hi.just noticed yesterday that there is no logical linkage between the expiration date and the user status, so technically, unless manually updated, a user can still remain active despite their passed expiration date.business wise i don’t see any coherence in that, but anyway, did anyone manage to create such automation between the expiration date and the user status? i’d like all users whose expiration date is reached to change their user status to deactivated.Expiration date is updated via HR interface based on daily batch file and using docebo connect.thanks for the help,ben.

If we have set up an ILT course with 5 sessions, can we limit access to one branch or group to session 1, and then change which group can access session 2, and 3, and 4, and 5?

We have multi-day training workshops where the attendee is registering for the entire workshop. They are not allowed to pick and choose between the agenda items and they are required to attend both days. ILT needs the ability to create multi-day events where the attendee only has to enroll once and it’s clear that the attendee is registering for all required days. I have submitted the idea (see link above), so if you think this would be useful to you, please upvote it. In the meantime, does anyone have suggestions or best practices on how your’e handling this system limitation?Thank you!

Hi there I’d love if anyone has an answer for this question below. Tried reaching out to help chat but didn’t really get a proper answer. Via the API how can we edit the LEARNER’s learning plan end date? Assume a learning plan expires after 6 months and if the user purchases a extension for another 4 months how can we streamline this to make it automatic via the APIs to update the user’s learning plan end date? I know we can manually do this via the learning plan tab in the admin portal but I am looking for an automatic way.  Would love any feedback. Thanks.

I am sure there’s a way of doing this elegantly - I even think I’ve seen it done in the Docebo Uni - but I can’t quite work out how.I am using Adapt Authoring Tool to create SCORM packages and ideally I’d like to do the following:Create a series of single page SCORMs Add a link to the end of the first to link it to the next directly, so the learning doesn’t return to the course page.Does anyone know how I need to set it up. Is there a way to show the total training credits to be earned by completing the Learning Plan?Each Course has Credits. Is this feature available for Learning Plan too? Based on the course completion is Learning plan, total training credit gets added to the learning plan. 

We’re adding a new language to our platform and I would appreciate to hear if my intended setup makes sense and what best practices are.What I’m aiming for: I want the two languages to be fully separate. hi everyone,is it possible to generate a report that displays/exports the details entered into the description field for course training materials ? 

I’m struggling a bit with the API documentation.  There are many API calls that leverage the numeric value for field options that are only text-based in the platform, documentation, and help.  For example, “Level” for a course.  I know the options are student (don’t get me started about why it’s “Learner” in the frontend dropdown lists but “student” if you’re using CSV), tutor, instructor.  BUT...which is which numeric value?  I can’t find it ANYWHERE in the resources.  Same thing for “status” I know the options are subscribed, enrolled, in progress, completed, etc.  but what number goes with each status?  If someone can please point me to the place where these lookup values are hidden, I would greatly appreciate it.   

Hello,From time to time, when we create a new Course, we put news about it on our Docebo’s main page (in the custom-made News section).We always include an Enrollment Link (deep link) to said course; however, at the moment it is hard for us to tell how many clicks it generates. Do you know about any way to keep track of this? Perhaps using a third-party tool to change the link while redirecting?Unfortunately, Google Analytics doesn’t show us any results for Enrollment Links and standard link to the course is not exactly the same as it also shows the general amount of views (from my courses and course catalog sections).

I work at a software company and we are experimenting with posting our release notes on Docebo. I am currently uploading the release notes into their own course, but I would rather upload the PDFs directly to their own widget in my customized home page. For example, in the empty space on the bottom left of this page.  Does anyone know how to create a widget that allows users to open PDFs? 

What permission am I missing to give our Power Users the ability to assign zoom hosts when creating Virtual ILT Sessions and events?  The Power User is paired in Zoom V3 and has all permissions for course, learning plans, ILTs, enrollments, locations, and webinar tools.  What flag or permission am I missing?  Can only admins assign zoom hosts?

I have over 200 checklist that are in process.  I have no idea where they are hung up. The dashboard does not give me enough data to act on nor does it have export ability.Also how do you move a checklist to another manager or delete it altogether.

How can I generate a report of all catalogs and channels and the courses they contain as well as the users, groups and branches that have access to them? 

Does anyone know how to remove the text Points on the Contest Chart? I figured out how to remove the Rank and Star. But stumped on the Points or text displayed. I’m not sure if removing the whole column is an option.

Hi there,Just wondering if there is any way to future assign a course on a specific date or, one year after completion of another course.  We have a compliance training that is 5 years long: one course per year.  Each subsequent course must be assigned a year after completion of the previous course.  It would be simple if we just had a small group of people but we hire 10-20 new hires a week who will need to take the course immediately, and then a new course each year for the next 5 years.  So it’s kind of a rolling enrollment for the course.  Each NY new hire must complete the initial course within 60 days of hire.Any thoughts on how to accomplish this task?  I’ve thought of creating groups but the group function only allows info on completion of a course but not the date it was completed.  

Hello everyone,Throwing this out there trying to see if we are the only ones experiencing this issue. Tried to take it up with Docebo Support who said it was an issue with Zoom and Zoom Support telling me it must be an issue with the way Docebo makes the link. (I also lean towards the latter.)Background: We commercially offer trainings for orthomolecular therapy and other health related topics to external people. Our hosts (some 15 people, based in different countries) are successful therapists / medical professionals, mostly employed on a per-event-basis and have their own busy businesses to run outside of that.What do we experience?When we create an ILT event and want to use the Zoom v2 the meeting gets created just fine.HOWEVER, if we make ANY update to the event (even just clicking “Save” without changing anything), i.e. switching the trainer, the original Zoom meeting is deleted and a new one is created.

Is there any way to connect the Rewards Shop to an actual online store so we can have users just purchase pre-approved items through the Shop?   

Hello, I just migrated from our previous system and launched with Docebo last week! Use case I am trying to solve for: We send out an Onboarding survey (course with a survey) 30 days after a new employees hire date. Has anyone had any luck in creating a group that would include this and trigger 30 days after a users hire date? (I do have the hire date as an Additional Field.)OR...if that is not possible wondering if there is an automated report I could set up to include all users who were hired in the last 30 days or something along those lines. Any help is appreciated! This community has already been invaluable through the launch.

Hi Everyone, How do I set a deadline for a course in a particular learning plan, but have it available as an open course to anyone else who takes it outside of that learning plan? IE- I need everyone in a particular learning plan to finish a course before an ILT session (specific date). This course is a technology course, so anyone at the organization can take it by signing up from the catalog, but there’s no requirement or deadline for taking it.
