout Process. Do you have a consulting vendor that you have good experience with who can help build our project? Any that we must avoid?Thank you for any guidance you have on these aspects.
