I created a number of learning plans and want them to appear in an order in the catalog and can’t figure out how to do that.

I’m looking to change the skills of a lot of assets in discover coach and share using the API’s however I can’t find an API or a report that allows me to download a list of the asset id code. I can find the code in the browser window but I don’t want to have to do this for all of the assets. I’m relatively new to the API’s so I must be missing it somewhere. 

HiIs there a way to run a report on all users which define which group they are in?  I have several users with no group attached.thanks

Can IDE (Integrated development environment) be integrated into Docebo?

If a user in a particular branch or group has not been logged into Docebo for more than a month, can a rule or any setting be set to automatically deactivate those user accounts?

Hello everyone! Curious if anyone has been able to locate a Knowledge Article or resource that basically shows what each field means in each Docebo report and how the field is calculated? For example, I’ve noticed some discrepancy with how ‘Enrolled’ is defined in some reports vs others on the course management page. I haven’t gotten clear answers but hoping I can get a comprehensive understanding of all the Docebo report fields and what they mean exactly.Thanks in advance if anyone has guidance on this!-Cynthia

Anybody know the way to change this course completion image in the new course player page using CSS or anything?  This picture isn’t really in keeping with the theme of our audience.  

I cannot get this api to work I keep getting bad request, syntax error. The course ID is a number so I’m inputting the course id number but should it be the UUID? The skill I’m writing the name of as it is a string in the JSON code but should it be the skill ID number or another string. I get the same error if I put in the skill ID number as well as the code. Trying to wrap my mind around the notifications. If we have a number of courses that all have different validity dates (e.g. 7 days, 21 days, 30, 60 etc.), is there a way to get around the ‘event’ being the enrolment and have the event as the expiry date to avoid having to set up multiple different notifications.  TLDR; is there a way to have one notification that can be reused, say, alerts users 7 days out from a course expiry date regardless of how long the validity period is of the course? Please and thank you :)

Do any of you know of a reliable way to turn off the “keep me logged in” functionality?I can’t seem to find the right CSS:div[class='ui-input-checkbox'] {    visibility: hidden !important;}Nor does this jQuery seem to be working correctly:$("label[for='ui-input-checkbox-14']").hide(); These do work from the console, so I’m guessing it has something to do with the modal window itself.

Managing Power User resources is challenging for our instance. My Teams is fine for our internal users as we know the “Direct Manager” but it is much more challenging for our external vendors. Our Learning Plan provisioning must support access through the Admin Gear as well as My Teams, meaning the visibility to our Learning Plans for our Power Users are managed through Catalogs and Learning Plans as resources.The Manage Power User interface is fine for assigning resources but challenging for removing resources. You have to go to each individual user to remove resources. This is a problem when retiring a bunch of Learning Plans and having to update hundreds of Power Users.The information I needed to do this was available from two sources. I have a separate Python script that runs weekly that pulls all of the Power User info and provisioning, and then I did an API call to get the ID or my Learning Plans. But you can get the user IDs from a report.Warning:

Greetings team! I am looking at a use case that seems like we’re running into some limitations on courses vs. learning plans. I’ll try to outline our weird org and maybe someone has a recommendation on what I’m doing wrong, or if there are better options.Our catalogs are based on group visibility which is often shared markets. In this example let’s say we have an English catalog shared among the EMEA region and two countries the UK and Norway are both in the group and catalog. Typically, they’d see all the same content. However, if we have a product go live only in the UK, it still needs to be in that catalog but Norway can’t see it. I’m confused why if the course inside the LP is set to enrollments not allowed, but when I add the LP anyone can enroll it. Is that the only option? If I add the course, visibility is correct. Hello,We added new e-learning courses to our LMS and would like users to self-enrol to the courses. The only option I can see available for self enrolment is by providing a link for the course, is it possible for the user to search the title of the course and self enrol?Thank you,Teresa

I believe the answer is no, but thought I’d confirm it here. I’m looking to change the creation date of a course to change where it appears in a channel. I was searching the API library for a potential solution, but can’t seem to find anything. Perhaps someone here has found a way to do this? 

I’m trying to incorporate Contests into our training for learners who pass a course. I set up the sample contest and assigned custom badges for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.Is there a way to automatically assign those badges to the learners who earned 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place rankings or does it always have to be done manually?I see to auto assign badges, the only options are if they completed the course, had the most likes, etc., but nothing if they placed high in a Contest.I’d like for the top 3 winners to automatically earn the gold/silver/bronze badges in their collections if that’s possible. 

I’m trying to use HTML widgets to load images for multiple languages that will each be linked to separate catalogs. Using the WYSIWYG works great to add the image to the widget, but no matter what sizing on the image I try, I cannot get the alignment I’m looking for. The widget automatically adds <p> to the HTML which creates whitespace, I’m able to remove the whitespace but that makes the widget slightly shorter than the carousel I have next to it.Whitespace whitespace removed but widgets different sizes - both HTML/WYSIWYG widgets - both images set to 220px

I am looking to change the order of how the courses are displayed in channels/catalogs. Is there a way to do this or code to use to have courses show in a certain order? 

We have set up a test, and the first “question” is a title type. A screenshot of the setup is below. You will notice bullets next to part 1 and part 2.When we view the test the way a learner would however, the bullets are missing. Screenshot below. When I inspect that element on the page, I can see that it has proper unordered list tags, so the only thing I can assume is that those elements are not styled properly when it comes to tests. This is not in the online help.  After months of trying to figure this out, I was able to determine the cause.  I hope this saves people from hours of researching. The problem: the Survey report is duplicating the survey data. The cause: Because I am using Branches and just said all survey data, it is reporting both at the root (top) level as well as at each branch level. Thus, duplication.The solution: There is no way to exclude the top level. As a workaround, I specifically selected all the Branches below it.  (I’ll need to be careful in the future if I add a new branch that I remember to include it in the report spec; however, I can catch omissions by checking the survey completion sequential ID.)The result: I get the data once, by branch, instead of duplicated (it’s nice to have it by branch for analysis.)ALSO: when a user is inactivated because they left the company, their surveys are not longer in the Survey report.  Personally, I thin

Hi EveryoneWe plan to use OCLs as a way of recording Competence Assessments.  In the OCL line managers will tick either Competent or Not Competent and record the date the assessment took place.  OCLs will be assigned to relevant job roles and will be scheduled for repeat every 12 months.  However, if an employee is assessed as Not Competent or a new piece of work equipment is introduced, it would be appropriate to assess the employee within the 12 months timeframe.  Is it possible to override an OCL schedule for an individual employee or indeed for everyone assigned to a particular OCL?

Within the past week we have identified that our internal certificates are no longer completing the required fields please see example below.We have never had this issue before and was unsure if the system has been updated and changed some of the background settings.Are any other superusers having similar problems?
