Good afternoon community,I have a random issue I was wondering if you could help me with.Our Docebo system is integrated with MS Teams. We are tracking ILT sessions facilitated through MS Teams in Docebo. To access our platform, we have turned on SSO. Often, users will intermittently experience SSO issues and get the following error message in orange when they try to click the Docebo link. It looks like it is tied to SSO. Users can access the platform, but instead of going to the ILT session they get re-directed to the homepage and get this error message at the bottom of their screen. We have not been able to isolate the issue, and it seems intermittent. Anyone else experiencing this?I have gone to IT to whitelist anything from Docebo, just don’t understand why sometimes it works and sometimes they get this error - and not everyone experiences the error either.I would like to continue to track Teams participants in Docebo, but may have to stop because today we had to manually pull in 5

We have an enterprise license to LinkedIn Learning, and have imported dozens of courses into our Docebo installation. Recently, with no overt changes on our part, Docebo now continues to say that courses are In Progress, when, in fact, they have been completed. This is happening across all LinkedIn Learning courses and all users. Docebo technical support has, so far, been unable to identify and rectify this issue. Because some of these courses are enterprise mandatory, this has created something of a crisis. Does anyone have an answer? Thanks.

Dear allI have a customer using one of my subdomain (extended enterprise). They currently use it internally and we have configured their SSO. No problem.Now they want to provide access to their external users, which uses another SSO (different IP ID, different metadata...).How can I solve that:can’t find a way to add a second SSO to my extended enterprise domain. Correct ? or do I have to use another extended entreprise subdomain pointing to the same branch but using the second SSO ? or do I have to treat it as another distinct extended entreprise domain (own branch, own SSO)?Thank you in advance

I am importing events via a CSV.  We are using VILT for Microsoft Teams to create meetings for said events.This article describes a numeric parameter "id_tool_account" that is used to identify the webinar.  However, there is no such parameter listed on any of the accounts. There is an Account Name, which contains letters. When I attempt to use the account name, I get at error:Invalid parameter 'id_tool_account'If I edit an Account in VILT for Microsoft Teams, I can see three IDs associated with each account: Client ID, Tenant ID, and Tenant Secret. However, these are alphanumeric, and they return the same error.Does anyone know where to find the ID that the id_tool_account field is looking for?

Hello!One of our internally created SCORM 2004 courses has built in questions that learners are required to answer.  The SCORM 2004 was created and published out of Storyline (so there is this odd 250 or so character limit for reporting.)Our previous LMS, Cornerstone LMS, allowed us to pull a report that provided the answers for these questions in the SCORM.In Docebo I can drill into a report to find the answers via Course Management > click on username > click on the resource Title > a pop up shows with the question answers. Is there a way to do this via API?  Is there an already built API?I’m very new to all of this, so I guess I’m just looking to understand if it is possible to use an API to get a report of all the users and their answers submitted through the SCORM 2004 course.  Of course if anyone is able to tell me how to do it it would amazing! Thank you!Elaine

Hello,We're working on an application that calculates the time spent by learners in a course, and we're using the Docebo API for this.However, the API only gives us access to the sum of "Session Time" and "Training Material Time", which does not reflect the actual time spent by learners in the SCORM object.Is there a way of accessing SCORM information (cmi.core.total_time and cmi.core.session_time) via the API?Thank you!

Hello everyone,I would like to propose the addition of a "not_paginated" parameter to all the APIs. This would enable us to "force" all results onto a single page.This is particularly beneficial for simplifying API calls when using middleware to manage them, eliminating the need to implement a more complex system for handling multiple pages.If this change is not feasible in the short term, another alternative could be to increase the "page_size" parameter, which is currently often set to a maximum of 200 items.Please let me know your thoughts on this and whether you think it's feasible.Thank you, Marco.

Hello all. I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.  I am trying to leverage Docebo Connect to cycle some of the single transaction API endpoints.  I have been through all of the Docebo University courses related to Connect - and I’m still clueless on how to actually make this work.  This seems like something a LOT of us are trying to do (figure out a way to automate bulk actions where the platform lacks out-of-the-box functionality. Are there other resources somewhere that you can get step by step instructions for how-to?  I feel like maybe I’m missing information that DU feels is common knowledge and I’m struggling.  If you have resources or know of other external training that could help, please send my way! Thanks!

Hi All, my Get Analytics API call return empty string for [nextToken] since 26 Jul 2024. Is anyone have idea why?  The call before 26 Jul works fine and checked the report output have more than 1 page of data (download csv report contain all the records but only api get analytic call do not return the nextToken). The Get API return like this, which is a flag to the api invoke client for next page and subsequent call. But now the flag gone so only able to get 1st page of report data."nextToken": "" Thanks for helping.

Silly question: How can I return a list of branches and their IDs using API? I see a bunch of calls requiring the branch ID, but no way to obtain said ID. Thanks.

Hi there, we are building out our internal mobility strategy and I’m exploring how we could create a Channel in Docebo that is focused on internal job opportunities. We have a Talent Acquisition job portal for internal positions, so I was thinking that we could import jobs via API and do something with skills and tagging for the job roles and that would help surface relevant roles that people are trying to grow into.I’ve poked around the API browser but I was wondering if anybody else has attempted this before and if they had any luck. I need to enroll individuals into a course who don’t belong to any of the usual groups/branches assigned to this course.I also have an email digest notification that must go out with the enrollment.I was able to locate the information about the notification Here’s the API endpoint that I’m using and here is the response that I get UNFORTUNATELY,the notifications never arrive. I know that the notifications DO work when I manually enroll via the UI in Course Management.@Bfarkas @lrnlab Any ideas?

Did something change recently with how the API handles the setting “Visible to User” for Enrollment Additional Fields? Suddenly I am getting a “Invalid enrollment fields data provided” error in the learn/v1/enrollments API when trying to set a field that has Visible to User=false.

Howdy -In light of this months Community Coaching Session, I went back and upgraded the template I made for the original ‘API Browser Quick Grabs: Bulk Enroll and Mark User Complete in a Course’The original templates goal was simplicity and just base enroll and complete. Some folks have asked for more specific abilities. I took a crack at adding these into a more flexible but complex model. Greetings, we have integrated MS Teams into Docebo and were successfully able to run simultaneous meetings. However, when doing so neither instructor is able to create polls or initiate breakout rooms.  I’ve been reading previous posts about this issue and am hearing two different perspectives.Are these tools expected to work for a designated instructor or is the integration between the two a streamlined version of Teams?

Has anyone had success creating an event that uses the Zoom V3 integration via the API? I’m using the endpoint https://domo.docebosaas.com/api/course/v1/sessions/{sessionID}/events and I can see that the API documentation shows fields referring to Zoom V3, but doesn’t indicate with the value of the “webinar_tool” field should be or which of the fields are required, etc. If you’ve built a successful payload for this endpoint, could you please share what zoomv3 fields you used and what you included as the webinar_tool value? 

Hi everyone, I’m looking at creating a course that marks completion only via API (using the endpoint PUT /learn/v1/enrollments), all in the name of performance based learning. Appreciate any advice on the intended approach to achieve this:The first training material in the course contains a html page to an iframe that contains primarily the description of what is needed for completion and a button (eg. check if user has made 5 client appointments). On click, the button sends a call to the company database to verify and if true, sets the course to complete via the above API endpoint.  Problem is html page is set to complete once viewed, so I have to add a second training asset that can never be completed and set that as the end object marker. I’ve scanned the help and community pages, so far my assumption is that a broken SCORM file (that never communicates completion status) is the only asset that fits the bill.  Is the above approach ideal for this use case? If yes, then where/how can

I get error: bad request  "Invalid parameter: validity_start_at"When using API endpoints:POST or PATCH /learningplan/v1/learningplans/{learning_plan_id}/enrollments/bulkPATCH /learningplan/v1/learningplans/{learning_plan_id}/enrollments/{user_id} I get these errors even using the API explorer and selecting the provided models.  By removing the validity start and end fields the endpoint returns success. Is the documentation wrong?  Do these fields have a different name?
