Getting user data with a webhook

Hey allI have been trying to wrap my brain around this issue for a week or so now. I have been trying to get a userid from a webhook in an HTML learning object so that we can call more data using the “get user’s info” API from the API explorer, but nothing I try works. I am using Marketo to create my webhook and have tried to query the username just for testing and all I get back is ‘ {username} ‘ back. If anyone has accomplished something like this in the past some help would be greatly appreciated.

Successful API integration with PWBI?

Was curious if any of you are doing this today. Pulling excel reports is getting tedious. I don’t think even the API will be great long term, but it has to be a better temporary alternative. API connection directly to PWBI to display the tables we need would be a much improved administrative experience.

Where did the API POST call go for Enroll users to learning plans?

In November 2022, I was able to use the POST call below to enroll user(s) into learning plan(s) and set their date begin and date end.Am I missing something, or was this API call removed? I can’t seem to find it anywhere in the Docebo API Explorer.Here is the API call that I was using:/learningplan/v1/learningplans/enrollments

ADP

Hello Docebo Community,I am extremely new to Docebo and we have not even started most of the onboarding.  However, we are trying to figure out if we can incorporate some of the courses offered in ADP with Docebo.  Does anyone have any suggestion on how they have incorporated courses in ADP with Docebo? Thank you

Britsafe DSE Risk Assessment

Are there any other members of the Docebo community who use Britsafe to deliver health & safety training courses?We have recently implemented the Docebo LMS and have come across a slightly tricky scenario with the Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Risk Assessment course provided by Britsafe. This is a series of questions about a learner’s working environment to identify any potential health & safety issues, which the learner provides answers to. In the Britsafe platform, any issues highlighted are escalated to a learner’s line manager, who can then record remedial action taken.Although the DSE Risk Assessment is provided as a SCORM and works fine within Docebo, the issue arises when information is entered by the learner, as that information is still transferred back to the Britsafe platform to hold against learner records held in Britsafe. This will mean maintaining learner accounts and the organsational structure within the separate Britsafe platform, which is obviously something

How long is an API generated link good for before it expires?

For example, if I do a Play single LO or scorm|tincan chapter API generated link to play an MP4 file then how long will that link remain active until it expires and becomes forbidden to access?

Learning Objects of the type Observation Checklist need to be updateable via the APIs (or your professional services team)

The Learn service of the Docebo APIs provides as service that allows for the tracking of learning objects (/learn/v1/lo/tracks/batch). This service allows you to set the status of the learning object and also the completion date. Currently the service does not support the LO type of Observation Checklist. This means if you have completion data to import into Docebo for a course with a learning object of this type, there is no way to set that learning object complete via the APIs. This is especially problematic when trying to import historical data (as you would when migrating from another LMS to Docebo). This needs to be made available in the APIs or at least be available for the professional services team to handle.

Using Google Analytics with an Extended Enterprise client and a custom URL?

Hi all!Back when we launched with Docebo in June, I activated the Google Analytics integration and pasted in some code I got from our Marketing team. I am particularly interested in the data for our customer-facing portal, which is using an extended enterprise client with a custom URL (university.grafana.com).Looking in my company’s Google Analytics project, I don’t see any data for university.grafana.com URLs. Am I missing some piece of the setup? Or does the GA integration not work for EE clients?If it doesn’t work at all, that will be extremely disappointing! We are a data-driven company, and not being able to gather data on the usage of our customer education portal will leave a huge hole in our planning.

When I run the /report/v1/report API, it returns a list of reports (the old reports). How do I pull a list of the new reports?My end goal is to find a report ID so I can run the API to pull the report.Thanks!

Docebo/Stripe - Tax

Hello Everyone, We are getting really close 🤞🏼to launching subscription plans and a payment processor through Stripe (waiting on our Finance team to get the account set up).Does anyone use Stripe/Docebo and can you share how the integration handle the sales tax? We need to collect and remit sales taxes, depending on our customer’s location. Does that step happen within stripe? Thank you in advanced!Kim

Notifications log via API

When I try to get the notifications log via /notifications/v1/notifications_log, I recieve the following error message:{  "name": "Bad Request",  "message": [    "Notifications log functionality is not enabled or misconfigured."  ],  "code": 1001,  "status": 400}How can I set up this functionality?

Using API to get enrollment data

Hello, Community!I’m attempting to use Docebo’s APIs to pull information from Docebo to use elsewhere. I need to pull a list of all enrollments for a given time period (say enrollments created or updated in the last 14 days). In the API browser, I see how I can pull enrollments for a particular course, but not how to pull all enrollments, regardless of course. Has anyone been able to accomplish this using an API who would be willing to offer some advice?Many thanks!

Zoom integration

I have all my accounts paired but when I go to attach a course to one.  It gives me a red box with the words “Warning  Error while synchronizing the video conference tool. Please save your changes to try again.”  I put the password to login to the zoom account with in the setup but it does not seem to be working.

Docebo Learn Connector error (502 bad gateway)

HiWe have a Docebo Recipe for user data automation and we are intermittently receiving a ‘502 Bad Gateway’ error. This is happening quite frequently, probably every fourth run, for a user population size c25k. We’re a pretty new customer of Docebo, so I was wondering if other customers had experienced this issue, and whether they were experiencing it now, or it was becoming more common.I should add that we have raised it with Docebo who are investigating. They have provided a workaround in Connect to effectively retry when an error occurs but his is masking the issue somewhat.

Get user learning plan and completed courses statistics (API)

Dear community, Can you please help me to figure the best way how to retrieve user learning plan data by API? I need information on user learning plan progress and how many courses from each learning plans are passed.  Learning plan progress I can retrieve by: /learningplan/v1/learningplans/enrollments But is it possible to get the review of user all enrolled learning plans courses progress ? API: /learningplan/v1/learningplans/4/courses/enrollments allows to do it but only for one learning plan at the time, which is not optimal for me.  Or at least, I need to know how many courses each learning plan has, so I can calculate the number of  completed courses knowing progress percentage.  Thank you for the advice in advance!

Dragon accessibility speech software

Has anyone tried using the speech recognition program Dragon on Docebo? The user is trying to view the platform and typically Dragon would read out the text but the screen is appearing blank. Any troubleshooting advice out there is appreciated!
