We’re looking to make a series of videos available as non-course content for specific learner groups.From what I’ve been able to research it seems that channels is likely the best/only option, but there appears to be quite a bit of confusion and some issues within the community conversations on this. Is channels the only/best option? What has worked well for others?Our end goal is that learners can easily view video content without needing to enroll in and complete a course We need to be able to accurately report on who has completed each piece of content (viewed in full, not just clicked on or scrolled over or exited after 10 seconds)We really don’t want to use Discover Coach & Share – we intentionally had this disabled from our platform to prevent confusion and issues with all the question and feedback pages and options. From what I’ve read I believe some of the channels functionality is tied in to using DCS, particularly reporting. So

On Docebo Help it guides me to the Admin menu and then says there is “Learning Evaluation” in the Apps and Features part of the menu - I dont seem to have that option (yes I am a SuperAdmin!)

In our Docebo platform, anyone who passes an exam shows as “completed” and anyone who fails an exam shows as “in progress”. Users also get 3 attempts at passing the exam. I’m looking for a report that I can set for a specific timeframe (monthly) and show every user who accessed the system during that timeframe and is either “completed” or “in progress”. Basically I want to record the pass/fail rate for our exams for the specified period.So far I have found the reporting functionality in Docebo very limited. I can set the “completed” timeframe but then “in progress” people don’t show. I can show the status of ALL users, but then I’m exporting 40,000 records to sift through to get a picture of one month. I can look at training material statistics but can only see “completed”.Can anyone tell me which type of report I should be selecting and the settings for reporting both “completed” and “in progress”?Thank you!

Hello - I’m currently building a new library of videos - not meant to be courses but rather prompts for people to watch without the friction of having to enroll in a course to be able to watch them. We are using Coach and share for it (I believe a legacy product?), and what we are currently experiencing is that the videos uploaded as vimeo links are not showing up in channel reports - nor are showing up in Harmony searches. Has anyone experienced anything similar or found a solution for this? Thanks

Hello,I’m helping my coworker set up ILTs in Docebo. The ILT is a live training to be hosted at multiple locations (Georgia, Texas, and Ohio). As we set up the sessions in Docebo, we want to enroll any learner who lives locally to the location. Our senior leadership wants us to incorporate some method of tracking enrollees’ acknowledgment of the enrollment, both for the accountability on the staff’s part that they have to attend the training, but also so we can enroll them in a webinar or makeup session as needed. Has anyone found a way to require an acknowledgment for a live training using Docebo that doesn’t involve building another course and using a learning plan? I appreciate your ideas!

We have folks that are signing up for week long courses and are backing out during the first session of the course because they didn’t realize it was a week long commitment. To help address this, we would like to have users in someway acknowledge that they are aware and agree to the time commitment when enrolling into a course.Any ideas on how to best accomplish this?

I’ve used this article to great advantage to enroll folks via the API, but it depends on learners not currently being enrolled. Has anyone seen any similar instructions for how to use the Edit Multiple endpoint on people already enrolled? 

Hi - Is anyone else experiencing this?We use 1 service email account for our Outlook Connect Integration.We paired that MS Teams account in Docebo VILT Microsoft Teams to automate the meeting link process.The generated meeting invites (Outlook and MS Teams) are missing Meeting Options. Having the options would allow us to assign instructors and others as co-organizers so they can start and manage the meetings on their own. As it is now, we have to start EVERY meeting for them.The alternative to bypass thisWe have to manually create all invites and paste the meeting link URLs using the custom tool this creates 2 identical invites on our calendar for every meeting it turns an automated process into a manual one Even if we use the instructors created meeting links instead, it creates 2 invites for them and it’s confusing to maintain and change manage with a large instructor schedule.

I still have not figured out a good way to handle forklift evaluations that are federally required every 3 years.  Has anyone done this? Checklists don’t have a grading or pass/fail/retake options.Making an “External Training” seems tedious to manage.Wondering if the best way is a course shell with just a question that they swear they passed? or force an assignment where you upload a copy of your evaluation (this is a lot to ask of a deskless worker)?Any ideas? eCFR :: 29 CFR 1910.178 -- Powered industrial trucks.

I need some suggestions.  we are looking for a place for people to have a place to post information about agents they have created.  We thought we would create an Agent page in Docebo.  We thought about having a place for team members to upload documentation and videos showing how they created the agent, a link to the agent etc.  Has anyone done anything like this?  My thought is a channel.  Any feedback and thoughts will be very helpful! 

We would like to launch using channels but at this time we do not want to allow everyone the ability to upload content or ask questions on the platform.  We would like to remove the two icons that show at the top right for sharing content and asking the expert from the All Channels page and the actual channels when they are opened up.  Does anyone know how to do this? Because they are built in there isn’t an option to turn them off like you can when you build your own page.  I could build my own page though it would mean a lot of manual work and then when people click on the channel they would still end up seeing these two icons.  We could launch with them there as I know we can restrict who shared content but the challenge is that it is still there, the user can still click on it and go through the motions of uploading but then they get to the end and there is no channel to add it to.  So if I can restrict it why can I not just remove this as an option to avoid confus

Hello everyone,I’m currently uploading 2,000+ questions and trying to organize them into question banks. I understand that Docebo doesn’t currently allow questions to be imported directly into a question bank, but has anyone found a way to move questions from a GIFT-imported test into a question bank?Manually adding more than 2,000 questions one by one would be extremely time-consuming. Copying a question plus four responses means 10,000+ individual copy/paste actions. My fingers hurt just thinking about it 😥I’m hoping there might be a more efficient workflow that others have discovered.Context for why I need question banks:For each area, I need multiple question sets that pull from the same pool. This is the only question in the Test. Users enter a code given to them. There are multiple correct answers: But I am seeing users answer the question Incorrectly but are still marked as Passed: I didn’t check the box at the bottom “This question is only correct if all of the answers are correct” because there are not multiple Blanks. BUT I wonder if selecting that box will correct the problem...can you confirm?

We're looking to customize observation checklist notifications by assigning different notifications to different checklist types. However, it appears that the system only supports a single notification applied universally across all checklists. Is this a current platform limitation, or is there a configuration we might be overlooking that would allow for customization?

Anyone know of an AI agent/chatbot that you can iframe into an elearning course?The concept is instead of using a scenario builder (a common enough content block type in tools like Rise and Easy Generator)? To teach a chatbot to support certain scenarios in a natural language type of way.For example - lets say we make a course on delegating tasks for managers. Instead of doing role playing like activities with the scenario builder? The idea is to tune up the chatbot to respond to a person after it knows its role in the story (maybe in one case it is the micromanaging supervisor, in another scenario  it is the person that deflects tasks). 

I have been tasked with evaluating the strategy for using groups and putting together recommendations for new standards, cleanup needed, and governance going forward. I want to start by analyzing the current state. I can see all the groups from the Group UI but can only sort by name. I want to extract Name, Description, Type, and Eligibility Rules. How do I do this? PS. I tried a copy/paste from the UI but I can’t get it to copy into rows so I can sort. Plus, I still would have to open each one individually to capture the Eligibility Rules.Also, I know I can export the users by Group, is there a way to export users for all groups at once? I don’t see any reports with “group” in the user data fields.
