We have users who will attend a course but still need visibility to upcoming sessions. Is there a way to assist in this visibility with our ILTs?

I have a power user who I’ve assigned all courses and learning plans but she doesn’t have Course Management on her Admin menu. Here’s her permissions: What am I missing?

We are searching for a way to display for individual users a listing of upcoming ILTs and VILTs that they have registered for.

Hi, I have a question and was wondering if anyone of you know a better way to do this. We have compliance courses that are actually the same courses completed 5 to 6 times in an year. When a learner has completed it 5 times in an year, it would only pull the latest completion date rather than all the 5 different completion dates through out the year. What other work around could be done except for creating new courses everytime a new completion date has to be assigned to a learner.

We have a request to make an elearning course visible only to members of our People Manager group. The course is optional for people managers, so will be configured for self-enrollment, and needs to be within an existing catalog on our main page. Is this possible, and if so, how?

Hello all!I’m in a pickle. I have a list of people’s usernames who may or may not be users in my Docebo system.I want to do a mass deletion of any of these users that are in my system.Here are the problems:It looks like I cannot do a mass deletion this way, but I can expire the users. That’s fine, I can just delete after. (Unless there IS a way to mass delete via CSV?) HOWEVER - I really don’t want any usernames that are on the list to be imported. If a username on the list isn’t currently in Docebo, I want it to be ignored.Is this possible?Thank you for your help in advance!

Hello! We have a request to create a test question that only allows the user to choose ONE correct answer, but there are 3 possible answers. There is one BEST answer that should be worth 1 point. There are 2 other correct answers that are worth .5 each, but the instructor only wants the users to be able to select 1 of the 3 answers. I have searched for options and tested scoring options for both multiple and single response quiz types and nothing has worked so far. Is anyone else doing anything like this?  Thanks in advance!  

Hello, everyone!I’m currently looking into adding IT training into our platform, and our team is looking into if there are integrations in any way, even if it’s with Connect, to pull data from Pluralsight to Docebo or even host those videos here. Unfortunately my searching is failing me and I can’t seem to find an answer one way or the other without hitting walls, so has anyone here used Pluralsight at all?

I am curious - for those of you who do lots of CSS customization - how do you go about finding out the right  .class  and  #id  to target?Are most people…doing some investigative work with the browser console/inspect features using some sort of master reference guide out there someplace sifting through linked stylesheets contacting Docebo tech support doing Jedi mind tricks using some other cool methodI have currently relied heavily on #1 above for the little I have done so far but would be open to studying a well commented, prettified reference guide… #2   

When typing into the global search, options appear correctly, which is great. When I click on the course that I’d like to be taken into, it does not take me to it directly. Instead, it takes me to my selections Learning Plan homepage. From there, I’m left to search through all the options to find what I’m looking for. Is there a reason that when I click on a course from the global search that it doesn’t just take me directly to what I’ve selected?

I am running into a speed bump.. I have external users that need to be notified they have been invited to join a organizations team. I can not seem to find a way to notify a user thru email that they have been invited to join a team. I have looked thru the notifications and help files and can not seem to find one that accomplishes this goal. Am I missing something or is there a potential solution someone might know of? I know the platform has a notification popup upon sign in to complete the organizational connection, but this is just not getting the job done.

What happens if I put a course under maintenance while a user is taking it? Will it kick out anyone who is taking it, or will it only prevent users from starting it. I’m trying to push an updated SCORM file to the course, but I’m finding it hard to find a time when no one is in the middle of training. 

Hi everyone, Have looked everywhere for an answer to this, but have not been successful. We use a play button thumbnail for all our eLearning. However, we need to make adjustments to the play button, but as far as I can tell, we can’t replace an existing thumbnail?  Is the only way to replace it, by deleting the old one, and uploading the new one. Then have to go an replace it on all eLearning content?

Hi all.I’m trying to remember how to give Power Users administrative rights to a certificate template. I know it’s a needlessly complex process, but I thought I knew how to do it. Either I don’t recall at all, or it’s no longer working, or it’s not working on the Sandbox. Because I went to test something on it & I cannot get a PU to see the cert they created at all.I thought that you had to assign the cert to a course they could enroll in. then once they completed the course & received the cert, they could also access it as an administrator & assign it to other courses. But this has failed on me several times in a row.Am I missing something or it just not working altogether?Thanks,Nate

This is my first time encountering this error message and I’m not sure what is wrong with my SCORM package. I’ve tried uploading SCORM1.2 and SCORM2004. The file sizes are under 10MB and they were created with storyline. I get this error message: “Whoops, it looks like your file may not be formatted correctly. For more information, refer to our Knowledge Base. If the problem persists, contact the Help Desk.” I’ve verified the file formats to the best of my ability and can’t get past this error. For additional reference, I’ve published and uploaded many other SCORM packages with no issues.  Any suggestions or things I should look for in the SCORM package that may be causing this? 

Everytime I am looking at my list of users, I choose the data I want to see and reset it to default view but why does it keep changing? It’s so painful to have to choose the fields everytime I am looking at my user list

I have a VILT course that includes both training and lab time with the instructor. Once completed, users can take an optional exam. We've recently launched a self-paced version of the training course, paired with a separate lab course that users can complete at their convenience. We cannot combine the two courses because the lab requires setup and has limited availability, so scheduling is necessary.Essentially, after completing the course, users receive a notification to sign up for lab time. Once both the self-paced training and lab courses are finished, they can take the optional exam. We are now trying to determine how to mark the self-paced training and lab courses as equivalent to the VILT course.We don’t think there’s an existing way to do this, but I wanted to explore the possibility here. HiIs there a notification that would go to a users Direct Manager (who is not enrolled, an Instructor, etc of the course) when the ILT course is completed/evaluated/attended? I have ILT instructors who want the user’s DM to know the course has been completed and provide the DM with further follow up steps to complete F2F with the user.

I purchased and loaded some new SCORM courses into Docebo. I set it up so they autoplay when the learner clicks on the course. My testers are complaining about the wait time for it to load. Is there some setting or something I should be doing to improve this user experience? Thanks.

I dont know how to play cards (= develop like a software developer short of some client side tricks), but I know how to read the value of the cards on the table.Below is simplifying a problem, but lets say:we have a clean and stable url pattern for a PDF on another server.   The PDF is a form that collects a username for Docebo. The server that serves up the PDF does have an API. And the API supports being able to pull values from the PDF. The API also supports knowing the submission ID and document ID (parts of the PDF url). I was asked if we issue a certificate of competency for completing a learning plan if it could be shared on social media with linkage back to the LMS for validation and details. I know Credly badges work this way, but I don’t think Docebo certificates do. My understanding is course/learning plan certificates are downloadable as PDF only. I searched the documentation and the community and didn’t see a way to do this. Before I tell me stakeholder no, I wanted to triple check with the community to make sure I’m not missing a cool feature. 

We have been unsuccessful configuring ecommerce within Docebo using the A.Net app for our training purposes. We are now looking to host ecommerce outside of Docebo and inside of our web site which has a functioning ecommerce. The solutions suggested by Docebo are not acceptable either. ne solution was to use iframe and since iframes will soon not be supported we had to say no to this suggestion. The other two options, one mimics what we already do and the other is JS coding, which will delay your launch and will add significant costs to the project. Has anyone undertaken a project to host ecommerce outside of Docebo?

Has anyone had success updating the Training Material icons since the recent course player updates? We tried matching the full thumbnail size 800x400 which was the only dimensions support could provide us, and the only ones provided in the documentation, but they show differently depending on if it’s the search results, the icon in the course player or the title icon. Some examples below, these are being loaded at the training material level in the central repository and when uploaded they fit the crop tool perfectly. We have tried additional sizes as well and none of them look passable.  

There is a bit of setup required here. BackgroundWe hold a biweely webinar series where learners can join in live in the session or watch the recording.  Attending/viewing at least 4 of these sessions is a requirement. Under the hoodWe have built this as a learning plan that contains a series of ILT classes. Each ILT is for a single webinar. So students only have to enroll in one class ( the learning plan) and then they can see a list of both the recorded and upcoming webinars. They can then pick the sessions they want and join when they are live or watch the recording In the ILT’s we have a single session with a single event that ties to a teams meeting. After the webinar is completed we post the recording. So once a learner is in the session they get credit for either live attendence or viewing the recording. We use a badge that a student earns once they have completed at least 4 webinars. THis makes it easy for them an
