Is anyone using Coursera as their content provider with Docebo? If so, how does the integration look? Would love to hear your experience with the interface between the two. 

Is there an API method to upload video as training materials? Basically the same functionality under e-learning => course management => select course => training material => add training material => upload video/screen recordingI see something close but have no idea how to use: /learn/v1/lo/screenrecording  I do not see a way to post file binaries.  

We are still in the onboarding process and I am running into an odd interaction with Docebo and MS teams. I can get the meetings created and enter them, but everyone joining from Docebo comes in as a presenter. My expectation would be instructors would come in as presenters and students would come in as attendees. Has anyone else experienced this?

Good morning,I’ve seen various topics on the community surrounding issues with Microsoft Teams integration, especially getting instructors to join as an instructor and not a learner.Has anyone successfully resolved? Been going round in circles with Docebo support and I utilise another bespoke system that we’ve successfully integrated into Teams without any of these issues, so I’m not sure it’s an actual Microsoft issue.The instructor has an Azure AD account, is added to the app / enterprise application, everything is paired within Docebo itself. Then whatever happens, they’ll always join as a participant. Thanks

Hi,When ILT session enrollment created, the ILT event attendance is created but the ILT session attendance has been updated event is not fired. Is it supposed in this way? Thanks,Liza

Hi community!Beginning framework work on the next FarkTool, and working on abstracting several tools I have built previously aimed at making scheduling ILT/VILT sessions easier. That being said, I have generally found this to be a very personal process for each organization, so trying to get a feel for what people really would like to have available to them.Right now I’m seeing it as two things:Bulk creation: Upload a CSV file with your data and it will process in the background and generate your sessions and events for you. A template will be provided, and minimal data will be needed to be put in. For initial release thinking it will be: Course ID Date/Time Length Instructor ID (optional) Location ID or Custom URL There will also be a few settings to select that will apply broadly across the sessions/events such as timezone which will be saved to your profile as presets so you do not need to deal with them each time. Hello, I am trying to setup zoom integration in the best way possible. Currently we have about 30 power users who need power user permissions, and currently when power users attend an ILT course with zoom even if they are enrolled as a learner, they get signed into Zoom account as the host. This causes a bunch of confusion and I’m trying to find a way around this. Does anyone have any tips or tricks? My other question is if we have 3 different zoom accounts sync’d up, which will the power user get signed into? Appreciate any feedback and your experience with this. Thank you ! 

Has anyone using the Google Drive integration encountered an Unauthorized Error 401? A few users have reported it recently and clearing the browser cache did not resolve it. It hasn’t happened to me directly so I haven’t been able to really dig into it yet, but it’s a minor pain point. I like using GDrive for documents because links still work unlike in the Slider Converter. However, I am rethinking the value of clickable links if I can’t depend on the integration to work for all of our users.

I have a request to add a new employee field as additional field in docebo on user level.LMS admin has already created a placeholder field in the user additional fields.how can I update the schema to map the new employee id value coming from workday and update the additional field in docebo?

Hi All,We are in a situation where Docebo’s user preffered timezone and time zone data in workday are in different formats.For eg Docebo user preffered time zone stores like GMT +2 Asia/TelAvivwhile workday stores like GMT+02:00 Israel Time (Jerusalem).We want to sync the timezone from workday to docebo via the integration/receipeWe are able to sync the timezone free field on user profile but the user prefference timezone is a list and timezone can only be choosen from it.has anyone faced similar issue or have any suggestionsThank you alreadyThanks

Hello community, We're considering integrating LinkedIn Learning into Docebo to get some content from them and we have some details that are not very clear for us.I would be very interested in getting to know your experience with LinkedIn Learning, especially on the below topics:How the implementation took place? And how long it takes By default catalog with all LinkedIn Learning courses - can be deactivated? If a user accesses a course from this by default LinkedIn Learning catalog - will this behave as a imported course? Appears in Course Management section and the report will be available directly on Docebo? From LinkedIn Learning we can import learning paths or courses, but can we also import just a lesson from one course? Let’s say there is a course with 3 lessons inside (videos) - can we import only 1 video and use it as a training material for one of our course in Docebo? Lessons learned All feedback appreciated!

we want to integrate the LTI with docebo. but unable to match OAuth signature with given consumerSecret. Oauth signature is generating, but it not matching with docebo generated  signature. Thank in advance Paparaju

Hello,I’m new to Docebo and working through initial setup of GoToWebinar integration. Within our team we have ran one successful test webinar which included use of a post-test as the marker for course completion and awarding of the certificate. While the test run went well, I’m uncertain about several things an hope that the community can help. Launching the webinar: While attendees joined the webinar via their course enrollment links, I didn’t see any or button inside Docebo for the organizer, so the webinar was started via the GTW session established by the Docebo event. Is that the correct way for one to host a session via the integration?Co-organizers: When I schedule an event in Docebo, the resulting GTW session only lists me as the organizer. While organizers can be added from within GTW, that adjustment never appears on the other organizers GTW dashboard. Does this mean that there can be only one organizer on a webinar established via the integration tool? Thanks in advance for

Hi all - I’m wondering if anyone else has taken the Harvard Manage Mentor modules via Go1? Our integration is not working properly (completed courses are not updating to show as complete on the learner’s record). We are getting a lot of messages from users. Docebo, Harvard and Go1 seem unable to get to the bottom of it. Becoming very frustrating. Would appreciate hearing about any similar experiences or advice on how to resolve. Many thanks, Andi 

Allow tags from Google Analytics 4 to work in Docebo and allow us to add the tags to the right location of the home page HTML code such as adding a Google Analytics 4 tag to the header and body of the home page.  We need a way to directly add Google tags to the header and the body as specified by Google.

We are looking for an API, where we can un-assign a course directly from a branch, so all the users of that branch will be unassigned/unenrolled from that course.(it need to done via 3rd party also)We have access to below url and can test it once we get any API for this requirement. https://nweastaging.docebosaas.com/api-browser/In my previous post we got the answer for group to branch assignment which can be done via https://nweastaging.docebosaas.com/api-browser/#!/audiences/Audience/Audience_audiences_v1_audience_uuid_users_0_1 Now we are looking for opposite of this API, so un-assignment/unenrollment of course from a branch. Really appreciate if someone can respond or help. Thank you 

Has anyone configured the Docebo/Cybersource integration to support both credit card payments and a bill me later option?  Is this even supported?  I’ve not been able to find any information in the Docebo documentation. I know that Cybersource has an .api for a bill me option, but I don’t know if it can be implemented with Docebo.Thank you. 

We use SSO and are thinking of changing our username from our email address to our employee id (which is a unique number).  Are there any reasons that you have encountered as to why we should not make this change?Kind RegardsLisa

Is anyone using OpenBadges.com to display their training badges on Linkedin?

When certain products within my organization are sold to a customer, training boot camps are required and the costs are included in the sales contract.  The boot camps are open courses, and they are available for purchase /enrollment in our Docebo-based university.  For those customers whose training costs are included in a product sales contract, we provide a coupon, which allows them to enroll at no cost.  The issue we have is that even though the cost is reduced to $0.00, users still have to provide billing information. Once the billing information is provided, users can enroll without providing credit card information. However, if billing information is not entered correctly, the enrollment is denied, but the coupon limit is reduced even though the transaction did not go through. Is there a way to remove the billing information requirement when a coupon provides a 100% discount. Thank you,

Hello All, We had some ILT course management issues which caused the wrong completion date to be updated.I'm looking for an API to perform the correction. The only one I found was /learn/v1/enrollments, but I can only update multiple users, in the same course, same session and same completion date. This generates a lot of processing.Can you suggest another endpoint that I can update in a single processing, multiple users, multiple courses, multiple sessions and multiple completion dates?Thank you.
